Abstract

This research aims to find out how consumer purchasing decisions for fast food products labeled halal are influenced by the AIDA (attention, interest, desire, action) method applied. As a marketing strategy, the AIDA approach is used to determine how much consumer attention, interest, desires, and behavior can influence the decision to buy fast food that has received halal certification. This research used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents from 925 FAI UMSU students. The sample collected in this research was through purposive sampling, meaning that the sample was based on certain criteria, namely FAI UMSU Stambuk students 2020–2023. The research results showed that simultaneously, the variables attention, interest, desire, and action influenced the decision to purchase halal-labeled fast food. Based on the coefficient of determination, the AIDA approach influences 73.1% of decisions to purchase fast food labeled halal. The remaining 26.9% is influenced by factors not included in the research model

Abstract

This study is to identify the influence of work motivation, work environment, and workload on the performance of employees of the plywood production department at PT Kayu Lapis Indonesia. The findings of this study are expected to be able to strengthen the empirical study literature that has been previously stated. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples that met the criteria was 93 respondents. The data used is primary data by collecting data through distributing questionnaires and interviews to employees of the plywood production department at PT Kayu Lapis Indonesia. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 26. The results of the test show that work motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and workload partially had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation, work environment, and workload variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of employee performance in this test is 65.6%, which shows the contribution of work motivation variables, work environment, and workload can affect employee performance.

Abstract

Return on Resources (ROA) is a marker used to evaluate the effectiveness of an organization in producing benefits utilizing the resources it possesses. The point of this examination is to distinguish factors that impact the degree of organization benefit. Specialists use organization size factors, BOPO, FDR, NOM, and NPF on ROA. Abstract

Gold is a precious metal that is loved by many people. Precious metals are no stranger to socienty,in general, precious metals that are known to public are precious metals in the form of jewelry. The research objective was to determine the effect of product knowledge, brand image, and lifestyle on Antam's precious metal purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative research model, with a sampling method using non-probablity sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 96 which was rounded off to 100 respondents. Methods of data collection by means of observation, interviews, literature study, and distributing questionnaires through the Google Form. . The data analysis method uses validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 program assistance. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of product knowledge on purchasing decisions for Antam's precious metal consumers, there is a significant positive influence for brand image on purchasing decisions for Antam's precious metal consumers, and there is no significant influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Antam's precious metal consumers. From the results of the research findings that have been carried out, there are two hypotheses that have an effect, and there are one hypotheses that state that they have no effect.

Abstract

The background of this research is the determination of working capital in relation between the liquidity trade off and profitability, the capital determination which is not appropriate will have an impact on the liquidity level causing BMT being unproductive, and it also impacts on profitability. This research aimed to determine the working capital management strategy in maintaining liquidity and profitability levels and how the impact of the strategy which has been implemented.This research was descriptive qualitative research using primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation of the financial reports from 2019 to 2021. The analysis used was data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and financial report analysis used the calculation of liquidity and profitability ratios. The results of the research showed that the working capital management strategy and policy used by BMT AI-Hidayah in maintaining the level of liquidity, namely establishing partnerships with sharia banks and non-banks, setting cash budgets, and allocating the funds to branch offices, while the policy used by BMT in maintaining its profitability level was distribution in the funding form. The impact of the policy implemented by BMT in terms of liquidity, namely having sufficient funds in its operations to pay the obligations. It can be seen in the ratio calculation from 2019 to 2021. NWC, current ratio, cash ratio are in a fairly good category. the impact on the profitability side was that BMT has increased revenue and this can be seen in the ROE calcultion which is in the very good category, while the ROI calcultion is in the fairly good category.

Abstract

Population growth is in line with the growth of the economy in Sidoarjo City. In 2022, Sidoarjo City will increase its economy by 7 percent. This is influenced by several factors, one of which is the large number of MSMEs emerging in Sidoarjo. One of the MSMEs that has emerged is in the food and beverage industry, namely The Rooster Coffee and Company Sidoarjo which has a vintage design and was founded in 2018. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Assurance, Menu, External Environment, Accuracy, Food Quality, Responsiveness, Hygiene Quality, Interior Design Atmosphere, and Price on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction of customers of The Rooster Coffee and Company in Sidoarjo. The benefit of this research is to provide information, knowledge and broaden insight in the field of management regarding the variables used in this research. Using snowball sampling, 200 respondents in Sidoarjo were collected and processed with the help of AMOS version 22.0 software using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The research results show that the variables Assurance, External Environment, Accuracy, Food Quality, Responsiveness, Hygiene Quality, Atmosphere, and Price significantly and positively influence Customer Satisfaction, except for the Menu and Interior Design variables which do not significantly influence Customer Satisfaction. The research results further show that Customer Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world since early 2020 has changed the way and style of working. In the new normal order, the Ministry of Finance is adapting to this situation by setting up a combination work scheme of Work from Home (WFH) or working from home and (Work from Office/WFO) or working in the office. In this research, the combination of WFH and WFO work is hereinafter referred to as the New Normal Perception to Work (NNPW) variable. The aim of this research is to find out whether New Normal Perception to Work (NNPW) is related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research was conducted on employees of the Tax Service Office located in the city of Semarang with a population of 808 employees with a sample of 272 respondents. This research also uses the mediating variables of job satisfaction and Work Life Balance (WLB). Variable measurements were carried out using a Likert scale, and the response results were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 22.0 application. The research results show that New Normal Perception to Work influences employee OCB behavior, WLB and job satisfaction. Work Life Balance is able to mediate the influence of the relationship between New Normal Perception to Work and OCB. Meanwhile, on the other hand, job satisfaction has no effect on OCB, and is unable to mediate the influence of the relationship between NNPW and OCB.

Abstract

Finding out how Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Marelan implements murabahah contracts is the aim of this study and to evaluate the DSN MUI Fatwa Number 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 for the appropriateness of implementing this sharia KPR. The study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology, collecting data from primary and secondary sources such as interviews and literature reviews encompassing books, statutes, papers, and so on. According to the research findings, the DSN MUI fatwa Number 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 is followed when implementing a murabahah contract to finance the purchase of a sharia house or sharia house ownership (KPRS), in terms of financing stages or procedures, the amount of funds provided, financing without usury, and other factors

Abstract

This study aims is to analyze the impact of online transportation on becak transportation and increase the income of becak drivers in Surakarta City. This type of research uses quantitative method. This research uses primary data. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. The population in this study are those who have characteristics who have used online transportation modes and becak transportation modes, and who have never used online transportation modes or becak transportation modes. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this study is that tariffs do not have a significant influence on becak drivers' income. The number of passengers has a significant influence on becak drivers' income. Working hours have a significant influence on pedicab drivers' income.

Abstract

The economic growth of a region can be seen from the contribution of increasing regional original income originating from sources of taxes, regional levies, regional property and other separated regional wealth management results, and other legitimate regional revenues. The Province of West Nusa Tenggara in the last few decades has shown a significant increase in local revenue. In this study, the impact of population, inflation, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on local revenue from 2010 to 2021 is explored. The Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) technique uses district or city annual data in a quantitative panel data regression model for the study. According to the findings of statistical studies, local own-source revenue is significantly positively affected by government spending, population, and gross regional product (GDP), but inflation-related price increases have a negligible impact on local revenue. The money supply determines the rate of inflation, the high rate of inflation is caused by the amount of money in circulation.
