Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, location and promotion on purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method. This study uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. Data collection instrument using a questionnaire. The dependent variable is the purchase decision variable and the independent variable is price, product quality, location and promotion, namely price, product quality, location and promotion on the purchasing decision of Serabi Bandung "Pelangi" in Mojokerto. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. All statements are valid, reliable and normal. The results show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) of the independent variable on the dependent variable is R2 = 0.821 or 82.1%. The independent variable can explain the dependent variable. From the research, it shows that price has a significant effect on the purchasing decision of "Rainbow" Bandung Pancakes in Mojokerto. This is proven by tcount being greater than ttable (2.523 > 2.014). And product quality has a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Serabi Bandung "Rainbow" in Mojokerto. This is evidenced by tcount being greater than ttable (5.120 > 2.014). Meanwhile, location does not significantly influence the purchasing decision of Serabi Bandung "Rainbow" in Mojokerto. This is evidenced by tcount which is smaller than ttable (-1.035 <2.014). And so does the promotion does not significantly influence the purchase decision "Rainbow" Serabi Bandung in Mojokerto. This is evidenced by tcount which is smaller than ttable (0.389 <2.014). While the results of the simultaneous test of price, product quality, location and promotion variables have a significant effect of fcount 51.639 > ftable 2.58 on purchasing decisions. This shows that, the better the price, product quality, location and promotion given, it will increase the buying decision of Serabi Bandung "Pelangi" in Mojokerto. Abstract

The population of this study were all customers who took credit at BPRhasil Jaya Sentosa Surabaya, totaling 11,517 people. The sampling technique for this study used a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 240 respondents. The variables in this study are Customer Decisions in Taking Credit (Y), Services (X1) and Procedures for Granting Credit (X2). Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Test the validity of the instrument using the product moment technique and test the reliability using the Alpha Cronbach formula. Analysis prerequisite tests include normality tests and linearity tests. Based on the results of the research analysis shows (1) there is a positive influence of banking image on customer decisions in taking credit at BPRhasil Jaya Sentosa Surabaya with a value of R = 0.036 and a value of R2 = 0.001, (2) a positive influence of banking image on customer decisions in taking credit with service as a Moderating Variable at PD BPR Bank Sidoarjo with a value of R=0.041 and a value of R2=0.002, (3) The Positive Effect of Banking Image on Customer Decisions in Taking Credit with Credit Procedures as a Moderating Variable at BPR Prestasi Jaya Sentosa Surabaya Value R=0.090 and R2=0.008. Abstract

The author conducted this research at PT. International Motor Surabaya Fleet. The purpose of this research is to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats owned by the company and also to find out alternative strategies that can be used by the company, in this case PT. International Motor Surabaya Fleet. The research method used in this thesis is research in descriptive form with a qualitative approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from company leaders who are competent to provide information. Researchers collect information directly by conducting interviews. Secondary data was obtained from Daihatsu Sigra consumers or second informants, then from literature studies by studying various writings, books and theses related to this research. In describing the research results, the SWOT matrix is ​​used by analyzing internal and external factors which are carried out by providing an overview of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are owned by the company. Based on the results of the research analysis using the SWOT matrix which combines the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company, the matrix can produce four sets of possible alternative strategies. By using the SWOT analysis it can be obtained that the company can take alternative ST, WT, SO and WO strategies. Keywords: Qualitative; SWOT; Strategy; Competence.

Abstract

The purposes of this study to analyze the influence of the import demand of capital goods in Indonesia with independent variables national income, kurs, inflation, and foreign rates interest. This study uses time series data for 2004:Q1- 2020:Q4 period, using multiple regression with error correction model (ECM) method. The result of the study shows that the national income has positive effect, kurs has negative effect, inflation has positive effect but not significant and foreign rate interest not effect the demand imports of capital goods in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial creativity to the interest in entrepreneurship in Student S1 Management 2019-2020 Yos Soedarso University. The population was from 2019 to 2020 Extension Management Students S1 having undergone four semesters of the 75 students selected by accidental sampling technique. The primary data collection using questionnaires and secondary data collection using literature. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple Linera analysis with significance α = 5%. (0:05). The results of this study addressed that secar partial and simultaneous knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial creativity significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship Students S1 Extension Management 2019-2020 Yos Soedarso University. R Square is 0,751, which means that 73.5% interest in entrepreneurship dipengaruhui very closely by knowledge of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial creativity, while 26% is explained by other factors not included in this study variables. Abstract

Marketing is the main function of the company's success in obtaining revenue and profits from the sale of its products. so that it can be calculated that the survival of the company depends on the marketing strategy policies set by the company. In addition to the marketing strategy policy, the resources owned are mobilized to be able to achieve the goals or targets set by management after the market share is obtained. Sales volume is a means for the development of a new brand marketed by the company. Companies that are only marketers are also required to be able to design and implement marketing strategies that are able to create, maintain, and increase sales results. Abstract

This study used a quantitative method with the study population being SMEs based on the creative economy in the city of Sidoarjo. The research sample is 100 people from the population. Data collection in this study was carried out using observation techniques, questionnaires, interviews, documentation regarding the factors that influence the success of creative economy-based micro-small businesses in the city of Sidoarjo. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 24 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of interest in entrepreneurship with a coefficient value of 0.075, a network with a coefficient value of 0.110, a brand with a coefficient value, and promotion with a coefficient value of 0.211 using a significant level of 0.05 obtained F count of 3.896 with F table of 3,890, thus F count > F table with a significant level obtained 0.006 <0.05 so that together interest in entrepreneurship, networking, brand promotion influences the success of micro-small businesses based on the creative economy in the city of Sidoarjo. While the rest is influenced by other factors that are not present in this study. Keywords: SMEs; Creative Economy; Businessman.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the developing countries, where Indonesia implements an open economic system. In an open economic system, relations between one country and another, both bilateral and multilateral, will create transactional activities. This transactional relationship requires a means of payment in the form of foreign exchange taken from foreign exchange reserves. Foreign exchange reserves are defined as a number of foreign currencies reserved by the central bank (Bank Indonesia) for the purpose of financing development and overseas obligations such as import financing and other financing to foreign parties. One very important monetary indicator that shows the strength and weakness of a country's economic fundamentals is foreign exchange reserves. Adequate foreign exchange reserves are one of the guarantees for achieving a country's monetary and macroeconomic stability (Tambunan, 2001). The more active a country trades, the more foreign exchange it needs. Foreign exchange is also obtained from foreign aid either through foreign debt or through grants or often called capital outflow. Foreign exchange is used in the construction of industrial projects and projects such as roads, bridges, wharves, airports and terminals. Foreign exchange reserves are an important source of funding used by Indonesia to carry out national development, which are kept and accounted for by Bank Indonesia. The country's foreign exchange reserves are obtained from trading activities between countries. Trade between countries occurs because a country is unable to meet its needs, namely producing goods or services due to limited and scarce resources, both natural resources and human resources, so that this can encourage a country to carry out trade known as export and import activities. The goal to be achieved in this research is to find out how exports and imports affect Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves.

Abstract

In Bank BRI Syariah, micro iB financing is divided into three, namely micro 25iB, micro 75iB and micro 200iB. iB microfinance is financing provided to customers who own a business and need working capital with a minimum length of business of two years which is generally individual in nature and provides loan facilities, where the borrower/finance applicant is required to provide collateral or guarantees. The purpose of this research activity is to determine the application of 5C principle analysis to the implementation of iB micro-financing by BRI Syariah KCP Sidoarjo Gateway employees and to determine the impact of implementing customer 5C on the success of iB micro-financing at BRI Syariah KCP Sidoarjo Gateway.

Abstract

Research has been conducted on consumer loyalty to Crystal Ice products brand Elvano in Mojokerto. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of customer loyalty, the results of which can later be used by marketers to control long-term relationships between companies and consumers that can increase company profits. This study uses a survey method. The research population is consumers who intend to be loyal to the Elvano Di Mojokerto brand Crystal Ice. Samples taken as many as 200 people. The analytical method in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). SEM is a multivariate technique that combines aspects of multiple regression and factor analysis to estimate a series of dependency relationships simultaneously. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the AMOS program version 18 to analyze the causality relationship in the proposed structural model. Based on the results of structural model analysis, it can be seen that Service Quality affects the level of Customer Loyalty and Product Quality affects the level of Customer Loyalty.
