Abstract

In the present time, the development of the education world demands a more multidynamic approach. This means that education requires comprehensive and holistic development. Over time, the development of culture and civilization in the world has brought about changes in all aspects, including social structure, culture, and the education system in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Therefore, in the development of education in pesantren, technological management is needed to align with the current era. This research aims to explore the activities of the information system in a pesantren. Data was obtained through interviews, website documentation, and literature review. The data analysis technique adopted the theory of Miles & Huberman (data reduction, data display, data verification, and conclusion drawing). The results of the research are as follows: 1) The implementation of media team activities as an information system platform; 2) The pesantren information system is based on a website and application. This application consists of teacher attendance and teaching notes. The website and social media used by the pesantren include the pesantren portal website, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram as promotional media to the public. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the activities runs well.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based academic information system for SMK Negeri 1 Loea, utilizing the waterfall system development methodology. The advancement of information technology is an undeniable aspect of this digital era. One of the widely utilized technological developments is web-based information systems. Currently, many schools have yet to harness the potential of this information system technology to assist students in accessing their academic information. Academic Information Systems have become crucial in the current digital age, especially in remote areas. The result of this research is the successful creation of a web-based academic information system, which has been tested for its functionality and proven to provide ease in data management and information dissemination to students, teachers, and users. By using this system, issues that occasionally arise can be minimized.

Abstract

In elementary schools, maintaining students' learning motivation through the reconstruction of teaching methods is essential. The rationale for this research is to identify the negative impact of the lack of school facilities on students' learning motivation and to develop effective teaching methods to compensate for these limitations. The research steps include problem identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the reconstructed teaching methods. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and student learning assessments. The results of this research show that the reconstruction of teaching methods through creative utilization of available resources can enhance students' learning motivation. Students respond positively to a more interactive learning approach, including the use of easily accessible teaching materials and project-based learning. This research provides a significant contribution in the context of elementary education in schools with limited facilities by demonstrating that creativity in utilizing existing resources can overcome these constraints and maintain students' learning motivation. Recommendations for future research include observing the long-term impact of these teaching methods and adapting them to other elementary school conditions with similar facility limitations.

Abstract

This study examines the use of digital electronic systems in General-Regional Elections as evidence in the Constitutional Court's dispute over Vote Counting Results. Focusing on the Rekapitulasi Information System (SIREKAP), the research explores the existence and evidential strength of SIREKAP as a mandatory administrative action during the electoral process. In the context of normative law, this research utilizes primary and secondary data related to electoral laws and relevant legal materials. Through observation and documentation methods, the data is analyzed by organizing, sorting, and categorizing information. The study demonstrates that SIREKAP has a legal basis in the Regulation of the General Election Commission, making it a legally accountable piece of evidence. This normative legal research contributes significantly to understanding the role of digital electronic systems in General-Regional Elections in the context of evidentiary support during PHPU in the MK. The results are expected to provide insights into the role of SIREKAP as an instrument supporting transparency and accountability in democracy, particularly in addressing the complexity and challenges of managing General Elections/Regional Elections.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh citra merek air mineral "LT" pada PT. Tirta Logam Tunggal Kendari. Penelitian ini didorong oleh pentingnya memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dalam industri minuman kemasan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan 100 responden sebagai sampel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan T-statistik sebesar 28,276 dan Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0,846. Selain itu, citra merek terbukti memediasi hubungan antara perilaku konsumen dan keputusan pembelian, dengan T-statistik sebesar 96,453 dan Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0,953. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perilaku konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara langsung maupun melalui citra merek, menekankan pentingnya citra merek dalam strategi pemasaran.

Abstract

Sulawesi Tenggara, dengan luas perairan yang melebihi 70%, memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan sektor perikanan kelautan. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan pengembangan ini adalah minat generasi muda untuk menimba ilmu di bidang perikanan kelautan. Namun, data penerimaan mahasiswa baru di perguruan tinggi menunjukkan rendahnya minat memilih jurusan ini dibandingkan jurusan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya minat mahasiswa baru untuk berkuliah di bidang perikanan kelautan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September 2023 dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 301 mahasiswa baru dari berbagai jurusan di salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Kendari. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data terkait faktor-faktor pemilihan jurusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan jurusan meliputi dorongan diri sendiri, dukungan keluarga, bakat dan kemampuan pribadi, program studi, serta prospek dan peluang kerja. Rendahnya minat terhadap jurusan perikanan disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi dan persepsi bahwa jurusan ini belum menjanjikan masa depan yang cerah. Simpulan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan sosialisasi dan perbaikan persepsi masyarakat terhadap prospek bidang perikanan kelautan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the quality of civil registration administration services in Pinrang District, focusing on identifying existing challenges and proposing improvements to enhance public satisfaction. The main objective was to conduct a thorough analysis of civil registration services, particularly regarding delays in the issuance of Electronic Identity Cards (e-KTP) and the physical infrastructure of service centers. A qualitative approach was employed, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews with administrative staff and direct observations at service locations. Key informants included administrative personnel and service users. Data were analyzed descriptively to identify patterns and major findings related to service quality. The study revealed that while there has been progress in service quality, challenges such as delays, and physical infrastructure deficiencies still need to be addressed. Recommendations for optimizing administrative processes, improving infrastructure, integrating technology, and enhancing staff training aim to improve service efficiency, responsiveness, and support sustainable and inclusive development in Pinrang District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal responsibility of PT. Virtue Dragon Nickel Industrial Park (VDNIP) for the right to a good and healthy environment and the forms of accountability of PT. VDNIP in realizing such an environment in Morosi District, Konawe Regency. This research employs a normative legal method with a case study approach involving legal products, including the review of legislation. Based on the research findings, the right to a good and healthy environment must be balanced with the obligation to maintain environmental functions and control pollution. This balance reflects that the community plays a crucial role in preserving environmental sustainability. A good and healthy environment cannot be achieved if the community remains passive towards environmental management. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 32 of 2009, the community must actively participate in environmental protection and management. The research results indicate that the responsibility of PT. VDNIP in maintaining a good and healthy environment heavily relies on the active participation of the community in monitoring and managing the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to identify human resource (HR) empowerment strategies in educational management, focusing on optimizing individual potential to achieve sustainable educational goals. The research employs a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach, gathering data through observation, interviews, and documentation at the Mujahidin Foundation. The findings reveal that HR empowerment not only requires strengthening individuals but also necessitates close coordination and collaboration among educational elements, including teachers, staff, and management. The implementation of a holistic and integrated empowerment strategy is key to creating an educational system that can endure and evolve with the changing dynamics of modern society. In conclusion, the success of HR empowerment in the context of educational management depends on a comprehensive approach that considers not only individual aspects but also integrates all educational elements to achieve broader and sustainable educational objectives.

Abstract

The issue in this research is that the increase and decrease of agricultural GDP per capita in Southeast Sulawesi are significantly influenced by several factors, one of which is the production factor and the availability of land for oil palm cultivation. Therefore, an analysis is needed regarding the impact of GDP on the production and land area of oil palm in Southeast Sulawesi. This study aims to understand the impact of oil palm production and cultivated area on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the agricultural sector in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The sample for this study uses secondary data derived from the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency and the Indonesian Palm Oil Statistics Book from 2013 to 2022. This research is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results of this study indicate that oil palm production in the Southeast Sulawesi region has a negative and significant effect on the agricultural GRDP of Southeast Sulawesi, while the expansion of oil palm plantation area has a positive and significant effect on the agricultural sector GRDP in Southeast Sulawesi Province.
