Abstract

This research aimed to determine whether the price and product completeness influence purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this research was an unknown number of customers of the Griya Majalengka Department Store. The sample size was calculated using the Cochran formula and the sample in this research is 384 Griya Majalengka Department Store customers was obtained. The method used in this research was verification analysis. The data analysis technique in this research used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, this research had 3 findings. First, price had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Second, product completeness had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Third, price and product completeness had a positive effect on purchasing decisions simultaneously.

Abstract

The influence of globalization in today's industry has increased the level of competition between companies, making it increasingly tight and competitive. A company's success is often measured by the quality of the products it produces. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a continuous process that aims to achieve better quality standards in meeting customer needs.This study aims to determine the implementation of TQM, product quality, and to determine the improvement of product quality at Conneight Studio in Malang City. The method used is descriptive analysis.Based on the results of the study, the implementation of TQM requires commitment from all members of the organization. In the printing sector, all employees must be involved in efforts to improve product quality. Training, developing a quality culture, and active participation of the entire team are the keys to creating an environment that supports continuous improvement in product quality. TQM enables printing companies to achieve significant improvements in product quality. Data-based performance measurement is an important aspect of TQM. By collecting and analyzing data on product quality, companies can identify problems, monitor progress, and implement appropriate corrective actions. Effective use of data helps companies make decisions based on facts and evidence and guides continuous improvement efforts.

Abstract

Researchers know that many generation Z use SPaylater to make purchase transactions on the Shopee application. The types of products purchased are not all basic necessities, but they follow current trends and some even buy items because they are cute. The use of SPaylater can be influenced by the lifestyle of generation Z who follow trends without measuring their abilities. Therefore, financial literacy is really needed by society, especially generation Z. From this background, this research was conducted with the title "The Influence of Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on the Use of SPaylater in Generations Z in Magersari District, Mojokerto City." This research uses quantitative research methods and primary data collection is carried out using data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires using Google Form. Sampling method The researcher chose to use Purposive Sampling. In this research, the technique used to determine the sample size was the Solvin technique and resulted in a sample size of 389 respondents. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a significant effect on the use of spaylater. Lifestyle has a significant influence on the use of spaylater. Financial literacy and lifestyle together have a significant effect on spaylater use.

Abstract

In the current era of information technology development, product competition in the smartphone manufacturer market is increasingly rapid. Humans are also very dependent on technology, including smartphones. So manufacturers are working hard to meet these needs by producing various smartphones, one of which is the Apple iPhone. This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and lifestyle on iPhone repurchase decisions with consumer satisfaction as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with the iPhone consumer population in Mojokerto. The sample was 200 respondents with a questionnaire as data collection and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) 4.0. The results of the research show that brand image positively and significantly influences repurchase decisions, lifestyle positively and significantly influences repurchase decisions, consumer satisfaction and repurchase decisions have a significant and positive influence, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in moderating brand image on decisions repeat purchases, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence in moderating lifestyle and repurchase decisions.

Abstract

The current phenomenon of product boycotting has caused several industrial products in Indonesia to be boycotted. Such as Lifebuoy products from the Unilever brand because they are considered to support Israeli Zionists. Unilever is a Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry that provides consumer goods with a fluctuating sales cycle. Where Lifebuoy is one of the products from this brand in the antiseptic bath soap category which has a superior Top Brand Index compared to other brands. This research is quantitative research whose calculations involve statistical numbers using the IBM SPSS Statistics 27 application.Who has a purpose to determine the influence of brand image and price on purchasing decisions for Lifebuoy products from the Unilever brand in Indonesia partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that brand image has an influence on purchasing decisions by 4.906. And the price variable has an influence on purchasing decisions by 10.374, while the results of the f test show that brand image and price variables have an influence on purchasing decisions by 328.524. And based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that brand image and price influence the decision to purchase Lifebuoy products partially or simultaneously with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.725 or 72.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to test how much influence Organizational Culture and Work Environment have on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Padang Distribusindo Raya DC Padang Aro. The population in this study was 40 respondents with a sample of the population, namely 40 employee respondents of PT. Padang Distribusindo Raya DC Padang Aro. The sampling method of the study was carried out by questionnaire and observation. The research sample technique used was the Saturated Sampling technique using Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was a significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. There was a significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction. There was a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. There was a positive insignificant influence of the work environment on employee performance. There was a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. There was a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. There was a positive insignificant influence of the work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Regional Water Utility (PDAM Bersujud) in Tanah Bumbu Regency. The independent variable in this study is service quality, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. This is a quantitative study employing a descriptive approach. The sample consists of 100 individuals, all active customers of the Regional Water Utility Bersujud in Tanah Bumbu Regency up until 2023. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire survey method. The data analysis technique utilized statistical tests, including Regression and t-tests, with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate that service quality (X) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at the Regional Water Utility (PDAM) Bersujud in Tanah Bumbu Regency.

Abstract

Analyze the impact of service quality on visitor satisfaction at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. Using a qualitative method, the research identifies service quality dimensions based on the SERVQUAL model, including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The findings reveal that the Tangible dimension contributes the most to visitor satisfaction, while Responsiveness needs improvement. Additionally, the study highlights that technological innovations, such as digital payment systems and tourism apps, enhance visitor experiences. These findings underscore the importance of technology-driven service development in improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and competitiveness in the tourism industry.

Abstract

The use of social media and celebrities in marketing strategies has become a significant phenomenon in the beauty industry, including skin care products. This study aims to determine how the influence of social media marketing and celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening skincare products for students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. This study uses a quantitative approach and a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this study were active students of the 2020 batch of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University and the sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Stastical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26. The results of this study indicate that Social Media Marketing and Celebrity Endorser have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions in Management Study Program students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University.

Abstract

Labor is one of the drivers of the regional economy because it can increase productivity and community welfare. Employment indicators are often used to assess the condition and dynamics of the labor market in a region, one of which is in East Java Province. To measure the condition and dynamics of the workforce in East Java Province, a grouping of districts/cities in East Java Province was carried out using the cluster analysis method. This method is used to group objects or data into groups that have similar characteristics in the observed data. This method is used by analyzing data starting from data collection, testing cluster analysis assumptions, determining methods and conducting hierarchical and non-hierarchical cluster analysis, interpreting the results of the analysis and drawing conclusions and suggestions. So the analysis that can be obtained from this study is the best hierarchical cluster method for classifying districts/cities in East Java Province is the complete linkage method with an optimum number of clusters of 4 clusters while for the non-hierarchical cluster method with the K-Means method with the best clusters of 4 clusters while for the non-hierarchical cluster method with the K-Means method with the best clusters of 3 clusters.
