Abstract

The phenomenon of competition in the era of globalization will increasingly direct the country's economic system and market mechanisms, which in turn will position marketers to always develop in grabbing market share. In implementing good marketing, producers must know what the needs and desires of consumers are, so that the products offered will be in accordance with consumer demand.This study aims to determine and explain the application of e-commerce, service quality and product quality in determining customer retention at Pizza Hut Delivery in Denpasar City Area. The number of samples in this study was as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the accidental sampling approach. Data analyze technique with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to view the relation between the latent variable and the indicator (measurement model) and also to view the relation between a latent variable to another (structural model).The results of the analysis found that e-commerce variables and product quality have a positive effect in determining customer retention but service quality variables have no effect in determining customer retention at Pizza Hut Delivery in denpasar city area. This research is then expected to develop research using other variables that can theoretically influence in determining customer retention.

Abstract

Human resources have a major role in every activity. One of the factors that can affect employee performance is motivation, job stress and job promotion. This study aims to see the effect of motivation, job stress and job promotion on employee performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Denpasar Branch. The population in this study were 120 people. The sample in this study were 40 employees at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Denpasar Branch. Determination of the sample in this study is Probability Sampling, namely simple random sampling, where the researcher provides the same opportunity for each member of the population to be selected as a sample by simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is the instrument test, classical assumption test, inferential test hypothesis test. These results indicate the variable that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Job Research has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and Job Promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Denpasar Branch.

Abstract

The attitude of employee behavior that is voluntary, sincere, happy without having to be ordered and controlled by the company in providing good service is known as the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, organizational commitment, and organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among LPD employees in Penarungan Traditional Village by using a sample of 35 employees as research respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that organizational climate, organizational commitment and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in LPD employees in the village. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil objek pada CV. Cellular World Teuku Umar dengan alamat di jalan Teuku Umar No. 60 Denpasar. CV. Cellular World Teuku Umar adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan handphone, adapun tipe-tipe handphone yang dijual adalah Samsung,oppo,vivo,xiaomi,Huawei dan iphone. Cellular world memiliki lokasi yang ideal, berada pada pusat area Teuku Umar dan jarak dekat menuju mall. CV. Cellular World memiliki 5 cabang lainya. Dimana jumlah karyawan pada cabang Teuku Umar berjumlah 42 orang yang terdiri dari 26 perempuan dan 16 laki-laki. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Insentif Finansial dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa insentif Finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana jika Insentif Finansialmeningkat maka kinerja akan meningkat pula, sebaliknya jika insentif finansial menurun maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan artinya jika kepuasan kerja meningkat belum tentu kinerja karyawan akan menurun

Abstract

Human Resources are aspects related to employee performance. Performance is important for the entire organization because performance will determine the effectiveness of the organization. Performance is also important because performance is considered a measure of a manager's success in managing the organization and its human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of self-confidence on employee performance at UD Toko Kartika. The sample in this study were all employees totaling 35 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: 1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Self-confidence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 at this time is the growing number of companies or entrepreneurs who sell online and take advantage of the Digital Marketing program. One of the businesses that are currently developing by utilizing Digital Marketing media is the Florist business. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty in The Bali Florist. The population in this study were all members of The Bali Florist loyalty who lived in Bali, amounting to 565 people. The sampling method was randomized (accidental sampling). The number of samples used was 85 customers of The Bali Florist. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and a model feasibility test consisting of the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation, F test, and t test. The results showed that: 1) Digital Marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty of The Bali Florist. This means that the higher implementation of digital marketing will be able to increase consumer loyalty of The Bali Florist, and 2) Customer Relationship Marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty of The Bali Florist. This means that the higher the implementation of Customer Relationship Marketing, the consumer loyalty of The Bali Florist will increase.

Abstract

Gapura Angkasa, Denpasar branch is one of the Ground Handling companies that serves passenger services while on land and loading and unloading operations in Indonesia. Examples of services provided are passenger check-in services, boarding, baggage handling, aircraft cleaning, special passenger assistance, loading and unloading of cargo, and services for all types of aircraft. To achieve company goals, the company tries to achieve optimal employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of individual characteristics, competence and organizational culture partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Gapura Angkasa, Denpasar branch. Data collection using a questionnaire, the number of samples used was 81 people. using the proportional sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done using the F test and t test.The results showed that individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali as one of the big companies in Indonesia certainly needs good employee performance in order to achieve the stated company goals. But currently PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali is experiencing problems regarding the performance of these employees which can be seen from the high level of absenteeism which may be caused by employee dissatisfaction with the compensation provided by the company and training that has not been able to improve the ability of employees to complete their work and provide better results than before. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of compensation, work ability, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali in Denpasar. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali in Denpasar as many as 125 people. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula in order to obtain 56 people as a sample, and samples were taken using random sampling techniques. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, and t test. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali, work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali. It is recommended to PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali to provide salaries by looking at the tasks and workloads carried out by employees, providing trainings on existing jobs, and it is recommended to give awards to employees as a form of company appreciation for employees so that employees enjoy working at PT. Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan perusahaan ritail di Kota Denpasar, begitu banyak perusahaan yang berusaha eksis dan memenangkan persaingan yang begitu ketat. Salah satunya adalah CV. Sanitary Bali Pinangsia yang bergerak dibidang penjualan perlengkapan kamar mandi penyediaan spare part dan jasa perbaikan alat saniter. Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan kerja karyawan, loyalitas kerja, kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Sanitary Bali Pinangsia. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. uji determinasi, uji F dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t pengujian dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 5 persen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlibatan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Sanitary Bali Pinangsia.

Abstract

Employee performance at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar has an important role in achieving company goals. Employee performance level at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar in the operational unit is suspected of experiencing stagnation, because the level of employee career development is still lacking which is also influenced by the factor of leadership. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of career development on employee performance at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar with transformational leadership as moderator. The study population was part of the employees at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar Operational Unit with a sample of 56 employees who were determined based on the Slovin method. The analytical tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the application of the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results showed that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Singapore Angkasa Denpasar, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between career development and employee performance.
