Abstract

Firm value is an indicator of how the market values ​​the company as a whole. Firm value is very important because it reflects the company's performance which can affect investors' perceptions of the company. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of free cash flow, business risk, and debt policy on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2018. The sample in this study were 12 manufacturing companies which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that free cash flow had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Business risk has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Debt policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value at the company. Further research is also suggested to conduct research on companies with more diverse characteristics, so that the results obtained can represent a conclusion by comparing each sector of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

With the leadership and competence possessed by each leader and investigator, it will improve the performance of investigators at the Bali Police Ditreskrimsus. This study aims to re-examine the influence of leadership and performance competence of investigators. This research was conducted on investigators of the Bali Police Ditreskrimsus, with a total sample of 53 investigators and located on Jl. W.R. Supratman No. 7 Denpasar. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, F and T test using IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on investigator performance. As well as the competency variable also has a positive and significant effect on performance. The influence of leadership and competence variables on the investigator performance variable is 88.6% while the remaining 11.4% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of digital marketing, quality product, and price on purchase intention. The population in this study are people who shop at Kuliner Tegal Dadong. The sample in this study was 80 respondents who were determined based on the non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that digital marketing, quality product, and price had a positive effect on buying interest.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important assets that must be owned by an organization and must be considered in management. Given the importance of the human resource factor, every business must try to improve the performance of its employees so that it is quality and productive to run the company. The fact is that the performance of employees in sales at The Pad Bar And Grill Legian-Bali has not been optimally realized. Factors that affect employee performance are job stress, work discipline and workload. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of stress, discipline, and workload on the employee performance of The Pad Bar & Grill Legian Bali. This research was conducted at The Pad Bar & Grill Legian Bali. The population in this study were 32 employees of The Pad Bar & Grill Legian Bali. Determination of the sample in this study using a census method taken from the entire population, namely 32 respondents. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale with a score of 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS (Statistical Package Social Science) test version 21.

Abstract

Human resources are part of the driving force of a company that has the potential to develop and actively encourages productivity in meeting company goals. Efforts to improve employee performance by paying attention to the problem of work stress, which is a condition where there is a pressure that affects the workforce. In addition, workload greatly affects labor productivity and efficiency. The work environment is also something that cannot be overlooked by the company because it will have an impact on the performance of the employees which affects the company. Employee performance refers to how an employee behaves in the workplace and how well an employee does the assigned task / job. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, workload and environment on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali. The population in this study were employees of PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali with 100 employees. The sample of this study used the Slovin formula as many as 80 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and multiple correlation analysis. In addition, in this research, instrument test, classical assumption test, which includes normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test were also carried out. The test results show that Work Stress and Workload have a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali. Meanwhile, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali. Together, Work Stress, Workload and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mandiri Tri Makmur, Badung, Bali.

Abstract

KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma is currently experiencing problems with increasing employee turnover rates, where in the last five years the employee turnover rate of KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma has exceeded the tolerable standard. The high employee turnover rate will certainly lead to a decrease in the performance of KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma in serving customers considering that the outgoing employees are senior and experienced employees who can be relied on in their work. The high level of employee turnover at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma may be due to the low organizational commitment of employees, work motivation has not been maximized and compensation is still considered not in accordance with the workload carried out by employees. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of organizational commitment, work motivation, and compensation on employee turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma in Pengotan Village, Bangli. The population used in this study were all employees at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma in Pengotan Village, Bangli as many as 46 people. The method of determining the sample uses a saturated sample technique, so that the entire population is used as a sample taken using a random sampling technique. The analytical tools used are multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, and t test. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma. And compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma. It is recommended to KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma to hold activities that make employees excited and happy at work such as holding joint recreation for all employees of KSU Swadana Giri Kusuma.

Abstract

Every company always wants employees to work optimally considering that employees have an important role to play in achieving company success. One of the important elements in an effort to improve employee performance is a leader who is able to actively involve his subordinates in achieving these goals, providing fair and proper financial compensation received by employees in return for services provided to the company and internal communication. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, financial compensation and internal communication on employee performance at UD. Kecak mama. The number of samples in this study were 32 employees of UD. Kecak mama, the sampling technique used is the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results showed that transformational leadership, financial compensation and internal communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Kecak mama. Further research can develop this research by using other variables which theoretically have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. This research was carried out at Ground Support Equitment (GSE) of PT. Gapura Angkasa, Denpasar Branch. Sampling in this research is the entire population at the Ground Support Equitment (GSE) unit of PT. Gapura Angkasa, Denpasar Branch, totaling 35 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. The results showed that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance at the Ground Support Equitment (GSE) unit of PT. Gapura Angkasa, Denpasar Branch.

Abstract

PDAM Gianyar Regency is a regional company that provides clean water to the community, especially the people of Gianyar Regency. Therefore, as an agency that implements public services, PDAM Gianyar Regency is expected to provide satisfactory performance. But currently PDAM Gianyar Regency is experiencing problems in terms of employee performance. Lack of training for employees, not being able to implement career development and encourage and motivate employees to improve employee performance, and the lack of competency application in doing a job based on their work knowledge experience. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of training, career development, and competence on employee performance at PDAM Gianyar Regency. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Gianyar Regency as many as 70 people, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique, so that the entire population was sampled. The analytical tool used is multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Gianyar Regency. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Gianyar Regency. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Gianyar Regency. It is recommended to PDAM Gianyar Regency to encourage employees to work more carefully, effectively and efficiently in order to improve the quality of their work so that they are in line with the stated agency goals.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a deep commitment of customers for years to re-subscribe or to consistently repurchase selected products or services in the future. Customer loyalty can be affected by service quality and customer satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty which is mediated by customer satisfaction. The data collection method was done by using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. The sample was determined by using purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations or criteria. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the instrument test showed valid and reliable data. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a statistical value of 9,579. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a statistical value of 2.401. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a statistical value of 7,320. Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at Gong Vanka Guest House Canggu.
