Abstract

The aim of carrying out this community service activity is as a form of implementing collaboration between STIE Bentara Persada and the residents of RW.09 Kampung Nanas, Kel. Teluk Kering, Kec. Batam City in the form of training and utilization of mangoes into various processed foods. This program was held on Saturday, April 29 2023 with STIE Bentara Persada students and aims to help residents increase their family's economic value and become a source of employment opportunities for the local community. Overall, this activities received a positive enthusiastic response from residents.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) sangat penting untuk diketahui dan diterapkan oleh siswa/siswi yang ada di SMKN 01 Bengkayang khususnya jurusan tata boga. Dalam mempersiapkan siswa/siswinya untuk siap masuk ke lapangan kerja mereka perlu dibekali dengan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai K3 untuk meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja khususnya ketika kegiatan praktikum memasak berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan pada saat praktikum memasak kedisiplinan siswa/siswi dalam menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD) masih rendah. Masih minimnya kesadaran dalam penggunaan APD dapat meningkatkan resiko kecelakaan dalam kegiatan praktikum tersebut, oleh sebab itu penting bagi para siswa untuk memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai penggunaan APD yang termasuk dalam lingkup K3. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan kedisiplinan para siswa ini dalam menggunakan APD. karena setiap siswa memiliki tanggungjawab untuk menerapkan K3 pada lingkungan kerja mereka khususnya di kitchen. Penerapan K3 ini tidak hanya untuk kepentingan para siswa tetapi juga untuk kepentingan konsumen yang akan mengonsumsi makanan yang akan dikreasikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is; 1) Providing insight and understanding to Kemayo Shop Owners regarding management through the ILO Score Module, 2) Implementing and planning the 3K module, and 3) Creating Promotions on Google Maps by uploading photos of Kemayo shop locations. The methods used in the ILO SCORE module are 5S, K3 and Promotion. The results of this activity have succeeded in implementing the 5S Module, K3 Module and Promotional Module for the Kemayo Bengkayang Grocery Store. The Kemayo grocery store is one of the MSMEs in Bengkayang. The Kemayo Shop was founded in 1995. There are several problems that exist in the MSME Kemayo Shop, including the environment in the Kemayo Shop area which is still not clean and there is no social media. This is due to limited understanding in managing MSMEs which makes it difficult for shop owners to manage the shop. Therefore, it is necessary to empower MSMEs through assistance in order to improve the welfare of MSMEs in Bengkayang Regency based on the ILO Score Module.

Abstract

Digital marketing has developed into an effective strategy for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to expand market reach and increase sales. The purpose of this writing is to discuss the application of digital marketing as a marketing strategy for MSMEs with a focus on the use of social media, search engines and email marketing in the current digital era. The method used in the research is literature study. The research results are that digital marketing can provide access to global markets at a more cost efficient rate than conventional marketing. In terms of digital marketing, more personal interactions can be achieved with potential customers, this can provide more personalized information and develop closer relationships. In addition, accurate performance measurements can be carried out with real-time tracking and analysis, so that strategies can be adjusted quickly based on the data obtained. Product and service innovation in digital marketing can also open up opportunities for MSMEs to continue to innovate following market trends and ever-changing customer needs. With proper implementation, digital marketing can increase visibility, competitiveness and overall business growth for MSMEs. Keywords; digital marketing, MSMEs, marketing strategy.

Abstract

Accurate Accounting software is able to facilitate accounting records for various types of businesses such as services, retail/trading, construction, manufacturing, restaurants, and so on. The PKM team made a field visit to the partner's location and conducted a direct interview with the chairman of the Kudus Regency Accounting Subject Teachers' Conference, asking about the condition of teachers' technological knowledge, especially regarding Accurate Online accounting software purchase features, including: problems faced by partners, offering solutions that the PKM team would provide to partner; as well as signing a partner cooperation letter. The results obtained are increased teacher resources, increased understanding of technology, and Certified Accurate Professional.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase the competitiveness of Benua Jaya shop MSMEs. By implementing the ILO Score method, the Benua Jaya Photocopy Shop needs effective assistance to increase its competitiveness in the highly competitive photocopy industry. This article discusses how MSME assistance can increase competitiveness by using the 5S module and layout. Benua Jaya Photocopy Shop is a shop that was founded in 2004. The problems with this photocopy shop are that the product layout is still not neat, rubbish is still found scattered around, lots of used paper is piled up. Therefore, MSME assistance needs to be applied to Benua Jaya photocopy shops in order to increase productivity, service quality and competitiveness.

Abstract

The aim of MSME Assistance is an important effort to support the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One of the approaches used is ILO SCORE-based, which emphasizes improving the quality and productivity of MSMEs. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of ILO SCORE-based MSME assistance at the Bby_na jelly cool drink booth in Bengkayang, West Kalimantan. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of ILO SCORE-based MSME assistance at the Bby_na jelly cool drink booth in Bengkayang, West Kalimantan. The research method used is a case lean method with the 5S concept. The research results show that ILO SCORE-based MSME assistance is able to provide significant benefits in improving product quality, marketing and management of MSMEs. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing ILO SCORE-based MSME assistance in supporting the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in Bengkayang, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments require companies to be able to adapt and use technology to achieve effective and efficient results. The use of the latest technology is expected to improve the company's business prospects. One of the things to be achieved is the timely availability of information in financial reports. To support this, businesses or companies take advantage of the flexibility, features and process automation of accounting software. However, not many schools have introduced or included learning about accounting software into the curriculum. Accurate Software is accounting software that helps to record bookkeeping and makes it easier to manage financial data with the right level of calculation accuracy. SMK Methodist Tanjung Morawa is one of the educational units with a vocational school level which is expected to be ready to enter the labor market so that it is directly equipped with the vocational knowledge needed. Currently, they still use and record accounting manually in their learning process and until now there has been no introduction and use of accounting-based software. The aim of this training is to provide new skills in using accounting applications, namely the Accurate application, which supports their understanding while at school. This activity will be carried out for SMK Methodist Tanjung Morawa.

Abstract

The purpose of practical work (internship) is one of the most important efforts in supporting the development of employee discipline. One of the approaches used is Merdeka Belajar Kampua Mengajar (MBKM) which emphasizes improving work discipline, and work cleanliness and tidiness. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of MBKM-based practical work (internships) in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The method used in lean method research with the concept can provide significant benefits in improving work discipline, in supporting the growth and sustainability of MBKM in Pontianak, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

The large amount of internet use and developments in digital technology today, brought significant influence on all aspects of life. Based on data from We Are Social, 60.4% of the total population in Indonesia or 167 million people are active social media users, and are dominated by young people, both the millennial generation and Z generation. according to that, of course, its require a large amount of a massive stronger visual content today. Visual content on social media is the main thing nowadays. Good social media utilizes the power of visuals to convey a message in an interesting and memorable way. in fact, for today now the campaign of Content is a king has emerged in the public, which means the extraordinary power of content. However, in fact, there are still many young people who do not understand properly how to produce and use good, quality visual content. Therefore, Organization of Pusat Pengembangan Anak (PPA) from Gereja Kristen Indonesia (GKI) Sorogenen Surakarta invites the Bukit Pengharapan Institute of Technology and Christian Business to collaboration and contribute in sharing knowledge through FGDs and counseling regarding Visual Content for Social Media to young people from PPA GKI Sorogenen. The focus of the training material is more on the basic techniques of photography and videography in creating good quality visual content. This community service activity went well without any obstacles, but to have an even greater impact on young people, the suggestion for the future is that activities like this be held with three (3) to four (4) Child Development Center partners from several churches other
