Abstract

Learning media in learning activities is so important. For both teachers and students, learning media plays a important role in the teaching and learning process. Learning media is to attract students' interest as well as a tool to make it easier for students to understand Arabic lessons. Teachers will find it difficult to increase the effectiveness of learning without media. Likewise with students, without media they will face obstacles in learning. Especially when the teacher explains the lesson quickly and unclearly, causing students not to understand it. The results obtained by the researcher from two previous questions are the steps for developing Macro Flash learning media in interactive multimedia-based Arabic learning to improve student learning outcomes and the effectiveness of the learning media that has been developed. The results type is a research and development. With the Borg and Gall development method.

Abstract

The use of learning media is essential in the learning process. The teacher needs help in choosing a proper learning media in the process of learning Arabic vocabulary. Students have difficulties memorizing vocabulary effectively and have been inattentive during the learning process. Thus, the researcher provides a solution using technology-based learning media, Flip Book Pro. It is a learning media that converts PDF files into various engaging digital book pages. The paper uses a research and development approach and uses the model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, and evaluation). The researcher conducted trials using qualitative and quantitative methods. The researcher obtained data on the effectiveness of students on the product using a qualitative approach. The researcher quantitatively analyzed the data using the Likert scale formula, data questionnaire analysis, and t-test. This paper was centered around how the process of developing flipbook pro learning media on Arabic vocabulary learning for elementary students of Baiturrohman Jember in the 2021/2022 Academic Year and finding out whether or not there is a significant effect in the effectiveness of Flipbook Pro learning media on learning Arabic vocabulary for elementary students of Baiturrohman Jember in 2021/2022 Academic Year.

Abstract

The background of the research at the Al Fauzan Islamic Boarding School Lumajang is related to the ability of students who are still relatively lacking in translating Arabic texts. This problem occurs due to many reasons including a lack of enthusiasm in the learning. Likewise, the learning method is limited to listening to the teacher's explanation then students come forward to read and translate the book. The method used by the researcher is the Research and Development (R&D). The results of data analysis are as follows: 1) product specifications include book form, book content, translation, and evaluation 2) Validation of the development of translation teaching materials, namely validation of content validators and design validators 3) The effectiveness of developing speaking skills learning media is known through the SPSS application, where the data entry of the ' pre-test and post-test students to determine production efficiency, the researcher chose a test with the type of Sample Paired Test which has a basic formula, if the value of sig. 2-tailed less than 0.05 means indicating a significant difference between pre-test and post-test. Meanwhile, the data obtained by the researcher was 0.00, indicating that the value of sig. 2-tailed less than 0.05. So that student learning outcomes showed significant positive changes after using the developed product, namely in the form of translation teaching materials for Arabic texts at the Al Fauzan Islamic Boarding School Lumajang. خلفية البحث في معهد الفوزان الإسلامي لوماجانج لايزال كفاءة الطلبة في ترجمة النصوص العربية قليلة. هناك مشكلات في قلة تأهل الطلبة في كفاءة الترجمة للنصوص العربية. ظهرت هذة المشكلات بأسباب مختلفة منها عدم الحماسة للمطالعة بتعليمهم. كذلك في طريقة التدريس وهي تعتمد على الإستماع بشرح المدرس ثم يتقدم كل الطلبة لقراءتها وترجمتها. المنهج المستخدم الذي قام به الباحث في هذا البحث هو المنهج التطويري بنموذج Borg And Gall . نتائج تحليل البيانات كما تلي: 1) أما مواصفات الإنتاج فهي شكل الكتاب، مضمون الكتاب، الترجمة، التقويم 2) صلاحية تطوير مواد تعليم الترجمة للنصوص العربية هو من قبل صلاحية خبير المواد وخبير التصميم 3)أما فعالية الإنتاج فهي تعرف فعالية تطوير الإنتاج من خلال تطبيق SPSS ، حيث يتم فحص إدخال البيانات الخاصة بنتائج الاختبار القبلي والبعدي للطلبة. لمعرفة فاعلية الإنتاج ، اختارت الباحثة اختبارًا بنوع الاختبار Sampel Paired Test الذي له الصيغة الأساسية، إذا كانت قيمة sig. 2-tailed أصغر من 0.05 ، وهذا يدل على الفرق الكبير بين الاختبار القبلي والبعدي. بينما كانت البيانات التي حصلت عليها الباحثة 0.00 ، مما يدل على أن قيمة sig. 2-tailed أصغر من 0.05. تظهر نتائج تعليم الطلبة تغييرا إيجابيا كبيرا بعد استخدام الإنتاج التطويري أي كتاب الترجمة للنصوص العربية.

Abstract

In the globalization era, in the 20th century, the development of Information and Communication Technology is very rapid. Even in the educational process, the teacher must be intelligent and able to choose the type of educational material he uses in the teaching and learning process. Educational materials play an essential role in the educational process and have an individual contribution to education, which impacts students. The problem in Wahid Hashim Balung Jember Islamic high school was the lack of unique education materials for reading skills. This study aims: 1) to determine the steps of developing reading materials for teaching Arabic through Android and 2) to determine the effectiveness of teaching reading materials for teaching Arabic through Android. This study uses the model approach proposed by Borg and Gall, and researchers use pre-test and post-test to develop reading materials. The results of this study showed that reading materials using Android developed by researchers effectively improve students ' reading skills. في عصر العولمة، قرن 20 أن التطورات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات هي سريعة جدا. حتي في عملية التعليم، ينبغي للمعلم أن يكون ذاكيا وقادرا على اختيار نوع المادة التعليمية التي يستخدمها في عملية التعليم والتعلم. إن المادة التعليمية تؤدي دورا هاما في عملية التعليم ولها إسهامات الفردية في التعليم، وهذا له تأثير على التلاميذ. ومشكلات ما وقعت في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية واحد هاشم بالونج جمبر عدم وجود مواد التعليمية خاصة في مهارة القراءة. إن الأهداف من هذا البحث هي: 1) ولمعرفة الخطوات تطوير مادة القراءة لتعليم اللغة العربية عبر أندرويد 2) لمعرفة فعالية تعليم مادة القراءة لتعليم اللغة العربية عبر أندرويد. استخدمت الباحثة منهج البحث والتطوير بالنموذج الذي اقترحه برج وغال، واستخدمت الباحثة الإختبار القبلي والإختبار بعدي في تطوير المادة القراءة. ونتيجة هذه الرسالة هي أن المادة القراءة عبر أندرويد المطورة من الباحثة لها فعالة لترقية مهارة القراءة التلاميذ.

Abstract

The contextual approach focuses on students' interests, experiences, and backgrounds in education. It aims to help students understand and relate learning materials to their daily lives, either personally, socially, or culturally. Research Objectives: (1) To describe the implementation of vocabulary system education for beginners based on the contextual approach at Dar Al-Falah Religious School in Ramban Kulon Cermee Bondowoso. (2) To identify the problems encountered in implementing vocabulary system education for beginners based on the contextual approach at Dar Al-Falah Religious School in Ramban Kulon Cermee Bondowoso. (3) To describe the solutions to the problems encountered in implementing vocabulary system education for beginners based on the contextual approach at Dar Al-Falah Religious School in Ramban Kulon Cermee Bondowoso. Our problem statement and data acquisition methods have been thorough and precise. Through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, we have gathered data that shows students follow the vocabulary system for beginners in an organized and obedient manner. Furthermore, activities in learning the vocabulary system for beginners run smoothly and are organized, with the enthusiasm and motivation provided by the teacher to the students. This has led to a noticeable increase in students' diligence and enthusiasm in memorizing the vocabulary system for beginners, a promising sign for the effectiveness of our proposed solutions.

Abstract

Speaking is the first productive skill and the primary skill in language teaching. But in fact, teaching speaking skill so far is still under the teacher’s control. It does not allow the students to participate in the teaching activities and exercises actively, so they cannot speak the Arabic language and feel bored teaching it. This research aims to describe the problems faced by language teachers and students at the Second Public Intermediate School of Bondowoso for the school year 2021/2022 in teaching speaking skills, as well as to describe solutions to those problems for teaching Arabic speaking skills. The researcher used qualitative and descriptive research to know the problems of teaching speaking skills and its solution among students at the Second Public Intermediate School of Bondowoso for the school year 2021/2022. The data collection methods in this research are observation, interview, and document. The result of this research is to find the problem for the teacher, which is (1) the teacher’s weak efficiency in speaking skill, (2) the lack of time to teach Arabic, (3) the student’s lack of desire to teach Arabic, (5) the lack of opportunity to practice speaking, ( 6) The lack of an excellent linguistic teaching environment. The problem with the students is (1) Students’ unwillingness to learn Arabic, (2) Different students’ study backgrounds, (3) Some students are unable to pronounce sounds due to problems with them, (4) The teacher’s boring way of teaching speaking skills. As for the solutions to these problems, as told by the teacher, they are: allowing the teacher to improve his efficiency, increasing the share of teaching Arabic, using the preferred method, creating the appropriate environment for teaching Arabic, and encouraging the teacher to promote students’ desire to teach Arabic. الكلام هو المهارة الإنتاجية الأولى، والمهارة الرئيسية في تعليم اللغة. لكن في الواقع أن تعليم مهارة الكلام حتى الآن مازال تحت سيطرة المعلم ولا يتيح الفرصة لدى الطلبة ليشتركو ا بجهد ونشاط في الأنشطة التدريسية والتدريبات حتى أن الدارسين لم يستطيعوا أن يتكلموا باللغة العربية ويشعرون بالملول في تعليم اللغة العربية. هدف هذا البحث لوصف المشكلات التي يوجهها معلموا اللغة و الطلبة بالمدرسة المتوسطة الحكومية الثانية بوندوصو للسنة الدراسية 2021/2022 في تدريس مهارة الكلام, وكذلك لوصف الحلول لتلك المشكلات لتدريس مهارة الكلام للغة العربية. واستخدم الباحث في هذا البحث بحثا کيفيا وصفيا في معرفة مشكلات تدريس مهارة الكلام و حلها عند الطلبة بالمدرسة المتوسطة الحكومية الثانية بوندوصو للسنة الدراسية 2021/2022. وطريقة جمع البيانات في هذا البحث هي طريقة الملاحظة و المقابلة والوثيقة. و نتيجة لهذا البحث إيجاد المشكلة للمعلم و هي (1) ضعفة كفاءة المعلم في مهارة الكلام, (2) ضيق الوقت في تعليم اللغة العربية, (3) قلة الرغبة الطلبة في تعليم اللغة العربية، (5) وقلة الفرصة في ممارسة الكلام ، (6) وعدم بيئة التدريسية اللغوية الجيدة.و المشكلة من التلاميذ، : (۱) عدم رغبة التلاميذ في تعلم اللغة العربية (۲) خلفية دراسية التلاميذ المختلفة (3) بعض التلاميذ غير قادرين على نطق الأصوات لوجود مشکلات عنده (4) طريقة المعلم المملة في تعليم مهارة الكلام. أما الحلول لتلك المشكلات كما أخبرها المعلم و هي: إعطاء الفرصة للمعلم لترقية كفاءته, وزيادة الحصة لتعليم اللغة العربية , واستخدام الطريقة المعجبة, وتكوين البيئة المناسبة لتعليم اللغة العربية, والتشجيع من المعلم لترقية رغبة الطلبة في تعليم اللغة العربية.

Abstract

The strategic role of the curriculum will trigger the efficiency and effectiveness of learning. The curriculum directs all learning activities while essential to realizing a quality educational institution. Seeing the orientation and role of the curriculum, curricular changes can occur at any time by existing needs. Social changes in society and the development of Science and technology should be immediately responded to in curriculum development at every level of Education. This type of qualitative research understands the phenomenon experienced by research subjects, such as action, thought, motivation, and others. At the same time, the researchers used a descriptive approach. The results show that the reality of Arabic language education today should be an excellent opportunity to create brighter prospects for enthusiasts and activists of the Arabic language in the future. Scientific epistemology and curriculum must always be addressed and developed to plan the curriculum to produce a wide range of curriculum specifics.

Abstract

Learning is an activity carried out by educators and learners in an environment that aims to achieve a learning goal. The fact is that in schools, there are still many educators who still need to achieve learning goals, especially learning maharah kalam. Therefore, the problem in schools is the low value of students in learning maharah kalam. This is due to an educator's need for more initiative in using several components that support the achievement of learning goals. One of these components is the learning method. Thus, the researchers used the picture-and-picture Learning method to develop students' Maharah Kalam. This study aimed to determine how the picture and picture method has influenced the development of Arabic speaking skills among students in MAN 2 Situbondo. In this study, researchers used quantitative approaches and types of experiments. This study's experiments and data collection methods use tests, questionnaires, observation, and documentary. Analysis of the data using the formula of the product of moments: r = nΣxy – (Σx)(Σy) /√{nΣx² – (Σx)²} {nΣy2 – (Σy)2}. The results of this study showed that the effect of the picture-and-picture method on the development of students ' speaking skills at an error rate of 5% is powerful. The average test result in the experimental class was 86.7, and in the observation class, 69.9. The data analysis results for the t-test calculation are 8.71 and T-schedule 1.67 or 8.71>1.67.

Abstract

Arabic language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) form the basis of teaching and learning in each phase of learning Arabic. The aim is to establish a language environment and good character in life. The purpose of Durus al-Lughoh al-Arabiya ‘ala at-Tariqah al-Hadith is to be able to master language skills well for beginner language learners. And in the process of teaching this book, the instructor must teach this book with a modern method that is not translating the meaning of vocabulary or sentences into the mother tongue either verbally or in writing. In this case, the researchers conducted research in the application of the book Durus al-Lughoh al-Arabiya ‘ala at-Thariqah al-Haditsah to improve the Arabic language skills of the students of the Islamic Boarding School Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. And the method used in this study is the experimental method of forming two learning groups, one group as the control class and the other as the experimental class. The results of this study are the teaching of Arabic using the book Durus al-Lughoh al-Arabiya ‘ala at-Thariqah al-Haditsah to improve the Arabic language skills of students of the Islamic Boarding School Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo.

Abstract

Darus Salam Gontor Islamic boarding school students have designed a film entitled Bajra due to the student’s creativity. In the movie, the phenomenon of code-switching and code-mixing in communication between students in the boarding school environment is found. This study aims to discover the types of code-switching and code-mixing in the Bajra film and the causes of their occurrence in the movie. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. At the same time, the data collection method uses listening/listening techniques in the Bajra film and notes essential points about the types of code-switching and code-mixing as well as the causes of what happened in the movie. The results showed that there were 3 types of code-switching in Bajra film: Metaphorical code-switching, Conversational code-switching, and situational code-switching. Meanwhile, code-mixing occurs in words, phrases, and clauses. The causes of code-switching and code-mixing are of two types, namely internal and external causes.
