Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of compensation and motivation on employee performance at the Hasanuddin University Makassar Civil Servant Cooperative which operates in the field of funding and financing product needs. The data used in this research is primary data with a sampling method using saturated sampling, and a data analysis method using multiple linear analysis, while the sample taken was 50 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, and have also been tested. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the Compensation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee work (Y). This means that providing increased compensation to employees will improve employee performance and motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee work (Y) at the Hasanuddin University Makassar Civil Servant Cooperative. This means that increasing employee work motivation will also increase the performance of employees of the Hasanuddin University Makassar Civil Servant Cooperative.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has substantially changed human life, work and social interactions. The learning process experiences many innovations along with very fast digital developments and technological advances. At the beginning of the industrial revolution 4.0 there were many new innovations, especially in the education sector, one of which was the Ruangguru application. The progress of the country depends on good education. This research uses a qualitative approach and library research as methods, with researchers as the main tool. The data collection method is qualitative, and data analysis is inductive. Problems are discovered and explained through research. At first, the researcher only understood the problem in general, after that, the researcher concluded more specifically. By using the literature review method, the researcher diligently examined the required documents. The existence of "Ruangguru" changes the teacher's work to be more productive and positive.

Abstract

Based on the results of the discussion, several important things can be concluded, including: First, digital literacy refers to the ability of MSMEs to use digital technology and communication tools via the internet to obtain business materials and share business information widely. The use of digital technology is considered to be able to increase productivity, turnover and income of MSMEs themselves, and is also part of efforts to maintain business continuity. Second, from an economic literacy perspective, micro, small and medium business actors need fundamental knowledge regarding the basic needs of consumers before producing goods or services as well as analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the business or business they are about to start working on. Third, a business venture that is able to innovate will be able to take the lead and reduce the possibility of competitors innovating earlier. Therefore, business people must prepare an innovation strategy for their business ventures in order to create an advantage over competitors. Then continuous innovation in a company is a fundamental need that will be able to create competitive advantages.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the use of work motivation as a moderating variable in the influence of compensation on employee performance at PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera located in Kediri Regency. This research uses quantitative methodology and the research sample consists of 87 employees. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS software. The research results show that there is a significant influence between compensation on employee performance at PT Sukses Mitra Sejahtera as evidenced by the T-statistic value of 2.430 > 1.96 and the P-value of 0.015 < 0.05. Work motivation does not significantly moderate the interaction between compensation variables and employee performance, shown by T-statistic 1.779 < 1.96 and P-value 0.075 > 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on the performance of CV employees. Gresik Panorama. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method and uses a causal or cause-and-effect approach. The total sample was 50 employees using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. Data analysis takes the form of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. The results of this research show that (1) Organizational Culture influences CV Employee Performance. Panorama Gresik calculated t value 5.224 > t table value 0.278, (2) The work environment has no effect on CV employee performance. Panorama Gresik calculated t value 1.641 > t table value 0.278, (3) Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously influence the performance of CV employees. Panorama Gresik calculated F value 32.133 > table F value 3.19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business feasibility of Sk computer, through financial analysis aspects and non-financial analysis aspects. Where each aspect of this analysis becomes a basic assessment to determine feasibility in business. The analysis method used uses several analyzes from financial analysis aspects including financial aspects, market and marketing aspects, and non-financial aspects including human resources aspects, environmental aspects, cultural and economic aspects, and legal aspects. And the results of this research become an assessment to see the feasibility of the business and to become material to improve the Sk computer business.

Abstract

This research aims to identify impulse buying behavior, source credibility, and the marketing influence of Tasya Farasya influencers on Instagram. The population used was 17-40 years old. The total sample is 323 respondents who are active Instagram users and follow the Tasya Farasya account. Research data was obtained using a questionnaire via Google Forms. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) on AMOS 24 software. As a result, influencer credibility mediates the relationship between perceived social media marketing activities and online impulse purchases through attractiveness, expertise, and trust. Social media marketing activities have a positive effect on the source credibility dimension. Only attractiveness and trust prove a positive influence on online impulse buying. Influencer expertise has not been proven to influence impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

This business feasibility study aims to analyze the potential and feasibility of establishing a kimbab Mekanan Brooh business. The research method used is descriptive with data collection through observation, survey, and interview. The results of the analysis show that the kimbab market opportunity is quite large seen from the interest and purchasing power of consumers. The marketing strategy is focused on brand image building and menu innovation. Technically, the initial capital is Rp565,000 with a 1-month payback. The form of business entity is an individual business with 7 employees. Financial analysis shows that it is feasible to run with several factors. In conclusion, Mekanan Brooh's kimbab business is worth establishing because it has good prospects in terms of market, technical, management, and financial aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this SLR research is to analyze the influence of leadership style and employee performance. The research method used is a systematic literature review using the Preferred Reporting Item Method for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis (PRISMA), data sources were obtained from Google Sciencedirect and Google Scholar from 2019-2023, 285 journals were obtained, the journals were re-selected, the results were 90 journals out of 285 could be accessed. Then according to the title, 10 journals met the requirements. The results showed that leadership is closely related to organizational performance and also employee performance. leadership styles are divided into three types: transactional, transformational, and passive. Transformational leadership style is more often applied because it is associated with high levels of employee performance.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures whose lives need clothing, food, and shelter. Everyone must have business opportunities and every business can be interpreted as a human effort to do something to achieve certain goals. Establishing a large, medium, small, or micro business is intended so that the business can have opportunities to develop and to maintain business and personal development. In a business, there must be conditions where competitive competitors can make it difficult for a business to achieve the expected profit. The amount of profit earned can be determined from the number of sales. This potential can be maximized with a marketing strategy by utilizing digital technology. Therefore, this community service activity is one of the efforts to build awareness of UKM business people regarding strategies that can be carried out to survive by utilizing social media and digital marketing in doing business.
