Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is an important milestone in the transformation of education in madrasah ibtidaiyah, encouraging the need to improve the quality of teachers through directed training. The background of the adoption of the Merdeka Curriculum lies in changing the learning paradigm towards an inclusive approach, integrating national values without setting aside the substance of religious education. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of teacher training on the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in madrasah ibtidaiyah. This research method uses a literature study approach and analyzes various sources relevant to the context of teacher training and the adoption of Merdeka Curriculum in madrasah. In this study, it is presented that teacher training has a significant impact. Teachers who receive directed training are able to better apply Merdeka Curriculum concepts, improve teaching quality, and create a more dynamic learning environment. The results show that teacher training directly contributes to improving their understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum concept, improving skills in designing lessons that are in line with the demands of the new curriculum, and having a positive impact on student achievement. Improved learning quality, collaboration between teachers, and readiness to deal with change are the visible results of investing in teacher training in the context of Merdeka Curriculum in madrasah ibtidaiyah. This confirms that teacher training is not only a necessity, but also a necessity in realizing adaptive and inclusive education.

Abstract

The impact of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era extends to all aspects of human life, including education. Professional teachers play a crucial role in fostering effective learning and improving student outcomes. It is expected that teachers not only possess technological proficiency but also integrate it seamlessly into their daily teaching practices. Therefore, it is important to analyse how teachers' digital competence can overcome the challenges of era 4.0, as well as the role of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) in improving their competence. This study employs a literature review to analyse teachers' digital competence in era 4.0 and the associated challenges, as well as to explain the role of TPACK in improving their digital competence. The study's results demonstrate that teachers face several challenges in improving their digital competencies, including transforming learning models, developing digital competencies, understanding students' individual needs, and integrating learning using current technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and internet-based learning applications. In the 4.0 era, TPACK plays a crucial role in enhancing teachers' digital competencies. TPACK provides a holistic approach that integrates three main dimensions of knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the moderation of self control which affect investment planning motive on civil servants in Sidoarjo. The well executed financial management is not only managing financial income and daily needs, but it needs to be prepared for the future financial management if someday a person or individual needs more financial income. For example in the way to invest. Along with investment, an individual will get profits or benefits in the future. Analysis tool that is used in this research is questionnaire sheet that have already conveyed to 77 respondents and purposive sampling as the sampling approach. To examine the research hypothesis, the researcher use Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS software, version 3.2.7. The output of this research is an article within index SINTA (Science and Technology Index) 3 (third rank) journal, national seminar article, and intellectual property rights. Technology readiness level which is tragetted in the research is 1 – 4. The urgency in this study is because of the tendency of each individual nowdays, moreover they who have a family, generally have a financial purpose in the future. Nevertheless, there are pletiful people who can not fulfil their dream because of financial issues to achieve that financial goals.

This paper delves into the pivotal role of free economic zones (FEZ) in Uzbekistan, focusing on their potential to magnetize investment projects. It assesses the critical elements for successfully embedding FEZs within the regional economic framework, pinpointing prevalent challenges and hurdles. Emphasizing the need for robust legislative frameworks, the creation of a conducive investment climate, and the provision of essential infrastructure, the paper explores various investment project types and the dynamic roles of participants in the investment landscape. The goal is to elucidate strategies that can augment the efficacy of FEZs in bolstering investments and propelling regional economic progress in Uzbekistan.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the study related to the urgency of leadership management in Islamic educational institutions. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a library approach. By collecting reading materials sourced from reference books, journals, and some teaching materials that are in accordance with the research. The results of this study indicate that leadership management in educational institutions is a very important component. Because leadership management has an important role in shaping the quality and success of the institution. The principal as the main leader has a great responsibility in directing, organizing, and motivating all members of the institution to achieve the goals of the educational institution that has been set. Leaders can not only give orders to their subordinates, but can also influence the way they perform the task. The concept of leadership in Islam highlights the importance of exemplary traits, wisdom and the ability to give meaning to collective work. In the leadership management of Islamic educational institutions, leaders need to have strong leadership traits, problem-solving abilities, social skills and professional knowledge.

Abstract

Education is an important foundation of societal development and managing human resources (HR) is key to the success of educational institutions. This article explores the basic concepts of human resource management (HRM), the role of digital transformation and its relevance in the context of education. Digital transformation has changed the education paradigm, presenting new challenges and unlimited opportunities in HRM. However, in-depth understanding of the integration between HRM and digital transformation in educational contexts is limited. This article aims to investigate the role of digital transformation in educational HRM, outline the basic concepts of HRM, and highlight its relevance in the current educational setting. A desk research method was used to evaluate literature related to HRM, digital transformation, and education. An in-depth review was conducted to present a comprehensive overview of the topic. The concept of HRM in education involves recruitment, development, performance management, and technology integration in the education process. Digital transformation changes the way of interaction, staff development, performance management, and affects the educational paradigm. A good integration between the two creates an educational environment that is adaptive, oriented towards individual development, and responsive to change. The integration of digital transformation with basic HRM concepts is crucial in creating an adaptive educational environment.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the teaching effectiveness of the tahfidz programme for toddlers at Rumah Tahfidz Balita dan Anak (RUTABA) Sidoarjo. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, and data were collected through classroom observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings revealed that increased teacher understanding is crucial for the success of memorising tahfidz among toddler students. The significance of the teacher's role in effective guidance and teaching is emphasised. Additionally, parental involvement is recognised as a crucial factor in improving the quality of memorisation and maintaining the spirit of memorisation of toddler tahfidz students. The use of technology was found to be highly beneficial in tahfidz learning, both in school and during murojaah at home. This indicates that integrating technology can enhance learning effectiveness. Factors such as teachers' professional development and rote memorisation were identified as being able to increase motivation and set an example in the tahfidz programme for students. This highlights the importance of skill development and ongoing support for educators. Continuous evaluation is a method of enhancing the quality of students' memorisation that is carried out regularly according to a schedule. This approach highlights the significance of continuous monitoring and assessment to improve the quality of learning. Therefore, this abstract demonstrates a comprehensive approach to teaching tahfidz to toddlers by emphasising the roles of teachers, parents, technology, professional development, and continuous evaluation.

Abstract

A qualitative research that explained the linguistic phenomena in Kendal Regency, Central Java. The data sources were divided into two: primary and secondary. The primary data resource was a video recording of Pambiwara speeches in Javanese weddings, while the secondary data was in the form of library documentation and Javanese wedding. The purposes of this research were: (1) to describe the changes in language use of Javanese wedding in preserving Kawi language in Kendal, Central Java, (2) to describe the facts of Kawi Language use in Javanese wedding by Pambiwara, and (3) to observe changes and modifications in the language use of Javanese wedding for the maintenance of the Kawi language of Pambiwara. The Pambiwara produced 2000-3000 vocabulary words. Based on the average number of words issued by the Pambiwara in a Javanese wedding ceremony, the percentage occurrences of the Kawi language vocabulary also varied. It could also be seen that there were changes and modifications of the order of Javanese marriages into a more concise and simpler order used by Pambiwara to use Prasaja Javanese which belonged to simple and easy to understand Javanese language. Abstract

Education has undergone a significant transformation along with the development of technology. The technological development of Era 4.0 marks a change in the educational landscape, giving rise to the concept of "Merdeka Belajar" as an approach that allows students to organise their own learning. In addition, the role of teachers is becoming increasingly important in this context, on the one hand teachers need a deep understanding of the competencies needed in this digital era. In the technological development of the 4.0 era, teachers are not only required to have high digital competence as an inspirational model for students. Teacher competence in Era 4.0 lies not only in technological proficiency, but also in understanding individual student differences and facilitating learning that accommodates diversity itself. This is apparently what initiated the independent learning approach in the technological development of Era 4.0. Due to continuous changes in the education paradigm, it requires in-depth reflection on how Merdeka Belajar can be applied and how teachers can develop relevant competencies. This paper aims to comprehensively explore the concept of Merdeka Belajar and the dynamics of teacher competence in Era 4.0 by basing it on the latest research.
