Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat dan Riset Pendidikan is a journal on Faculty of Education. Abstract

The sudden appearance of Covid-19, which has disrupted the stability of almost all lines of life on earth, has now begun to subside. The learning and teaching process in schools has also entered the new normal, even face-to-face learning has been 100% enforced. However, the war between Russia and Ukraine which is still going on today has had a negative impact on the global economy. Globally, the war in Ukraine is a "disaster" for the world that will reduce global economic growth. The government has also increased the price of fuel oil (BBM) in our country. This of course will have an impact on rising prices of goods, including the price of basic necessities. The impact of the increase in the prices of these necessities will make it difficult for the people's economy, especially the middle to lower economic community. The people who live in Rorinata Housing Phase X, Hamlet IV, Suka Maju Village, Kec. Sunggal Deli Serdang Regency is a community with a middle to lower economy. This of course will indirectly affect the ability of parents of students who live in the housing to pay for additional learning for their children. Or in other words, students' parents will find it difficult to pay for additional tutoring for their children. One way to overcome this problem is through the Mathematics Clinic (Math Clinic Program). The application of the Math Clinic with the Hybrid Learning System has been able to help and improve the mathematical abilities of students who live in Phase X Rorinata Housing, Hamlet IV, Suka Maju Village, Kec. Sunggal Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

The lesson plan or what is known as RPP is a form of lesson plan that will be carried out by educators in learning activities, in this case an educator has paid close attention, both material, assessment, time allocation, learning resources, and learning methods to be used . The general objective of this research is to describe how an Islamic Religious Education subject teacher makes and compiles a Learning Planning Plan (RPP). This research uses a research approach using a literature review technique of listening, where one of the listening techniques is the note-taking technique. Data collection techniques are by using literature books or library materials, then recording them or quoting the opinions of experts in the book to strengthen the theoretical basis in writing articles and using the descriptive content analysis study method. The results of the research show that the ability of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preparing Learning Planning Plans (RPP) at SD Negeri 01 Bride can be said to be "very good" with 2 days the author guides and assists PAI teachers in preparing RPP for the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

The Community Service (PkM) activities that will be carried out with the Jakarta State University grant for the 2023 fiscal year depart from the road map of the research and community service program as an implementation of the tridarma of higher education at Jakarta State University related to the field of education, especially the development of teacher professionalism and the road map of the Sociology Education study program which aims to assist in writing class action research (PTK) for sociology teachers who are members of the DKI Jakarta subject teacher deliberation (MGMP). Through teacher communities such as MGMP, teachers can use it to improve the quality of teaching from preparation to evaluation and quality improvement through class action research. However, the problem that is currently present is that there are still few teacher communities that utilize the forum to improve their teaching capacity, one of which is experienced by teachers in the DKI Jakarta MGMP Sociology community. Therefore, in this community service activity, training on classroom action research will be carried out to improve the quality of learning by sharing experiences and knowledge related to classroom action research. This community service activity is in partnership with the Education Office and the DKI Jakarta MGMP Sociology Community. The process of activities that will be carried out by this service team with a mentoring system, mentoring activities begins with organizing focus group discussions to explore more deeply related to constraints and mapping the ability of teachers to make class action research. In mentoring, all teachers who are members of the DKI Jakarta Sociology MGMP will participate. It is expected that the output of this activity will result in a mentoring video on YouTube, teacher work, and intellectual property rights from making class action research

Abstract

Good money management can be done by setting aside money for a certain period of time which can later be used when there is a need or what we are often familiar with is saving. Knowledge of finance is not only for adults or parents, early childhood who are still in their golden age also need to be given knowledge and understanding of good saving habits. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and understanding to early childhood in RT. 23 Kelurahan Air Hitam regarding financial management by saving from an early age and helping develop children's creativity to recycle used goods into more useful items in the form of piggy banks. The method used in this activity is the delivery of material on saving activities, demonstrations of making piggy banks, questions and answers, quizzes and evaluation of activities. The socialization of the movement to like to save (gemabung) by making piggy banks from used plastic bottles of mineral water with the children of RT 23 Kelurahan Air Hitam went smoothly and made the children understand the good benefits of setting aside their allowance for savings. Children can also develop their creativity by making piggy banks from used plastic bottles of mineral water

Abstract

The Tajur Halang Makmur UMKM Cooperative has good potential but has not been supported by the abilities of its members. The problems faced by partners are in the field of product production and marketing. The solution is to provide training on making attractive packaging label designs using the Canva application and digital marketing training to increase partners' sales turnover. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the state of mathematical reasoning ability using the PBL model in terms of intrapersonal intelligence. The instruments used were reasoning ability tests, intrapersonal intelligence questionnaires and interview guidelines. Data analysis uses the Mile and Huberman models. The subjects in this study were students of SMP N 1 Tamiang Hulu. Students who were given problem-based learning treatment totaled 30 people. High ability students were 8 students or (26.67%), medium ability students were 18 students or (60%) and low ability students were 4 people or (13.34%). The conclusion of mathematical reasoning abilities using a problem-based learning model, 7 students or (23.33) high ability students, 13 students or (43.33%) moderate ability students and 10 low ability students. or (33.33%)

Abstract

One of the Three Dharmas of Higher Education is the implementation of community service, which aims to develop the abilities of the community. MSME development is a community service activity in the form of applying the results of science and technology to solve problems faced by MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises). This program is aimed at increasing the independence and performance of MSMEs. Examples include: increasing business opportunities in the era of digitalization, increasing the productivity of MSMEs with appropriate technology, developing online marketing to expand the MSME market, as is the case in Ujunge village, Tanasitolo District, Wajo Regency, with several MSMEs opening businesses but lacking skills so proficiency is needed. . Therefore, there is a need to socialize the empowerment of MSMEs. In this socialization activity, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase their productivity and gain knowledge to market their products online

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play a crucial role in advancing the national economy and have the potential to improve the quality of life of the community. However, this sector often faces challenges, especially in terms of digital adaptation and licensing, which have yet to receive adequate solutions. In response to this, community service activities are conducted with the aim of educating and raising awareness of the importance of empowering MSMEs, especially in the Limpomajang Village. The research described in this article is conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews with MSME actors, and literature studies from various sources. One of the outcomes of this community service is the socialization to MSMEs operating in various industrial sectors. This socialization emphasizes the need to empower MSMEs, focusing on enhancing human resource capabilities, such as sales digitalization training and licensing processes. As a result, MSMEs are better informed about online promotion strategies, non-cash payment methods, and the importance of having the proper licenses. It is hoped that this activity will provide long-term benefits for the development of MSMEs in Limpomajang Village, Majauleng Subdistrict, Wajo District

Abstract

The background for making this map in community service is the need for data on the area of vegetated areas and the level of vegetation density by various parties, both from government agencies, research and education needs, and non-government agencies. Meanwhile regional development and increase in residential land are increasing from year to year. To find out the area of vegetated areas and the level of density of vegetation effectively and efficiently, mapping can be done using remote sensing. The purpose of this community service is to find out the area of vegetated areas and the level of vegetation density in Palu City in 2022. This community service is a descriptive research. The area of the vegetated area and the level of vegetation density were obtained through remote sensing using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) method utilizing Sentinel 2-A imagery and direct field surveys. The result of this community service is a map of the level of vegetation density in the city of Palu in 2022, which shows that there are 4 (four) classes of vegetation density, namely the non-vegetation class of 3,602.77 Ha. Rare vegetation class 3,649.22 Ha. Medium vegetation class 6,539.65 Ha. Dense vegetation class 24,175.91 Ha

Abstract

The obstacles found in the basic subjects of computer network engineering and telecommunications, more specifically in the practicum on the use of network measuring instruments, the practicum is only carried out once a month due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure to carry out the practicum. So that students find it difficult to understand practicum material when studying. This study aims to produce valid and practical virtual lab learning media. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model. The number of subjects in this study amounted to 10 students as a sample. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques in the development of virtual lab learning media using Adobe Animate CC are quantitative data.The results of this research show that the average value of the validity test carried out by media experts is 0.85 in the valid category, while the value of the validity test by material experts is 0.84 in the valid category too. Meanwhile, in the practicality test on responses from teachers, results were obtained at 88.19% in the very practical category, and for responses from students, results were obtained at 82.88% in the very practical category. Based on assessments and input from media experts and material experts, as well as the results of field trials, it can be concluded that this interactive multimedia-based learning media has gone through good feasibility tests and is suitable for use as a basic learning tool for computer network and telecommunications techniques
