Abstract

Fire risk is a work safety problem that often occurs in an industry. The pipe rack area at PT XYZ has a large potential fire risk due to the presence of flammable materials and sustainable production activities. The identification and analysis process regarding the causes of fire incidents is urgently needed to formulate preventive measures. By using the fishbone diagram analysis method, the root cause of potential fires can be identified and the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method can be found out the value of the severity. The results of the study show that six basic causes affect the occurrence of fires. Through FMEA, several high-risk failure modes can be identified and prioritized as cracks in pipe joints in pipe fitting components. Recommendations for preventive measures include increasing occupational safety training, regular equipment maintenance, improving fire early detection systems, and implementing occupational safety standards.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of the Cold Work Permit system in the Dehydration Unit (DHU) of the absorber column at PT Z. This system aims to ensure work safety in high-risk activities, such as maintenance and cleaning that are associated with exposure to harmful gases, noise, and potential ergonomic hazards. These risks can be minimized through the implementation of the Safe Work Permit (SIKA) which serves as a risk control document and a medium for coordination between linked parties. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the research show that the cold work permit system at PT Z has been implemented quite well. Maintenance work such as replacement and cleaning of stack arresters in DHU units complies with occupational safety standards that link the measurement of hazardous gases, such as H?S, CH? and oxygen. The permissible gas content is within safe limits, which is a minimum oxygen content of 19.5%, an optimal H?S of 1 ppm, and CH? at a LEL value of 0%. However, carbon monoxide (CO) measurements have not been carried out entirely, which could increase the risk of harm to workers. Inadequate monitoring of CO can pose a risk of poisoning, shortness of breath, and even death if the concentration exceeds 25 ppm. The positive impact of the implementation of this system is an increase in work safety and a reduction in the risk of accidents in the DHU unit. However, the research also found that additional training is needed to improve workers' understanding of the importance of CO gas monitoring and the prevention of ergonomic hazards. An increase in work procedures through the improvement of SIKA documents and more intensive coordination between linked parties is also recommended

Abstract

The transformation of religious values in the digital era has become an interesting phenomenon, especially for teenagers who are actively using technology. This study aims to analyze how religious values are internalized, modified, and applied in the digital lives of adolescents. With a qualitative approach, data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study show that adolescents use digital platforms to learn religion, such as taking online studies, reading religious articles, and discussing in online forums. However, there are challenges in the form of the dissemination of invalid information and the negative influence of social media on religiosity consistency. This study emphasizes the importance of guidance from families, educational institutions, and religious leaders in shaping healthy media consumption patterns and supporting the internalization of religious values.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of digital Islamic economics in increasing financial inclusion, with a focus on the use of sharia fintech in countries with a majority Muslim population. With a qualitative approach through literature studies, this study identifies how financial technologies that are in line with the principles of Islamic economics can expand access to fair and inclusive financial services. Research findings show that sharia-based fintech, such as sharia microloans, contribute significantly to people's economic empowerment, reduce economic inequality, and encourage greater participation in the digital economy, especially among women and youth. However, challenges related to regulation and understanding of technology are obstacles that need to be overcome. This study provides recommendations for the development of policies that support sharia fintech and strengthen digital literacy among the community. The results of this study are expected to provide guidance for policymakers and fintech companies in designing more inclusive services.

Abstract

Islam is a religion that embraces all aspects of life with complete attention, not only those related to rituals and ideological concepts but also holistically. In Islam, cleanliness and purity are both equally important, because cleanliness alone is not enough to be able to face God or worship. Until now, there are still many schools/madrasas in Indonesia that have poor sanitation quality. A healthy and conducive school environment is very much needed to create a quality learning process. The purpose of this study is to create an effective healthy madrasa service management model in the future. Curriculum related to the environment, for example, can be implemented in various ways. First, environmental education is included in the school curriculum. The syllabus and lesson plan (RPP) are examples of learning planning, and the role of teachers is very important in instilling environmental awareness. Second, the principle of character is included in extracurricular activities, such as scouts. Extracurricular activities such as scouts have a direct relationship with nature. Third, participate in activities related to the environment. The approach in this study is a qualitative approach. Qualitative research with descriptive research methods that aim to create descriptions, create pictures, paintings systematically, factually and accurately regarding data, characteristics and relationships of the phenomena studied. Data collection techniques in research: Open, structured interviews, or a combination thereof, Closed, open questionnaires, or a combination thereof. The findings obtained in this study are that a healthy and conducive school environment is very necessary in order to create a quality learning process. Providing knowledge and forming awareness about clean and healthy living behavior in the school environment will be more effective when carried out on students since they are in Madrasah Aliyah, so that it becomes a habit from an early age. By being instilled since in Islamic schools, it is also expected to become a habit when outside the school environment. The healthy madrasah program is often hampered by inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as inadequate sanitation, dirty canteens and a culture of clean living that has not been implemented. From the results of the evaluation and observation in the madrasah, there are indications of various conditions such as the lack of attention to facilities/infrastructure, knowledge, attitudes of students in the field of health, madrasah canteens, food, personal health.

Abstract

The results of multiple linear regression show that the calculated T value for the Human Resource Quality variable is greater than the T table value. This means that the variable has a significant influence on the dependent variable in the regression model. In addition, the level of significance (p-value) below the standard of 0.05 indicates that the results are statistically significant. This means that the human resource quality variable has a meaningful relationship with the dependent variable, and this relationship is most likely not due to chance. Overall, if both criteria (the calculated T value is greater than the T table and the level of significance is below 0.05) are met, then it can be concluded that the quality of human resources has a significant effect on the variables you are studying. If the quality of human resources improves, then client satisfaction tends to increase. This is because good human resource quality often reflects better ability to provide services, effective communication, and understanding of client needs. All of these factors contribute positively to the client experience, which ultimately increases their satisfaction. In the context of the previously mentioned regression, if the human resource quality variable has a significant effect on client satisfaction, then this increase in quality will most likely lead to an increase in client satisfaction. Based on the results of the second hypothesis with the calculated T value of the public service quality variable greater than the T table and the significance value below the standard of 0.5, this indicates that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. In other words, there is a significant influence of the public service quality variable on the variables tested in your study. The significance value below the standard of 0.5 (usually used 0.05 in research) indicates that the results are very statistically significant. If the quality of public service improves, then client satisfaction tends to increase. Better service quality usually includes speed, effectiveness, friendliness, and meeting client needs appropriately, all of which contribute positively to the level of client satisfaction. Quality service provides a more satisfying experience for clients, so they feel appreciated and treated well, which ultimately increases their satisfaction. In addition, the value of 2 = 0.610 R 2 = 0.610 or 61% shows that 61% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of human resources and service quality. The remaining 39% represents the variation not explained by the variables in the model, indicating that other factors can also affect customer satisfaction. These results indicate the importance of focusing on improving both human resource quality and customer service quality to improve customer satisfaction. If there is interest, we can explore what other variables can be included to explain the remaining variation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of mobile technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in improving the effectiveness of corporate communication and corporate relationships with consumers. With the rapid development of digital technology, companies are required to adopt innovations that are able to answer consumer needs quickly and personally. The study examines the application of AI, such as chatbots and sentiment data analysis, as well as mobile technology as the main interaction platform. Data is collected through a literature study method that includes journals, articles, and recent case studies. The results show that AI contributes to brand responsiveness through fast, automated customer service and data-driven analysis of consumer needs. On the other hand, mobile technology provides flexibility for consumers to access services and interact with brands at any time. The combination of these two technologies creates a more personalized and relevant experience, but it also poses challenges such as data privacy protection and limitations in understanding consumers' emotional context. This study concludes that the integration of mobile technology and AI in corporate communication is an effective strategic step to improve public connectivity. However, successful implementation requires a balanced approach between automation and human interaction to build consumer trust on an ongoing basis

Abstract

The agrarian law system plays an important role in the development and management of a country's land resources. In Indonesia, this system is regulated by Law Number 5 of 1960 (UUPA) and Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021, which aims to create social justice and sustainable land management. However, the implementation of the agrarian law system in Indonesia still faces various challenges and legal uncertainties. This research aims to compare the national agrarian law system with ASEAN countries to identify weaknesses and take best practices to strengthen Indonesia's agrarian system. This research uses a normative legal method with a comparative approach, relying on primary and secondary data analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results show that ASEAN countries, such as the Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore, have different approaches to land management. The Philippines applies the Regalian Doctrine, Malaysia delegates land management to the states, while Singapore optimizes urban planning through state ownership of the majority of land. The strengths of Indonesia's agrarian law system lie in the application of social justice principles and the recognition of indigenous peoples' rights, but Indonesia still faces challenges such as legal dualism between customary and state law, bureaucratic red tape, corrupt practices, and lack of transparency. Thus, while Indonesia has the potential to create a just and sustainable agrarian system, lessons learned from ASEAN countries can help improve existing weaknesses and strengthen national agrarian governance.
