Abstract

The capital structure indicates how the company finances its operational activities or how the company finances its assets. Companies need funds that come from their own capital and foreign capital. This study aims to determine the effect of asset growth, company size, and profitability on capital structure in pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study population was 10 pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The sample in this study were 9 companies which were determined based on purposive sampling technique so that the total sample during 2014-2018 was 45 company units. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that asset growth had a positive and significant effect on capital structure, firm size and profitability had no effect on capital structure and simultaneously asset growth, company size and profitability had a significant effect on capital structure. Future research is expected to be able to increase the variety of research variables related to capital structure, so that it can increase research references on capital structure.

Abstract

Dividend policy is a financial decision made by a company after the company operates and earns a profit. This policy concerns whether the profits earned by the company will be distributed to shareholders as dividends or withheld for future investment financing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, company size and growth partially and simultaneously on dividend policy. This research was conducted in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. The sample in this study were 39 companies obtained through purposive sampling method and studied for 4 years so that in this study as many as 156 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a negative effect on dividend policy, company size is negative on dividend policy, and growth has a positive effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

Human resources in an organization or company are the main cogs and determinants of the success of a company organization.Increased employee productivity will bring progress for the company to be able to survive in a competitive business environment in the era of globalization with a leader who can carry out tasks or management functions. the ability to influence and move other people to work to achieve organizational goals, while job characteristics are a follow-up to the job design process. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of leadership style, work ability, job characteristics on employee work productivity at PT. Nusa Kahyangan Asri Gianyar. The population of this study were production employees at PT.Nusa Kahyangan Asri Gianyar. The sample in this study were 45 employees based on the sampling method. The results showed that leadership style, work ability, job characteristics had a significant positive effect on the work productivity of the employees of PT. Nusa Kahyangan Asri Gianyar. Further research can develop this research by using other variables in theory to have an influence on work productivity

Abstract

Funding decisions reflected through capital structures relate to the comparison of the amount of debt used by companies with equity for investment financing.Capital structure becomes the main focus for the company because good bad capital structure can affect the financial condition of the company.The study used three factors: asset structure, profitability, and size of the company as variables that affect capital expenditures.This research aims to determine the effect of the asset structure, profitability, and size of the company on the capital structure of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. Sample is a mining sector company registered (listing) in IDX during the period 2014-2018 taken by purposive sampling method obtained samples as many as 17 companies. The analytical tools used in this study are multiple linear regression analyses. Based on the test results can be concluded that testing on the hypothesis of asset structure and size of the company has no effect on the capital structure.Meanwhile, the profitability hypothesis has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure.Further research can develop this research using other variables that in theory have an influence on the capital structure.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in an organization or company. Self efficacy is a belief in one's ability to perform tasks or actions needed to achieve certain things, while job motivation is a condition that creates encouragement, moves, activates and channels behavior so that it can work optimally. With the existence of self efficacy and high job motivation in the company, it is hoped that it can increase the job satisfaction of these employees. Job satisfaction is the perception felt by the individual whether it is pleasant or unpleasant for the individual to feel the work being done. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of self efficacy and job motivation on job satisfaction of Pie Susu Chandra employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and carried out on 45 employees of Pie Susu Chandra. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 17.0. The sample was determined by the population method or census method and the data testing techniques used included validity testing with a correlation coefficient (r)> 0,30, reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha. Classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the self efficacy variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by a significance value of 0,023. Job motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by a significance value of 0,000.

Abstract

Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar, is a special Yamaha Motorbike Dealer company with 35 employees. The results of the author's observation and interviews with HRD at CV. Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar obtained information that the occurrence of employee Turnover Intention which can be seen from the inconvenience of employees at work, frequently violated time discipline, absent from work without reason and the absence of cooperation and participation of all employees in solving problems. The high employee turnover rate occurs because most of them feel that the workload is excessive, so companies must also pay attention to how to maintain and manage employee workloads. The occurrence of work Bebans due to certain targets given by employees in completing work becomes a workload that can be experienced by employees. Based on the results of research and discussion results, it can be concluded as follows: Workload has a positive and insignificant effect on employee turnover intentions. This can be seen from the significance value of the t test = 0.558> 0.05 (5%). Job Bebans has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intentions of employees at CV. Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar. This can be seen from the results of the t-test, the significance of the t-count for the variable work Bebans (X2) is 0.000 <0.05 (5%)

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in the organization's efforts to achieve its goals. Good and professional performance by all employees (the company) is one of the goals of HR management. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, emotional intelligence and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga Denpasar. This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga Denpasar using a sample of 80 employees. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that work discipline, emotional intelligence and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sumber Cipta Multiniaga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The location of this research is PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga. The population uses employees of PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga and a sample of 38 employees. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The results obtained from the research: (1) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the t value is 2.030> t table 3.502 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (2) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the t value is 2.030> t table 3.749 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (3) simultaneously organizational culture and a significant effect on employee performance, where the t value is 22.925> F table 2.87 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The amount of influence of the independent variables on employee performance is 54.2%. The suggestion that researchers can give is that PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga Kuta should guide employees, provide motivation to employees and periodically provide training to employees.

Abstract

Multiple roles conflict is a conflict that arises from pressures from work and family and is a potential source of work stress. One of the pressures from work arises from the non-physical work environment. Relationships around the workplace, both relationships with superiors, subordinates, and relationships with colleagues that cannot be ignored. Research in this case wanted to know the effect of multiple role conflicts, work environment, and work stress on the performance of female medical personnel and paramedics. The population in this study were all married female medical and paramedical personnel at the Rendang Karangasem Health Center, totaling 47 people. The sample size was determined using the simple random sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled, namely as many as 47 married women medical and paramedical personnel. The results of this study indicate that Multiple Role Conflict, Work Environment, and Work Stress have a negative and significant effect on the decline in the performance of female medical personnel and paramedics. Further research can develop this research by using other variables which theoretically have an influence on the performance of female medical personnel and paramedics.

Abstract

Performance is a real behavior that is generated by each employee as a performance achievement that is generated according to their role in the company. Good performance is influenced by several factors such as leadership, communication, organizational culture. This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, communication, organizational culture on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade, Gianyar Regency, located on Jl. Erlangga Civik Center Gianyar. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The sample used in this study were 35 employees at the Industry and Trade Service of Gianyar Regency. This study uses multiple linear analysis methods, Classical Assumption Test, F test, T test with analysis tools, namely SPSS version 25 For Windows. The results showed that leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, communication has a positive effect on employee performance and organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance.
