Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of Myting Program can improve the learning outcomes of students of SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan and to determine the improvement of learning outcomes after using Myting Program in students of SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan. The approach in this study using quantitative research and this research uses the type of experimental research, research design with Quasi Experimental Design type Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Samples taken 2 classes which The samples taken were 2 classes which were divided into two groups, namely class XI AKL 1 as a control group with a total of 38 students and an experimental group of class XI AKL 2 with a total of 36 students. The results showed that the results of the Wilcoxon test conducted in the experimental class and control class were 0.000. This means that there is a difference between the pre-test and post-test scores in the experimental and control classes, which is smaller than Sig.???? = 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05). Hypothesis testing in this study used the Mann-Whitney test with the value obtained that Zhitung was -5,254 with a Sig value of 0.000. The significance value is smaller than 0.05 so that based on the decision-making criteria Ha is accepted. This shows that the average increase in MYOB Accounting learning outcomes of experimental class students is greater than the control class. So the result is that there is an increase in student learning outcomes after using the Android-based Myting program. Android-based Myting program for students at SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Medan.

Abstract

Advances in technology have paved the way for innovative solutions aimed at improving thewell-being of the lives of deaf and speech-impaired individuals. This paper presents the designof TFOOD (TensorFlow Object Detection), a smart application designed to facilitate digitalcommunication for deaf and speech impaired people. Utilizing TensorFlow object detectiontechnology, TFOOD translates visual cues, such as SIBI and BISINDO sign language cues, into text or audio output that is easily understood by others. Prototype of “TFOOD” applicationwhich is designed to help reduce the difficulties faced by people with hearing and speechimpairments. These applications involve training sophisticated models on diverse data setsand optimizing algorithms to ensure high accuracy and responsiveness in real-worldscenarios. Results show that TFOOD significantly increases communication accessibility fordeaf and speech-impaired individuals, providing an effective tool for interacting in a variety ofsocial and professional contexts. This paper also discusses the challenges faced duringimplementation, including model accuracy and integration, and discusses potential futuredevelopments to further improve the system's capabilities and accessibility. Through thisexploration, TFOOD demonstrates its contribution to digital inclusion and offers insight intothe development of supporting communications technologies.

Abstract

The library as an information agency will make it easier for users to find the various sources of information that they need. In order to facilitate users in searching for information in particular in the field of statistics, the library provides services in the statistical field, i.e. statistical corner service. The diversity in the use of the statistical corner makes this research aimed at finding out the utilization of the Statistical Corner as a source of information that is in FEBI UINSU as well as to know the opinion of users on the sources of information provided by the statistics corner of FEBI UINSU. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with sampling using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques are done through observations and interviews. Then triangulation is done to find valid and credible research. The usage of this statistical corner is very varied in different places according to the needs of its users. In the statistics corner of FEBI UINSU usually uses the service to find out the statistical data he needs. The need for such statistical data is then exploited for a variety of purposes such as doing a lecture assignment, doing a final assignment or simply looking for additional information that could support their research.
