Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of leadership on job satisfaction of hotel employees kyriad bumiminang. 2) the influence of the form of leadership on job satisfaction of kyriad bumiminang employees. 3) the influence of the form taken by the leadership on job satisfaction of kyriad bumiminang employees. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach with causal associative type. The population is all hotel employees with a total of 54 people, the sample is taken by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires with saturated sampling or the entire population is sampled.instrument, valid and reliable were conducted validity and reliability. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS 3.0 with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. This data analysis technique consists of testing the validity sample carried out by loading factor and average variance extracted (AVE) tests while reliability test internal consistency has a composite reliability that meets the criteria. This study shows that leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive effect on work motivation. Work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction with work motivation as a mediating variable. These results indicate that work motivation acts as partial mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture (X) on employee loyalty (Y) at FaveHotel Olo Padang. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. This study obtained the results of research where the variables of organizational culture and employee loyalty are in the good category. From the results of the simple regression test, the regression coefficient equation is 0.288 with a sig value. 0.002 < 0.05, meaning that 1 unit of organizational culture will increase by 0.288 units of employee loyalty. And obtained the value of R Square 0.227. This means that there is an influence of organizational culture on employee loyalty where the value is 22.75% and 77.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of tourists visiting the Silokek Geopark area in terms of 4 indicators, namely, novelty seeking, stress busting/fun, achievement, family oriented/education. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were domestic visitors who traveled to the Silokek Geopark, Sijunjung Regency, with a total sample of 100 respondents who had visited the Silokek Geopark. Collecting research data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore, the data were analyzed through descriptive analysis by looking at the total respondent's achievement (TCR). The results of this study indicate that the motivation of tourists visiting the Silokek Geopark, Sijunjung Regency is in the good category with an average value of 65.89. Based on the statistical results of the tourist motivation variable of 59% in the range of 56.66 < 67.99 with the agree category. Meanwhile for each indicator where novelty seeking 77.04% of respondents said it was quite good, 75.5% of respondents said Stress Busting/Fun was good enough, 75.55% of respondents said it was quite good, 77.7% family oriented/educational respondents said quite well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence the decision to visit tourist destinations, especially Curug Cigentis, which is one of the tourist destinations in the Karawang Regency area, which includes factors from the aspect of tourist attraction (market share, attractions, infrastructure, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure). tourism services and institutional elements). Tourist attraction is everything with uniqueness and high value, which is the basis for tourists to come to a certain area. This research is expected to be able to provide information for the management of Curug Cigentis about tourist attraction factors, so that it can be implemented in determining the strategy that must be determined by the manager of Curug Cigentis to increase tourist attraction. Data was collected through documentation and questionnaire methods (questionnaire). The sample in this study were 100 people who had visited Curug Cigentis. In this study, the authors use non-probability sampling with the sampling technique used is incidental sampling, which is a technique for determining the sample based on chance and is suitable as a data source.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of student learning outcomes in the Department of Catering on Interest in Working in Hospitality and Tourism which includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities in subjects related to Normative, Adaptive and Productive. Results and Discussion From the results of simple regression analysis there is a positive relationship between learning outcomes and interest in working, the higher learning outcomes, the more interest in work. Hypothesis Test Results Normative dimension with t count > t table (9,174 > 1,98422) and significance value < 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Hypothesis Test Results "Adaptive dimension, with a value of t count < t table (1.116 < 1.98422) and a significance value of > 0.05 (0.267 > 0.05). And Test Results "Dimensional productive, with a value of t count > t table (5.581 > 1.98422) and a significance value of <0.05 (0.00 <0.05), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, for the F test with a calculated F value > F table (81,638 > 3,94) or a significance value < 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05) so Ho is rejected. “Together (simultaneously) each of the normative, adaptive, and productive dimensions in learning outcomes has a significant effect on students' work interest in Food Processing, Bread and Cake Processing, Food and Beverage Services, Excellent Service, Tourism, Nutrition Sciences. , Hygiene Sanitation. Research suggestions for students are expected to be serious in participating in activities or training regarding practices related to their respective majors, be serious in doing assignments or exercises, besides that students can reproduce information on the business world/industrial world via the internet to increase student capacity.

Abstract

The high internet usage in the country of Indonesia has made very significant changes in many ways, one of the very big changes in the habits of the Indonesian people who initially used booking activities more directly but now turn to using online ordering methods. This can benefit customers by making choices at online hotels on the internet. By developing it further, changing the pattern of hotel bookings today makes guests more careful in making reservations, guests can check the ratings of the hotel they will visit by just looking at the comments listed on the online review comments page of the online travel agent. The comments listed are made by previous guests who have enjoyed staying at this hotel so it is not uncommon that the comments listed determine the outcome of the stay decision. The study was conducted to analyze the interaction of its review dimensions, namely: the usefulness of online reviews, expertise reviews, timeliness of online reviews, online review volumes, online review valence (positive and negative), and completeness of online reviews on the decision to stay at the local Santika hotel Groups . The research method used is to discuss hypotheses developed based on related theories. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study found: The positive benefits of each dimension of useful online reviews, the expertise of reviewers, the timeliness of online reviews, positive online reviews, and the completeness of online reviews for stay results. There is a negative effect of online reviews on stay decisions, but there is no effect of online review volume on stay decisions. Keywords: Online review, Online Booking, Stay decision

Abstract

This research is all about studying the aims and explain also determine the influence of Brand Mantra on the local Hotel Group network on customer interaction, Case Study: Fave Hotel. Researcher would like to know about is there any impact about brand mantra with the customer interaction at favehotel. All data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire and using quantitative method. The sample of this study was 85 respondents who were customers of the Fave Hotel. Researcher used T-test, F-test, analysis of linier regression. Result from T-test for communicate dimension resulted tcalculate 29,729 > ttabel 1,9866 with significance 0,000<0,05, so concluded H11 accepted and H01 rejected means communicate has significant impact to customer interaction. Simplify dimension has tcalculate 36,619> ttabel 1,9866 with significance 0,000<0,005, so concluded H12 accepted and H02 rejected means simplify dimension has significant to customer interaction. Inspire dimension has tcalculdate 39,534 > ttabel 1,9866 with significance 0,000<0,05, so concluded H13 accepted and H03 rejected means inspire dimension has significant impact to customer interaction. F-test resulted with 57,302 > Ftabel 2,718 with significance 0,000 < 0,05 means brand mantra has significant impact to customer interaction. Abstract

Birthday celebrations are usually done by holding a party or thanksgiving. There are several things that need to be considered by parents to prepare for a child's birthday party, namely: Party Place and Decoration, Birthday Cake, Invitations, Events, Costumes, Souvenirs and Food and Drinks. Food and drinks cannot be separated from a party, because the banquet is a sign of how to appreciate the guests who attend the event. Emoticon bun is a dish that is made interesting by combining the shape of a round bun using an emoticon decoration that describes an expression. The application of emoticons in buns gives an interesting impression if the dish is specially made for children. Therefore, emoticon buns with guava jam can be used as an additional dish at a child's birthday party. The method used in this research is an experiment supported by literature studies and real work. Abstract

Tourist visits to Sumedang from year to year have grown quite rapidly. However, it cannot be denied that there is still an imbalance in tourist visits between districts, which is quite striking because the quality of tourist destinations between districts in West Java is not evenly distributed. This study tries to explore concepts in the development of nature-based destinations in the Curug Cinulang area, which are studied using a SWOT approach. The results of the analysis refer to the strategy to improve weaknesses to take the opportunities that exist in the tourist location (WO). Applications in the development of tourist sites that aim to improve several variables, including: redesign of access to tourist sites, Development of tourism facilities and accessibility; The development focuses on matters of natural charm and also includes flora culture as well as tourist attractions which will be included in the beautiful, unique and authentic category by using scenery or landscapes as the first impression and tourist icon of Curug Cinulang, initial procurement of the most basic facilities such as parking, sign referrals, public seating, gazebos, toilets, parking and so on, and the development of iconic or instagramable attractions to maximize visits from millennials. Abstract

Cisaat village is located in Ciater district, Subang which known as agriculture and farm area. Most of society in Cisaat village work as farmer. Agriculture and farm area have become favourite tourist spot recently due to the back to local trend. Today's tourists trend to seek unique travel experiences by visiting natural place. However, the experience of traveling will not be optimal if it is not accompanied by various tourist activities and interactions with the surrounding community. Eco agrotourism is an alternative model of tourism that can be applied in Cisaat village. Natural beauty, fresh air, friendly people make this village suitable to be developed as an eco agrotourism attraction.This research was conducted with the purpose of (1) identifying potential attractions, amenities, and accessibility in Cisaat Village (2) and formulating an eco agrotourism development model in Cisaat Village. The collected data method uses literature study techniques and direct observation to the field. Through this research, it is hoped that Cisaat Village will be able to develop its potential into a new tourism product that can increase economic added value and sustainable.
