Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has an important role in increasing the effectiveness, efficiency and profit for the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment, and organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among employees of PT. Kindo Ritel Prima. This research was conducted at PT. Kindo Ritel Prima using a sample of 85 employees. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires, with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that job satisfaction, organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship. behavior (OCB) to employees of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of green marketing, product quality, brand image on purchase decision This study focused on the city of Denpasar by using the purchase decisions on products Starbucks Coffee as research objects. The study involved 100 respondents using purposive sampling as a method of data collection. Data was collected through questionnaires which contain a statement - a statement which is derived from indicators - indicators in the study. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that green marketing, product quality, and brand image had a positive effect on purchase decision. The results of this study can be a reference for the company to implement a policy relating to the sales strategy of products or services provided

Abstract

The ability of the LPD to generate maximum profit / profit, cannot be separated from third party funds in the form of savings and deposits as well as productive assets in the form of credit owned by the LPD to carry out operational activities so that later it can generate added value for the LPD, namely profit / profit with the funds it has. what is called rentability, one of the components to measure rentability is the BOPO ratio, which is the ratio between operating costs and operating income. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of growth in the value of savings, deposits, and credit on operational performance (BOPO ratio) in LPDs in Badung Regency. The population in this study were all LPDs in Badung Regency in the 2017-2019 period. The sampling method used in this study was the Proposional Stratified Sampling method with a sample of 55 LPDs. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and data analysis. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the growth in savings value has a positive and significant effect on operational performance (BOPO ratio), deposit value growth has a positive and insignificant effect on operational performance (BOPO ratio), and credit value growth has a negative and significant effect on operational performance (BOPO ratio). All independent variables consisting of growth in the value of savings, deposits, and credit have an effect of 4.6% on operational performance (BOPO ratio), while the remaining 95.4% is influenced by other factors not explained in this research model.

Abstract

Purchasing interest is the tendency of consumers to buy a brand or take actions related to purchasing decisions as measured by the likelihood of consumers making a purchase. Consumer buying interest will arise when consumers are already interested or already feel confident about the quality of the product in the brand. In determining the choice, a consumer will of course be faced with a variety of information from a product. Currently consumers do not need to worry, because to find out various kinds of information about a product, consumers can look for it online or with various other media. One of the sophisticated media that can attract consumers to buy a product is the use of advertising. In modern marketing activities, advertising is part of the promotion mix, together with personal selling, publicity and trade promotion activities. Meanwhile, from the perspective of marketing and economic communication, the promotion mix is part of the marketing mix activities. The phenomenon that occurs at Honda is that even though it is at the forefront of sales of automatic motorbikes, there are several Honda brands that have experienced a decline in sales in 2019, especially the Honda Pcx type. The population in this study were all consumers of Honda Pcx motorbikes who visited Astra Motor. The sample in this study were 96 respondents who were determined based on the accidental sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that advertising and product quality had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Further research can develop this research by using other variables which in theory have an influence on buying interest.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan pada Bliss Barbershop Bali menurun setiap bulannya pada Tahun 2019 yang dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh komunikasi, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh secara tidak langsung komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan dan pengaruh secara tidak langsung komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi, Determinasi, Analisis Jalur, Uji t dan Uji Sobel. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa: (1) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) Komunikasi memiliki berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. (7) Komitmen organisasi memiliki berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti adalah Bliss Barbershop Bali diharapkan membimbing karyawan, meningkatkan jumlah kompensasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan dan memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan

Abstract

Turnover Intention merupakan dampak terburuk dari ketidakmampuan suatu organisasi dalam mengelola perilaku individu sehingga individu merasa memiliki intensi pindah kerja yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, stress kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Andika Mitra Jaya Denpasar, dengan objek penelitian kompensasi, stress kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention. Populasi dari penelitian iini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Andika Mitra Jaya Denpasar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobality sampling, dimana sampel menggunakan seluruh jumlah karyawan yaitu 41 Orang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas dan multikolinearitas. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan bentuk kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perusahaan sejak perusahaan tersebut didirikan sampai dengan saat ini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 22 perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang listing di BEI periode 2016-2018, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance (GCG) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) plays a very important role in the company. Human resources are the basic capital in determining company goals. Company goals will be achieved when employees have high performance. This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance, the effect of work ability on employee performance, the effect of work experience on employee performance at the LPD Desa Adat Tumbakbayuh, Mengwi District. The sample in this study were all employees totaling 34 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: 1) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Economic growth and changes as well as increasingly rapid business activities require companies to develop marketing strategies to attract and retain consumers, one of which is by utilizing celebrity endorsers in promoting their products. In addition, thebrand imagewill determine the purchase decision of a product. This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsers and brand image onpurchasing decisions freshcare in Denpasar City. The sample in this study amounted to 60 people who have usedproducts freshcare. Determination of the sample using amethod purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that the results ofdetermination celebrity endorser and brand image amounted to 0.631 or 63.1%. the remaining 36.9% is explained by other variables that are not included in the model or research. So it can be concluded that celebrity endorser and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan tingkat pencapaian hasil atas terlaksananya tugas tertentu. Sedangkan kinerja perusahaan merupakan tingkat pencapaian hasil dalam rangka mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Kinerja individu, kinerja kelompok dan kinerja perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor internal dan eksternal organisasi. Salah satu kantor pemerintahan yang aktivitasnya memberikan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat adalah Kantor Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS (KPA). Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome atau Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (disingkat AIDS) adalah sekumpulan gejala dan infeksi (atau: sindrom) yang timbul karena rusaknya sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia akibat infeksi virus HIV; atau infeksi virus-virus lain yang mirip yang menyerang spesies lainnya (SIV, FIV, dan lain-lain). Berdasarkan perumusan masalah, maka yang menjadi tujuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh human relation terhadap pegawai pada Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS (KPA) Kabupaten Badung. Dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS (KPA) Kabupaten Badung. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah dan pembahasan hasil penelitian maka simpulan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Human Relation bengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS (KPA) Kabupaten Badung, hal ini berarti apabila Human Relation meningkat maka kinerja pegawai akan ikut meningkat. Budaya Kerja bengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS (KPA) Kabupaten Badung, hal ini berarti apabila Budaya kerja meningkat maka Kinerja Pegawai akan ikut meningkat
