Abstract

Students are part of the young generation pursuing higher education who not only focus on seeking knowledge but also need to practice basic financial skills such as budgeting, daily savings planning, or long-term financial planning. In reality, there are still many students who have not yet implemented these activities. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and lifestyle on the financial behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mahasaraswati University Denpasar. The population in this study was 4,108 active students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mahasaraswati University, Denpasar. The sampling method used in this study was the Slovin formula, so that the sample in this study was adjusted to 98 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study were multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, F test, determination analysis, and t test. The results showed that financial literacy, financial attitude, and lifestyle each had a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mahasaraswati University, Denpasar. The financial behavior of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mahasaraswati University, Denpasar, is explained by financial literacy, financial attitude, and lifestyle by only 53.0%, while 47.0% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at Sanctoo Suites & Villas Gianyar Regency. This study is associative in nature. The population in this study consisted of all 45 employees of Sanctoo Suites & Villas Gianyar Regency. The sampling technique used was Saturation Sampling Technique, where the entire population in this study was taken as a sample. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Sanctoo Suites & Villas in Gianyar Regency, meaning that the better the work environment, the better the employee performance would be. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Sanctoo Suites & Villas in Gianyar Regency, meaning that the better the work discipline, the better the employee performance will be. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Sanctoo Suites & Villas in Gianyar Regency, meaning that the better the work motivation, the better the employee performance will be.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, customer experience, dan kualitas layanan terhadap repurchase decision pada Toko Bangunan Mesari Press di Denpasar Selatan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fluktuasi penjualan yang terjadi sepanjang periode Januari 2024 hingga Januari 2025 serta semakin ketatnya persaingan usaha di sektor bahan bangunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 114 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan kombinasi teknik purposive sampling dan accidental sampling. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang didahului dengan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, serta pemenuhan asumsi klasik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa brand image, customer experience, dan kualitas layanan secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 69,444 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Secara terpisah, ketiga variabel tersebut juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase decision. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,654 mengindikasikan bahwa sebesar 65,4% variasi keputusan pembelian ulang dapat dijelaskan oleh brand image, customer experience, dan kualitas layanan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan citra merek, pengalaman pelanggan, dan kualitas layanan merupakan strategi penting bagi Toko Bangunan Mesari Press untuk meningkatkan pembelian ulang konsumen.   This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, customer experience, and service quality on repurchase decisions at the Mesari Press Building Store in South Denpasar. This study was motivated by sales fluctuations that occurred during the period from January 2024 to January 2025 and increasingly fierce competition in the building materials sector. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to 114 respondents determined using a combination of purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. The research data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption testing. The results of the analysis show that brand image, customer experience, and service quality together have a significant influence on repurchase decisions, as indicated by an F-count value of 69.444 with a significance level of 0.000. Separately, these three variables are also proven to have a positive and significant influence on repurchase decisions. The coefficient of determination value of 0.654 indicates that 65.4% of the variation in repurchase decisions can be explained by brand image, customer experience, and service quality, while the rest is influenced by factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that improving brand image, customer experience, and service quality are important strategies for Mesari Press Building Materials Store to increase consumer repurchases.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, employee performance is important for every organization to achieve its goals. Human resources are the most important asset for every organization; without human resources, the entire organizational system cannot run smoothly. High-quality human resources are a key factor for an organization, enabling employees to make a significant contribution to the success and growth of the organization. This study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership, rewards, and punishments on the performance of Double R Garment employees. The sample in this study consisted of all 35 employees of Double R Garment Denpasar. The research sample was saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used was regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that servant leadership and punishment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on the performance of Double R Garment Denpasar employees.

Abstract

A company cannot grow without high employee performance. Performance refers to actual performance, work achievements, or tangible accomplishments made by employees, which comes from the term job performance. One way to measure employee competence is by looking at their work performance. The success of an organization is directly proportional to the quality of its human resources. Conversely, poor human resource performance can lead to poor organizational performance. Sales realization data shows that most months in 2024 at PT Bali Chocolate Sanur Denpasar did not meet expectations, indicating a decline in employee performance. Therefore, a reference, such as a benchmark or determinant, is needed to assess employee performance. At PT Bali Chocolate Sanur Denpasar, we hope to find out how servant leadership, work aptitude, and work discipline affect productivity. A quantitative approach was used for this topic. Using a census sampling technique, the total number of employees at PT. Bali Chocolate Sanur, which is 55 people, became the population. Questionnaires, interviews, and observations were the tools used to collect data. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, among other things: Servant leadership, work aptitude, and work discipline will have a positive and substantial impact on company profits. Leadership quality, work ability, and work discipline are three areas that can always be improved by the management of PT. Bali Chocolate Sanur Denpasar to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Individuals who have high productivity and play a major role in an organization, whether in an institutional or corporate environment, are referred to as human resources (HR). In this context, HR is considered a valuable asset to the organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the relationship between individual characteristics, work-life balance, and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Penarungan Badung Village Office. The background of this research is based on the research gap in previous studies and the differences in the focus of discussion related to the three variables. In addition, the issue of employee absenteeism fluctuations at the Penarungan Badung Village Office, with an average of 3.99% in 2023, also prompted this quantitative research with 32 respondents. The data obtained through questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression, correlation and determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing (F-test and t-test). The findings of the study consistently show that individual characteristics, work-life balance, and organizational culture each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Penarungan Badung Village Office.

Abstract

Penelitian   ini   dilakukan   berdasarkan   kesenjangan   hasil   penelitian terdahulu (research gap) dan perbedaan fokus bahasan tentang komunikasi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng dengan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 66 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Seluruh data yang diperoleh dari distribusi kuisoner layak digunakan, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng, sehingga semakin efektif komunikasi yang terjalin di perusahaan, maka akan semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng, sehingga semakin meningkat motivasi kerja karyawan, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng, sehingga semakin kondusif lingkungan kerja karyawan, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng.   This research was conducted based on the gaps found in previous studies (research gap) and the different focuses of discussion on communication, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of communication, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service with a sample of 66 respondents selected using saturated sampling technique. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution were deemed suitable for use and were then analyzed using multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and t-test. The results show that (1) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service, so that the more effective the communication within the company, the higher the employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service, so that the higher the employee work motivation, the higher the employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service, so that the more conducive the employee work environment, the higher the employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service.

Abstract

Dalam era persaingan usaha yang semakin kompetitif, perusahaan dituntut untuk memastikan bahwa kinerja karyawannya selalu berada pada tingkat yang optimal. Upaya mempertahankan maupun meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan evaluasi kinerja serta perbaikan berkelanjutan agar kualitas sumber daya manusia terus berkembang sehingga perusahaan mampu tumbuh, unggul, dan tetap bertahan dalam persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Saka Agung Abadi Cabang Gianyar yang berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kerjasama tim juga terbukti berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. In an era of increasingly competitive business, companies are required to ensure that their employees' performance is always at an optimal level. Efforts to maintain and improve employee performance can be carried out through performance evaluation and continuous improvement so that the quality of human resources continues to develop, enabling the company to grow, excel, and remain competitive. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, work discipline, and teamwork on employee performance. The research sample consisted of all 100 employees of PT. Saka Agung Abadi Gianyar Branch. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, while the data analysis technique used regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and teamwork also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The rapid developments of internet technology in Indonesia has significantsly increased e-commerce activities, leading to a growing demand for efficients and reliable logistics and delivery services. J&T Cargo Kapten Regug is one of the expeditions services providers that continues to strive to maintain customers satisfactions amid increasingly intense competitions. However, based on observationss and interviews, several issues were identsified, including unprofessionsal employee performance, customers concerns regarding shipments security, and delivery processes that do not meet estimated timelines. These conditionss motivated this study, which aims to examine the effects of services quality, trust, and delivery timelines on customers satisfactions at J&T Cargo Kapten Regug. This research was conducted at J&T Cargo Kapten Regug. The populations comprised all customers who had used J&T Cargo Kapten Regug’s delivery services, with an unknown total number. A purposive sampling method with a non-probability sampling technique was employed, involving 160 respondents who had previously used the company’s services. Data were collected through observationss, interviews, and the distributions of Likert-scale questionsnaires. The data were analyzed use multiple linear regressionss analysis with the assistance of SPSS versionss 25. The result indicate that services quality, trust, and delivery timelines each have a positive and significants effects on customers satisfactions at J&T Cargo Kapten Regug. These findings suggest that improvements in services quality, increased customers trust, and more timely delivery services contribute significantsly to higher levels of customers satisfactions.

Abstract

Hal mendasar yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan salah satunya yaitu mengenai kinerja karyawan, karena kinerja karyawan sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Global Jaya Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. One of the basic things that companies need to pay attention to is employee performance, because employee performance greatly affects the development of a company. This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation and job satisfaction on CV. Global Jaya Sejahtera. This study uses the Census method and uses data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the work environment, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
