Abstract

Employee performance plays a crucial role in supporting the effectiveness of public services, particularly in the healthcare sector. This study aims to examine the influence of individual characteristics, team collaboration, and work skills on employee performance at Walikukun Public Health Center (Puskesmas Walikukun). The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 104 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was developed based on theoretical indicators and has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Individual characteristics have a path coefficient of 0.219 (p-value = 0.004), team collaboration 0.376 (p-value = 0.000), and work skills 0.352 (p-value = 0.000). Among these, team collaboration exerts the most dominant influence. These findings underscore the importance of fostering a collaborative work culture and enhancing individual capacity as strategies to optimize employee performance. The practical implications of this study can serve as a reference for health center management in designing competency-based training programs and strengthening teamwork within the workplace.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a crucial factor in determining the quality of education, especially at the junior secondary school level, which plays a strategic role in shaping students’ character and academic foundation. This study examined the influence of workplace facilities, job well-being, and work-related stress on teacher performance in junior high schools within Rayon 05, Semarang. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires. The population included all junior high school teachers in Rayon 05, and the sample consisted of 148 teachers from 11 schools, determined using the Slovin formula. Proportionate stratified random sampling was applied to ensure balanced representation across schools. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicated that workplace facilities and job well-being had a positive and significant simultaneous effect on teacher performance, while work-related stress did not have a significant effect. These findings suggest that adequate facilities and a supportive work environment contribute to improving teacher performance. Educational institutions are therefore encouraged to strengthen both infrastructure and teacher well-being as part of broader efforts to enhance educational quality.

Abstract

                This study aims to analyze strategies for increasing Islamic financial inclusion at An-Nikmah School in Cambodia, an Islamic educational institution in a country with a Muslim minority population. The main challenge faced is students' limited practical understanding of and access to Islamic financial products. This research used a descriptive-qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis with 33 participants, including students, teachers, school administrators, parents, community leaders, and financial practitioners. The results reveal internal strengths in the form of a commitment to Islamic principles, as well as challenges such as limited learning resources and technological infrastructure. The resulting strategies include the development of an integrated curriculum, teacher training, a mini-finance laboratory, a family literacy program, and partnerships with regional Islamic financial institutions. Implementation requires a phased approach with a monitoring system and innovative learning technology. This research provides an empirical contribution to strengthening Islamic financial literacy in education in a Muslim minority country.

Abstract

The capital market plays a crucial role in supporting economic growth, particularly through investment activities carried out by both individual and institutional investors. Decisions regarding investment policies are influenced by several factors, including company growth, leverage level, and profitability. This paper focus on to examine the effect of company growth, leverage, and profitability on dividend policies among food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2024 period. Dividend policy is considered an essential aspect of corporate financial management, as it not only reflects the management’s strategy in distributing net income but also indicates the company’s performance and future prospects. This research employs a quantitative approach. The data were collected from the financial statements of food and beverage companies for the 2021–2024 period, which were obtained from the official websites of the respective companies and the official IDX website. The findings reveal that company growth has a negative but insignificant effect on dividend policy, leverage has a positive and significant effect, while profitability shows a negative and insignificant influence on dividend policy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand consciousness, brand awareness, and brand nationality on brand loyalty of Generation Z, with brand schematicity as a moderating variable. UNIQLO, as a fast fashion brand from Japan, was chosen because of its popularity in Indonesia, especially among Generation Z who are known to be technology-savvy, selective about brands, and oriented towards values and self-identity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 101 Generation Z respondents in the Solo Raya area who have purchased UNIQLO products. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that brand consciousness, brand awareness, and brand nationality have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. In addition, brand schematicity is proven to strengthen the relationship between the three variables and brand loyalty, indicating that individuals with high brand cognitive schemas tend to be more loyal to brands that match their personal image and values. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R²) value of 83.8% indicates that this model has high predictive power on brand loyalty. These findings provide theoretical contributions to the consumer behavior literature as well as practical implications for fashion brand marketing strategies. Companies are advised to prioritize emotional values and identity in brand communications to build stronger engagement with Generation Z consumers.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of User Generated Content and Price Bundling on purchasing decisions at Richeese Factory’s Cibinong branch. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 109 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that both User Generated Content and Price Bundling have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of public services, complaint handling, and interpersonal communication on community satisfaction at the Cepogo District Office, Boyolali Regency. Using quantitative methods, this study involves collecting data through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results of this study clearly show that the quality of public services, handling complaints, and interpersonal communication have a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction. The quality of public services is the main factor; The better the service provided by the staff, the higher the level of satisfaction felt by the community. In addition, effective complaint handling has proven crucial in increasing satisfaction. Finally, the ability of staff to establish good interpersonal communication with the community contributes significantly to increased overall satisfaction. Quantitatively, the value of the determination coefficient of 69% of the variation in public satisfaction can be explained by the quality of public services, handling of complaints, and interpersonal communication. Meanwhile, the remaining 31% were influenced by other factors outside of this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social factors, tax officer service quality, and usage impact on individual taxpayers’ intention to use e-filing at the Surakarta Primary Tax Office. A quantitative method with purposive sampling was applied to 110 respondents, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The simultaneous test revealed that all independent variables significantly affected the intention to use e-filing (F = 38.816; Sig. = 0.000). The partial test showed that perceived ease of use (β = 0.321; Sig. = 0.000), tax officer service quality (β = 0.249; Sig. = 0.003), and usage impact (β = 0.372; Sig. = 0.001) had a significant positive effect, while perceived usefulness (β = -0.073; Sig. = 0.535) and social factors (β = 0.040; Sig. = 0.360) had no significant effect. The coefficient of determination indicated an Adjusted R² of 0.656, meaning that 65.6% of the variation in intention to use e-filing was explained by the independent variables. These results highlight the critical role of system ease of use, tax officer service quality, and tangible benefits in promoting e-filing adoption.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to test and analyze the effect of local revenue, capital expenditure, employee expenditure on the accountability of financial reporting of district/ city local governments in South Sumatra Province during the period 2013-2022. The data used in this study are secondary data with a research sample of 15 regencies / cities in South Sumatra Province. This study uses quantitative analysis techniques with panel data regression analysis tools. The results of this study (1) Regional income, capital expenditure and employee expenditure have a positive and significant effect on the Accountability of Regional Financial Statements (2) Regional income, capital expenditure and employee expenditure simultaneously affect the Accountability of Regional Financial Statements. Abstract

Human Resources (HR) play an important role in the company, with employee performance influenced by fair compensation and a supportive work environment. A mismatch in these two aspects can trigger turnover intention. Compensation, motivation and job satisfaction are interrelated in improving performance, while good HR policies can reduce turnover and retain quality employees. This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT. XY Plant Cibitung. Data was collected through a questionnaire with quantitative methods and a sample of 40 people. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. The research results show that compensation (sig 0.004), motivation (sig 0.038), and job satisfaction (sig 0.001) have a significant effect on employee turnover intention. To reduce turnover intention, companies are advised to increase compensation, provide good motivation, and manage employee job satisfaction.
