Abstract

Shared vision is a concept of leadership in which a leader strives to build and share a clear vision with a team member or organization. This activity is carried out at Ma’arif Batu High School with the aim of raising the knowledge of students about shared vision, which can lead them to follow an organization or become its leader. The method used in this examination is the lecture method, which involves conducting a pre- and post-test session to measure the level of knowledge of the participants. The sampling of this dedication uses random sampling techniques in which student and student populations are taken randomly. The data analysis is carried out in the form of a frequency distribution table based on the characteristics of Ma’arif students as respondents and the results of the pre-test as well as the post-test. The success of this dedication can be seen from the increased values of the post-test, where the results are higher than pre-tests. With such results, it can be concluded that the educational activities on Shared Vision are successful. It is hoped that after implementing these educational activities, Ma’arif’s high school students will be able to implement a shared vision in their present and future organizations in order to have a successful and structured organization.

Abstract

The prevalence of sexual violence globally averages 35.6%, meaning that one in three Indonesian women has personally experienced sexual violence, at least by a partner, loved one or stranger (annual report). According to Komnas Perempuan, there were 93,960 incidents of sexual violence reported between 2001 and 2011. This means that at least 35 women, including children, were victims of sexual violence. Based on Komnas Perempuan's annual report, the prevalence of sexual violence in 2014 was around 2,274 cases (26%), with violence occurring within the household, i.e. within the household or in personal relationships. Cases (56%) occurred in urban areas. Komnas Perempuan also found that incidents of sexual violence accounted for 400,939 of the total incidents of sexual violence against women reported in the last 13 years. the factor in the occurrence of sexual violence is due to economic factors. because economic factors make low human resources and the level of education is lacking. but nowadays even people with low economies have gadgets and can also access social media applications such as tiktok and others. Therefore we use this media method as a learning material that can be accessed by everyone and can also be a reference for their learning. our goal is to introduce sexual violence in order to reduce acts of violence around us.

Abstract

Intestinal sound is produced by muscle movements in the digestive tract. The return of intestinal sound after surgery is an important indicator for patients to return to eating and drinking normally. This study aimed to determine whether the administration of laxatives before surgery can speed up the recovery of intestinal sound in patients undergoing surgery with general anesthesia. The study involved 30 patients divided into two groups: a laxative group and a control group. The laxative group received laxatives before surgery, while the control group did not. Intestinal sound recovery time was measured in both groups. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the Mann Whitney statistical test. The results showed that the administration of laxatives before surgery had a significant effect on intestinal sound recovery time in postoperative patients under general anesthesia (p < 0.05). The laxative group showed faster recovery of intestinal sound than the control group. From this study it can be concluded that the administration of pre-operative laxatives can be beneficial for postoperative patients under general anesthesia to accelerate the recovery of bowel function. So that suggestions to the next researcher are advised to conduct research respondents who are given more varied laxatives

Abstract

Impaired gas exchange due to decreased lung function can inhibit the process of eliminating inhaled anesthetic substances through pulmonary exhalation. Smoking causes changes in the structure, function of the respiratory tract and lung parenchymal tissue, resulting in a decrease in lung physiology. This study aims to determine the relationship between postoperative respiratory recovery time and general anesthesia between smoking and non-smoking patients. The research design used is a comparative study with a cross sectional approach using purposive sampling techniques. Respondents totaled 30 people and were divided into 2 groups. Research analysis used the Mann-Whitney test with a=0.05. The average breathing recovery time for smokers is 2 minutes and 1 minute for non-smokers. Statistical test results showed that there was no difference in respiratory recovery time between smoking and non-smoking patients with p-value=0.550. Recommendations for future researchers to continue this research with more homogeneous respondents
