Abstract

Performance is a work result achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him which is based on skill, experience, seriousness and time. To create high employee performance, organizations must be able to provide training to their employees which is accompanied by a disciplined attitude from the employees to carry out their duties so that they can increase their overall productivity and can increase their job satisfaction which ultimately has an impact on their increased performance. This research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the mediating role of job satisfaction on the influence of education and training (diklat) and work discipline on employee performance at the Bisma Eight Hotel and Villa. The population in this study were 139 employees who worked at the Bisma Eight Hotel and Villa. The sample in this study was 58 people using the Slovin formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS 3.0. The results of the research show that: 1) education and training (diklat) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) education and training (training) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4 ) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6) job satisfaction is able to be a mediating variable on the effect of training on employee performance, and 7) job satisfaction is able to be a mediating variable on the effect of discipline work on employee performance. Future research can develop this research by using other variables which theoretically have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The success and failure of a company is often determined by the important role of its human resources. There are many factors that influence employee performance, including work motivation, work communication and work discipline. Likewise at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar, work motivation, work communication and work discipline are factors that can influence employee performance. There is attention and findings regarding the problems of work motivation, work communication and work discipline in an effort to improve and improve employee performance in accordance with the aim of this research to determine the influence of work motivation, work communication and work discipline on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar. The population in this study was 32 people. The number of samples in this study was 32 people. The sampling technique used is the census method or saturated sample. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The results of the study showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar. Work communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK PGRI 2 Gianyar.

Abstract

Human resources are really needed by companies as system managers and subjects of implementing company policies and operational activities to achieve predetermined goals. If human resources are managed well, they can support the business success of a company. In a company, human resources are very necessary to act as drivers for the various kinds of work that will be carried out by employees. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational justice, transformational leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Honda Kecak Motor Dalung Dealer located on Jl. Raya Padang Luwih, No. 166, Badung Regency, Bali, 80361, with operational areas in Bali. The population in this study were 37 employees at the Honda Kecak Motor Dalung Delaer using the questionnaire method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used. The types of data used in this research are quantitative data and qualitative data. The data sources used in this research can be classified into two, namely primary data and secondary data. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is suitable for use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The research results show that (1) Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Honda Kecak Motor Dalung Dealer. (2) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Honda Kecak Motor Dalung Dealer. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Honda Kecak Motor Dalung Dealer.

Abstract

Impulse buying is a consumer behavior that needs to be studied by business actors because it is one of the effective steps that can be taken to improve marketing and is a very interesting phenomenon to study considering the large number of impulsive purchases. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of shopping lifestyle, hedonic shopping value, and positive emotion on Impulse Buying at KKV Trans Studio Mall Bali. The population of this research are consumers who have carried out shopping activities and experienced impulse buying when shopping at KKV Trans Studio Mall Bali which is located on Jl. Iman Bonjol, Pemecutan Klod, West Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali, with a sample size of 130. The method used to collect data in this research was observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are as follows: 1) Shopping lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying at KKV Trans Studio Mall Bali. 2) Hedonic Shopping Value has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying at KKV Trans Studio Mall Bali. 3) Positive Emotion influences impulse buying at KKV Trans Studio Mall Bali.

Abstract

Human resource management has a crucial role in achieving organizational performance and is closely related to employee performance. The research at PT Indomarco Primatama South Denpasar Branch aims to assess the influence of work skills, physical work environment and workload on employee performance. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees using accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that work skills, physical work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on performance. Therefore, it is necessary to increase skills through training, attention to the physical work environment, and adjustment of incentives according to realistic targets according to employee abilities.

Abstract

In a company, human resources are very necessary to act as drivers for the various kinds of work that will be carried out by employees. The factors that influence performance consist of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Surya Mandiri J1 Savings and Loans Cooperative. Raya Sakah. Batuan Kaler, Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali 80582. The object of this research study is the object of study which is the focus of attention of a research study. The object of this research study is the influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study included 45 employees and female employees who worked at KSP. Surya Mandiri. The sampling method used in this research is saturated sampling or census, that is, the entire population is sampled. The types of data used in this research are quantitative data and qualitative data. The data sources used in this research can be classified into two, namely primary data and secondary data. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is suitable for use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The research results show that (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at KSP Surya Mandiri Sukawati, so that the more work motivation increases, the more employee performance at KSP Surya Mandiri Sukawati increases. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at KSP Surya Mandiri Sukawati so that the better the work discipline, the more employee performance at KSP Surya Mandiri Sukawati will increase. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at KSP Surya Mandiri Sukawati, so that the more the work environment improves, the more employee performance at KSP Surya Mandiri Sukawati will increase.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and explain the influence of brand image, promotions and price perceptions on Klungkung people's purchasing decisions in the digital era using the Grabfood application. This research uses quantitative methods. This research was conducted in Klungkung Regency and Grabfood users in Klungkung Regency are the population in this study whose exact number is not known. The sample size was determined 5 times the number of indicators so that a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 3) price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In order to improve purchasing decisions, Grabfood is expected to be able to increase food or drink choices by expanding area coverage, increasing promotions with a longer intensity and increasing competitiveness in the form of low prices or providing price discounts.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and career development on employee retention at PT Artha Devata Utama. The population of this research is all employees of PT Artha Devata Property, totaling 51 people. The method used in determining the sample is the nonprobability sampling method. The sample in this research was all employees of PT Artha Devata Utama, totaling 51 people. Data collection in this research was carried out using interview and questionnaire methods. The analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and model feasibility tests consisting of the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation, F test and t test. The research results show that compensation, job satisfaction, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee retention at PT Artha Devata Utama. This means that the higher the compensation given, the higher the job satisfaction felt and the higher the career development felt by PT Artha Devata Utama employees, the more employee retention will increase.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Rectorate of Mahasaraswati University Denpasar by distributing questionnaires at the address Jl. Cambodia No.11A, Dangin Puri Kangin, Kec. North Denpasar, Denpasar City, Bali. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the role of internal locus of control in moderating the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population in this study was all 55 employees within the Rectorate of Mahasaraswati University Denpasar. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that employee work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Employees' organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The influence of work motivation on employee performance increases due to the moderating effect of internal locus of control at the Mahasaraswati University Rectorate. The influence of organizational commitment on employee performance increases due to the moderating effect of internal locus of control at the Mahasaraswati University Rectorate. This research is still very possible to be developed because work motivation, organizational commitment, internal locus of control are only able to explain employee performance by 43.5% (percent). Further researchers can use other variables such as job rotation, salary and others that might influence employee performance.

Abstract

The decline in employee performance caused by leadership style, compensation, and work environment has an impact on the target for creating and placing advertisements in 2022, which has not yet been fully realized. The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation, and the physical work environment on employee performance at CV. Tri Bhakti Advertising Badung The population of this research is all CV employees. Tri Bhakti Advertising uses a sampling technique using a saturated sampling method where the number of samples is the entire population. So the number of samples in this study was 31. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 test tool. The results of this research show that leadership style, compensation, and the physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Tri Bhakti Advertising Badung For future researchers, it is recommended to use other variables related to employee performance, such as work discipline, competency, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and so on. Future researchers are also advised to use other research locations to obtain different sample sizes and broader research results.
