Fokus ABDIMAS (Jurnal Ilmiah Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) diterbitkan oleh STIE Pelita Nusantara Semarang dengan tujuan mempublikasikan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bersifat aplikatif, inovatif, dan memberikan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat. Pengelolaan wilayah pedesaan berbasis kearifan lokal Termasuk tata kelola desa, pembangunan berkelanjutan, dan community development. Pengembangan Ekonomi, Kewirausahaan, Koperasi, Industri Kreatif, dan UMKM Seperti pelatihan manajemen keuangan, manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan inkubasi bisnis. Pengembangan teknologi berwawasan lingkungan Meliputi teknologi ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan limbah, dan edukasi lingkungan untuk masyarakat. Inovasi teknologi dalam bisnis Termasuk penerapan teknologi informasi, digitalisasi proses bisnis, aplikasi akuntansi dan manajemen berbasis IT, serta solusi otomatisasi usaha. Jurnal ini menerima artikel yang berasal dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pendampingan, pelatihan, pemberdayaan komunitas, implementasi teknologi tepat guna, evaluasi program, serta best practices yang relevan dengan bidang akuntansi dan manajemen.

Abstract

Solid waste management has become a pressing environmental issue in Indonesia, with more than 68 million tons of waste generated annually, of which a large portion remains unmanaged. Sukoreno Village, located in Prigen District, Pasuruan Regency, faces significant challenges in handling 2–2.5 tons of daily household waste that is not separated at the source, resulting in environmental degradation and health risks. This community service program aimed to empower local communities through training on waste management based on the circular economy concept, particularly by establishing and operating a community-based waste bank. The program was carried out through socialization, technical training, technology implementation, and continuous mentoring. Results showed a substantial improvement in community awareness, with 70% of households understanding the importance of waste segregation and 50% beginning to implement it. Technical training enabled residents to acquire practical skills in waste bank management, composting, plastic recycling, and maggot cultivation, leading to the formation of three new community business groups. Furthermore, the installation of a waste sorting machine and a plastic shredder, along with the construction of a 3R Waste Processing Site (TPS 3R) and a village waste bank, significantly enhanced processing capacity to 100 kg of waste per day and 500 kg per month, respectively. The program also reduced waste disposal to landfill by 40% and increased village income by 15% within the first three months, with a projected growth of 20% annually. These outcomes highlight that circular economy-based approaches not only reduce environmental burdens but also create economic opportunities, strengthen social cohesion, and support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 11 on sustainable cities and communities and Goal 12 on responsible consumption and production.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower the women of PKK RT 005 Dusun Bendosari through household waste management using the Bank Sampah Unit (BSU) model and Lubang Resapan Biopori (LRB). The methods applied include socialization, training, hands-on practice, and mentoring with a project-based learning approach. The results indicate that participants are able to independently separate organic and inorganic waste, process organic waste into compost through biopores, and use the compost to support the Nutrition Garden, which produces vegetables such as mustard greens, water spinach, and spinach. Furthermore, through BSU, the community gains economic benefits from the sale of recyclable inorganic waste. This program not only enhances environmental awareness and community cleanliness but also increases household income while reducing expenses through the consumption of vegetables from the Nutrition Garden. Thus, the activity creates a dual impact by improving household economic welfare and promoting sustainable environmental preservation

Abstract

Lingkungan hidup memiliki peran yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia dan perlu dijaga kelestariannya sejak dini. Pendidikan kreatif yang memanfaatkan sumber daya alam di sekitar menjadi salah satu cara efektif untuk menumbuhkan kepedulian tersebut. Program Ecokids (Eco-Print) dilaksanakan oleh Kelompok KKN 03 di Desa Brakas dengan melibatkan siswa MI Ma’arif NU Brakas dan SD N 1 Brakas sebagai upaya mengembangkan kreativitas sekaligus menanamkan nilai peduli lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu pemaparan materi tentang Eco-Print, pencarian bahan Eco-Print disekitar sekolah, serta praktik langsung mencetak motif alami. Sebanyak 42 peserta terlibat secara aktif dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu menghasilkan karya kain bermotif alami yang unik, memperoleh pengalaman belajar berbasis lingkungan yang menyenangkan, serta menunjukkan peningkatan kreativitas dan kepedulian terhadap alam. Program ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi berbasis praktik sederhana namun bermakna dapat menjadi media efektif dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda yang kreatif, peduli, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap kelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

This community service program demonstrates how financial literacy-based synergy between academics and farmers optimize economic potential in Guntung Besar Village, South Kalimantan. Despite rich argicultural resources (rice, palm oil, rubber), low financial literacy among farmers led to loan shark dependence and underutilization of formal financing. Through contextual workshops and field mentoring involving D4 Akuntansi Perpajakan Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut, BUMDes and farmers, the initiative achieved reduction in loan shark dependence, increase in BUMDes utilization, and adoption of practical financial recording systems.The innovative “Agro-Accounting Model” – featuring crop-cycle periodozation and localized cost classification – overcame challenges like farmer group fragmentation through monthly village forums and cooperative formation. Loan shark resistance was transformed into distributor partnerships via profit-sharing schemes. Sustainability is institutionalized through Village Regulation, youth cadre training, and academic curricullum integration. Results validate experiental learning principle, showing field-based financial education triple concept adoption compared to classroom methods. This initiative proves agricultural financial literacy serve as foundational leverage for rural economic transformation when combined with tridharma synergy and cultural wisdom.

Abstract

AbstractIn the growing E- digital era, the use of information and communication technologies has been a key factor in the survival and growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). SMEs constitute the backbone of Indonesia’s reeconomy, contributing significantly to gross domestic product (GDP) and labor absorption. However, many SMEs still face challenges in accessing wider markets, promoting products, and increasing competitiveness. SMEs in Indonesia play a very vital role in the reeconomy, contributing almost 60% to GDP and absorbing a lot of labour. Abstract

This community service initiative aims to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by addressing key challenges identified through SWOT analysis, interviews, and field observations. The objectives are: (1) to improve the visual appeal of the sales point, (2) to increase consumer awareness of the business location, (3) to establish a digital presence via social media, and (4) to diversify product offerings, including nighttime beverage options. The novelty of this program lies in its integrated approach simultaneously tackling branding, digital marketing, and product innovation to foster MSME resilience in a competitive market environment. By providing MSMEs with practical tools such as signage (banners and neon boxes), Google Maps integration, and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), alongside product diversification strategies, the program offers a scalable model for MSME development. The scope of the research includes the design, implementation, and evaluation of targeted interventions aimed at improving marketing performance and product attractiveness. This study is confined to a selected MSME unit and serves as a pilot model that can be adapted to similar business contexts.

Puyo Silky Desserts merupakan puding pertama dalam bisnis desserts yang menjadi top of mind. Puyo Silky Desserts dalam membangun komunikasi pemasarannya melalui Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), yang berorientasi kepada primary dan secondary target market. Puyo dalam menjalankan kegiatan marketingnya melalui offline dan online secara berimbang, kedua hal tersebut bertujuan untuk mengembangkan brand serta mempertahankan eksistensi konsumennya. Secara online, Puyo aktif menjalankan promosinya melalui media sosial Instagram dan Facebook Ads dengan berbagai konten yang menarik yang diharapkan respon konsumen yang didapatkan oleh perusahaan sangat baik. Sedangkan secara offline Puyo melakukan berbagai promosi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the implementation of incentive-based active learning to encourage students to actively ask questions and express their opinions during statistics lectures. Incentives are given in the form of extra credit, which can influence scores on assignments and the final exam. The application of this strategy has been proven to improve conceptual understanding and learning outcomes, especially in statistics courses. The analysis shows that every question a student asks has a positive and significant effect on increasing their final exam score, for both male and female students, though the impact is greater for female students. These results confirm that active student involvement through questioning not only enriches the learning process but also provides measurable academic benefits. The success of this method is influenced by the consistent application of the rules, the provision of appropriate feedback, and the improvement in the quality of the questions asked. Therefore, strengthening strategies that can encourage both the quantity and quality of questions is key to increasing the effectiveness of active learning in the classroom. This finding contributes to the development of interactive learning methods that focus on active student participation as a means of improving academic achievement and conceptual understanding

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) is a program that involves students as an inseparable part of the tri dharma of higher education, focusing on honing students’ abilities to apply all forms of knowledge acquired during lectures. Jambudesa Village, Purbalingga Regency is one of the locations for KKN implementation. Based on observations in this village, most of the local community are farmers. One of them is the cassava farmers who rely on it for their livelihood. At the time of the cassava harvest, farmers sell it directly to collectors at a price of around one thousand rupiah per kilo, as mentioned by one of the farmers. Therefore, an innovation program for food products based on local agricultural products, including cassava, was implemented. There are several reasons why this program was initiated, mainly to increase the market value of cassava. To foster creativity for the local community, especially for housewives, and to utilize the abundant agricultural products in the surrounding environment. In addition to product innovation, students also present a digital marketing socialization work program aimed at the sustainability of the product innovation creation, which is expected to expand the market, improve competitiveness, and maximize the economic potential of the community in the technological era. The results of the activities show an increase in community skills in processing cassava, the creation of unique food products, and the initial ability of the community to utilize social media to market products.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi ini merupakan bagian dari program kerja Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Perwira Purbalingga (Unperba) tahun 2025 yang dilaksanakan di Desa Ponjen. Program ini dirancang khusus dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan literasi mengenai pencegahan kekerasan seksual di kalangan remaja yang tinggal di desa tersebut melalui pemanfaatan media Posyandu Remaja sebagai sarana edukasi yang efektif dan mudah dijangkau. Kekerasan seksual merupakan isu serius yang rentan dialami oleh remaja akibat keterbatasan pengetahuan dan kesadaran mengenai bentuk, dampak, serta strategi pencegahannya. Program sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan melalui Posyandu Remaja di Desa Ponjen menjadi salah satu langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan literasi remaja terkait pencegahan kekerasan seksual. Kegiatan ini mencakup penyampaian materi mengenai pengertian, jenis, dan dampak kekerasan seksual, bagian tubuh yang tidak boleh disentuh, serta upaya pencegahan sejak dini. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi menggunakan media PowerPoint, diskusi interaktif, dan tanya jawab untuk mendorong partisipasi aktif peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan sikap remaja dalam mengenali serta mencegah potensi kekerasan seksual di lingkungan sekitar. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi di Posyandu Remaja terbukti efektif sebagai media edukasi preventif guna menciptakan lingkungan yang aman, sehat, dan ramah remaja.
