Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penggunaan media bagi guru sejarah Kabupaten Semarang melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan podcast dalam pembelajaran. Secara teknis, pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatiihan yang dirancang sebagai berikut: 1) Persiapan. Pada tahap persiapan ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis permasalahan secara lebih mendalam dan merumuskan langkah strategis dalam penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut; 2) Pelaksanaan Kegiatan. Mempersiapkan pedoman pemanfaatan podcast untuk kegiatan pembelajaran. Mempersiapkan hotline yang memberikan pelayanan konsultasi pada guru. Pelatihan pemanfaatan media podcast untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru. Pendampingan yang dilaksanakan rutin selama satu bulan sekali (berjalan 8 bulan). Pendampingan tersebut dilaksanakan secara online melalui media sosial (Whatsapp Group) dan offline yaitu secara tatap muka langsung; dan 3) Evaluasi dan monitoring kegiatan. Evaluasi dan monitoring kegiatan dilakukan secara periodik dengan melibatkan anggota pelaksana dan mitra kegiatan. Setiap tahap evaluasi akan dilaksanakan secara keseluruhan untuk mengetahui derajat keberhasilan kegiatan berdasarkan target yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil evaluasi tahap pertama akan dijadikan dasar untuk pelaksanaan tahap kedua dan seterusnya. Luaran yang ditargetkan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu: 1) Publikasi Ilmiah; 2) Publikasi di Media Massa Elektronik; dan 3) Video Highlight Kegiatan

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu upaya peningkatan keterampilan publikasi di media massa bagi guru sejarah di Kabupaten Semarang melalui pelatihan artikel populer. Permasalahan yang mendasari kegiatan ini yaitu guru yang belum familiar dengan aktivitas penulisan dan publikasi, mempersiapkan naskah publikasi, dan teknis pengiriman naskah ke redaktur media massa. Berdasarkan analisis situasi dan permasalahan mitra yang telah diidentifikasi, Tim Pengabdi telah menyusun strategi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan di atas, berikut kegiatan yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah: Pelatihan penulisan artikel populer untuk publikasi di media massa dan Pendampingan penulisan artikel populer untuk publikasi di media massa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini mengacu sistematika berikut: Pembentukan tim, perumusan tujuan, identifikasi stakeholders, pengumpulan dan analisis kebutuhan, penentuan prioritas solusi masalah, persiapan, implementasi, pendampingan, review dan evaluasi, dan menentukan kebutuhan dan sasaran baru. Luaran pengabdian yang telah ditentukan yaitu: Publikasi di jurnal nasional terakreditasi Sinta, Berita pada media massa elektronik, dan Video highlight kegiatan yang diunggah pada YouTube

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku konsumen dan pengambilan keputusan dengan pembelian produk skincare marwah di Toko Helviah Gadingrejo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan marwah skincare. Penentuan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari perilaku konsumen yang terdiri dari faktor sosial, personal, budaya dan psikologis. Variabel pengambilan keputusan terdiri dari pengenalan masalah, pencarian informasi, evaluasi alternatif, dan keputusan pembelian. Variabel pembelian sebagai variabel terikat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sebelumnya. Analisis penelitian dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson.Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian tersebut menyatakan bahwa perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Civic literacy is something that comes along with civic learning in formal education, but this limits people's understanding of how to implement their civic engagement in society. This community service focuses on two main things, namely, civic literacy and also multicultural awareness. This service activity was carried out on the South Papuan community involved in various youth organizations as many as 24 people consisting of various demographic representations. The results of this service show a change in behavior patterns and perceptions presented in the results and discussion section.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Improving Students' Writing Ability through Making Infographics on the Main Topics of Procedure Texts". The subjects of this research were students in class VII A at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Karangpandan for the 2022/2023 academic year. The aims of this research are: (1) To determine the condition of writing ability of class VII A students of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Karangpandan before learning using infographics is carried out, (2) To find out how making infographics on the subject of procedural texts can improve students' writing skills, and (3) To find out the results of improving the writing skills of class VII A students of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Karangpandan after learning was carried out through making infographics on the subject of procedural texts. Based on the aspects to be achieved, the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method was used in this research because in general PTK is very suitable for improving the quality of research subjects. Based on the research results, it was found that making infographics in procedural text material can improve students' reading skills in learning.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Improving Student Learning Outcomes with the Wall-Making Project on Diversity". The subjects of this research were all students in class VIII A at SMP PGRI 4 Matesih for the 2022/2023 academic year. The aims of this research are: (1) To find out the learning outcomes of class VIII A students at SMP PGRI 4 Matesih before learning was carried out with the Mading Making Project, (2) To find out how the Mading Making Project can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII A students at SMP PGRI 4 Matesih, and (3) To find out the results of improving the learning outcomes of class VIII A students at SMP PGRI 4 Matesih after learning by making a wall-mounted wall-making project on the subject of Diversity. Based on the aspects to be achieved, the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method was used in this research because in general PTK is very suitable for improving the quality of research subjects. Based on the research results, it was found that the Mading making project could improve student learning outcomes on the subject of Diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between consumer behavior and decision making with the purchase of marwah skincare products at Helviah Gadingrejo Store. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitativ.The population in this study are consumers who use marwah skincare. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula obtained a sample size of 75 people. The variables studied in this study consist of consumer behavior consisting of social, personal, cultural and psychological factors. Decision making variables consist of problem recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, and purchasing decisions. Purchase variable as the dependent variable. The data used in this study were collected using a questionnaire that had previously been tested for its validity and reliability. Analysis of research can be done using pearson correlation analysis.Thus the results of this study state that consumer behavior and decision making with purchases have a positive and significant relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility and service quality on customer loyalty. This research sample was obtained from Bank Syariah Indonesia savings customers. Based on the data obtained, there are 18.4 million BSI savings customers. This research uses Quantitative methods and the sampling technique used in this study is the Purpossive Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique of data sources with certain considerations. Data collection was carried out using primary and secondary data techniques, primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents and secondary data in the form of BSI CSR Financial Statements, books, journals, and theses. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program version 26.0. The results of the t-test calculation on the variable X1 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with a calculated t value of 3.372 > t table 1.984, meaning that Corporate Social Responsibility affects Customer Loyalty. Variable X2 Service Quality with a calculated t value of 4,432 > t table 1,984, meaning that Service Quality affects Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how financial reports are prepared at Robbani Snack MSMEs, analyze the inhibiting factors that cause Robbani Snack MSMEs not to implement SAK EMKM-based financial reports and provide alternative solutions to the obstacles faced by Robbani Snack MSMEs. This research was conducted at the UMKM Robbani Snack which is located in Mataram village, Kec. Gadingrejo District. Pringsewu. In this research, 3 informants were used, namely 1 informant as the owner and 2 informants as sales assistants and admin. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods were carried out by means of interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the research show that in preparing financial reports, UMKM Robbani Snack has not implemented SAK EMKM due to a lack of knowledge and understanding of the owner and his assistants about SAK EMKM, educational background, UMKM Robbani Snack feels that it is still a village business that is not yet professional and is not yet able to make financial reports Based on SAK EMKM, there is no socialization from related agencies and there is no supervision from interested parties regarding MSME financial reports, especially from the government, related institutions and regulators. To improve the quality of implementation of SAK EMKM in Robbani Snack MSMEs, it is necessary to select human resources who understand the accounting recording system, conduct training on SAK EMKM and training on the use of accounting software, this is important to do because it can make it easier to prepare financial reports. So there is a need for outreach from relevant agencies regarding accounting, this can help MSME players gain knowledge related to accounting. And there is also a need for supervision from interested parties regarding MSME financial reports, especially from the government, related institutions and regulators.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to improve and strengthen the values and ideology of Pancasila for all community members in Teter Village, Simo District, Boyolali Regency. The problem behind this activity is that students receive a mandatory campus program, namely Real Work Lectures (KKN) as Pancasila movement students located in Teter Village, Simo District, Boyolali Regency. There are various customs and cultures inherent in the Teter Village community, therefore the Pancasila movement students intend to carry out several work programs aimed at all residents of the Teter Village community. By providing socialization of Pancasila values and creative content training on the Pancasila theme. The way to implement Real Work Lecture activities refers to the following systematics: forming a team, formulating goals, identifying stakeholders, collecting and analyzing needs, determining priorities for solving problems, preparation, implementation, mentoring, review and evaluation, and determining new needs and targets.
