There is a phenomenon of the lack of interest of GBKP youth in using regional languages ??in communicating. Regional languages ??play an important role in describing cultural identity. The location of the research was at the GBKP Cikarang Church, West Java. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. This study used the Ethnolinguistic Vitality Theory to determine the factors influencing the use of regional languages. The results of the study showed that: (1) the interest of GBKP youth in using Karo language in Cikarang experienced a real decline, this finding also revealed that interest was not completely lost, because GBKP youth were more pressured by an irregular or changing environment. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between social support, gratitude, and resilience to optimism in mothers of children with special needs. This study used a sample of 50 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The validity of the sample was tested using the loading factor and the average variance extracted (AVE), while the reliability was tested using internal consistency based on Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability. The results of the validity test showed valid values for the loading factor and AVE, and the results of the reliability test showed that the Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability values met the criteria. The results of the study revealed that social support had a significant positive effect on optimism, with a beta coefficient value of 0.390 and a T-Statistics of 2.570. Gratitude also had a significant positive effect on optimism, with a beta coefficient value of 0.169 and a T-Statistics of 0.992. However, social support did not have a significant effect on resilience, with a beta coefficient value of -0.217 and a T-Statistics of 1.282. In contrast, gratitude has a significant positive effect on resilience, with a beta coefficient value of 0.552 and a T-Statistics of 5.389. In addition, resilience has a significant positive effect on optimism, with a beta coefficient value of 0.206 and a T-Statistics of 1.346. Social support also significantly affects optimism through resilience as an intervening variable, with a beta coefficient value of 0.244 and a T-Statistics of 1.489. However, gratitude does not significantly affect optimism through resilience, with a beta coefficient value of -0.262 and a T-Statistics of 2.060.

Abstract

Diabetic foot ulcers often cause severe complications such as infection and lower extremity amputation. To prevent death, comprehensive interventions combined with CAM are needed. Studies have been well done on this topic; However , we rarely discuss the benefits of stingless bee honey ( Trigona Itama ) for diabetic foot ulcers. Therefore, this study intends to evaluate the use of Stingless Bee Honey ( Trigona Itama ) before implementation in human subjects. A literature review search was conducted to achieve the research objectives. Several online databases are involved in research assessment. The search criteria were determined by considering the topic, research design, type of article, and year of publication. The findings show that Stingless Bee Honey ( Trigona Itama ) has the potential for diabetic foot ulcers for a certain period. Future studies should focus on the long-term results of this honey when used in patients with chronic wounds.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the validity and reliability of a digital application that integrates Logotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (LCBT) to reduce anxiety in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) undergoing hemodialysis. Anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) before and after intervention. Content validity was established through expert judgment from mental health professionals and IT specialists, while construct validity was confirmed through statistical analysis. Reliability was evaluated through Cronbach's alpha and test-retest methods. This application demonstrated strong content and construct validity, with a high Cronbach's alpha coefficient indicating excellent internal consistency. Additionally, the application demonstrated significant test-retest reliability, confirming its stability over time. These findings suggest that the LCBT application is a valid and reliable tool for managing anxiety in CKD patients, offering a promising adjunctive treatment to improve psychological outcomes in this vulnerable population.

Abstract

Digital interventions offer a promising approach to mental health care, especially for conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in postoperative patients. This study aims to assess the validity and reliability of the combined digital interventions of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Therapeutic Relationship (TR). Psychometric evaluation was carried out involving 30 post-operative patients diagnosed with PTSD at a government hospital in Kebumen , Indonesia. Participants were randomly assigned to an intervention group receiving digital ACT and TR treatment or a control group receiving standard care. The validity of the intervention was assessed using measures of content and construct validity, while reliability was evaluated using internal consistency and test-retest reliability. The digital intervention demonstrated strong content validity, with expert review resulting in a Content Validity Index (CVI) of 0.92. Construct validity was supported by a significant correlation between change in PTSD symptoms and a measure of psychological flexibility (r = 0.68, p < 0.01). The intervention demonstrated high internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha = 0.87) and strong test–retest reliability ( Intraclass Correlation Coefficient [ICC] = 0.85). The combined digital intervention of ACT and TR is a valid and reliable tool for treating PTSD in postoperative patients. Its psychometric properties support its use in clinical settings, and further research should explore its efficacy and effectiveness in larger populations.

Abstract

The property and real estate sector plays a crucial role in the Indonesian economy but faces significant risks of financial distress. This study aims to identify the determinants of financial distress within this sector, focusing on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2022. The research examines the effects of profitability, liquidity, leverage, interest rates, and inflation on financial distress. Using a quantitative approach, this study applies statistical techniques and regression analysis to secondary data from various property and real estate companies. The findings reveal that: (i) profitability has a negative impact on financial distress, indicating that lower profitability increases the likelihood of financial difficulties; (ii) liquidity also shows a negative relationship with financial distress, meaning reduced liquidity elevates financial risk; (iii) leverage negatively influences financial distress, suggesting that higher debt levels exacerbate financial instability; (iv) rising interest rates contribute to financial distress by increasing borrowing costs, thereby straining company resources; and (v) inflation worsens financial distress by eroding purchasing power and dampening property demand. This study provides valuable insights for stakeholders, including investors and policymakers, to enhance their understanding of financial risk management in the property and real estate sector. The novelty of this research lies in its specific focus on a critical period and sector within the Indonesian economic landscape, addressing key areas of concern for financial stability
