Abstract

This study aims to determine whether giving rewards can increase the learning motivation of fourth grade students of MI Islamiyah Babakan, the method or approach taken in this research is classroom-based research that is qualitative and carried out in the classroom, which is carried out in stages. This type of research is PTK (Classroom Action Research) or Classroom Action Research, with steps of planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Islamiyah Babakan Lebaksiu Tegal, with the research subjects being class IV students in the 2022/2023 academic year totaling 23 students. The results showed that the application of rewarding was effectively used in learning Mathematics, especially fourth grade students of MI Islamiyah Babakan Lebaksiu. This is evidenced by an increase in student learning motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was first to find out how the concept of morning briefing habituation in strengthening the capacity of teacher performance. Second, how is the performance capacity of teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Tegal? Third, to find out how the implementation of morning briefing in strengthening the performance capacity of teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Tegal. The method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive research approach. The results showed that the implementation of morning briefing activities could strengthen the performance capacity of teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 3 Tegal. It can be seen that with the morning briefing activities, the performance capacity of teachers has increased. There are no more teachers who are often late, work based on the vision and mission of the school, and can synergize with others. The benefits of the implementation of morning briefing activities on the performance of Muhammadiyah 3 Tegal Elementary School teachers are teachers with this morning briefing activity teachers can evaluate their performance that has been done before to be better in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Dynamics of Santri Status - Students at MA Al Islamiyah Danawarih Balapulang Tegal. The research method used descriptive qualitative, data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The research paradigm is postpositivistic with data analysis of three models of Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results in this study are to determine the dynamics of the status of students (a santri who simultaneously attends formal school in a boarding school) at MA Al Islamiyah Danawarih. While the characteristics of santri - students at MA Al Islamiyah Danawarih are that all school residents are Muslim, wear uniforms or clothes that cover the aurat (sons squatting and daughters veiling), seating between boys and girls is separated, applying high discipline, reading asmaul husna and prayers at the beginning of lessons routinely in the morning before starting lessons, Diniyah school in the afternoon after formal school.

Abstract

Diniyah Madrasah is one of the Islamic educational institutions that has its own characteristics, including the yellow book reading program in the teaching and learning process. There must be a strategy in developing the reading program.  This research aims to find out how the strategy of the Tegal City Diniyah Madrasah in developing the yellow book reading program as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The approach and type of this research is descriptive qualitative. The result of this research is the strategy in Madrasah Diniyah Istiqomah Tegal City, implementing strategies in the form of Sorogan system, memorization, data collection, permanent teachers. The inhibiting factor is the difficulty of recruiting students so that the assatidz need to adjust. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the Istiqomah Madrasah has a goal of making yellow book learning as one of the compulsory lessons that must be followed by every santri and by reading Javanese religious books and Arabic scriptures, it is hoped that students will gain an understanding of the contents of the book, and deepen religious knowledge.

Abstract

The memorization program of Hadith Arba'in Nawawi is one form of implementation of the independent curriculum in madrasas in Tegal Regency. The Independent Curriculum is a practical curriculum from the previous curricula. By implementing this curriculum, students will be taught to memorize hadith and the Quran. The type of research used in this study is qualitative using field qualitative, because what is studied is in accordance with what is in the field directly. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's response to the tegal kemenag policy regarding memorizing hadith arbain nawawi is very responsive and is a new innovation in the implementation of learning, educators strongly support this kemenag program which was implemented after the pandemic. By providing students with a handbook of the hadith arbain nawawi book. In implementing the learning, the head of MTs Nu Wahid Hasyim Talang appointed one of the educators to teach the subject of memorizing hadith arbain nawawi which is included in the local content of reading and writing the Qur'an (BTQ). With the hope that after students have graduated from school they can memorize, understand the meaning, meaning of hadith and can be applied in social life.

Abstract

Gudik or its Latin name Scabies is a skin disease characterized by intense itching and caused by a small tick called sarcoptes scabiei. These fleas/bacteria secrete saliva, eggs and feces. gudig or scabies infects most students/students who live in dormitories or boarding schools, this can be caused by several possibilities including lack of personal hygiene, starting from body hygiene to the clothes they wear every day. This research is field research with a case study, namely a study conducted at the Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin Danawarih Islamic Boarding School, Balapulang Subdistrict, a place chosen as a location to investigate objective symptoms that occur at that location. The approach taken is a qualitative approach and the data collection techniques of this research are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study show that: 1. This secabies disease mostly attacks new students, but it does not rule out the possibility that old or senior students are also affected by sacabies 2. Scabies among the boarding school also does not affect these students to continue to study diligently because the students at the Tarbiyatul Mubtaidiin Islamic Boarding School believe that scabies or gudig disease is one of the tests that must be passed.

Abstract

This research is about Verbal Bullying Behavior in Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 3 Satu Atap Bojong. The problem formulations in this study are: (1) what causes individuals to be verbally bullied? (2) what is the impact of verbal bullying on the victim? (3) what is the impact of verbal bullying on the perpetrator? (4) what are the efforts of counseling teachers in dealing with victims of verbal bullying? (5) what are the efforts of counseling teachers in preventing verbal bullying committed by students? This study aims to describe and find out about the forms of verbal bullying behavior that occur in class IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Satu Atap Bojong. quite low category. (1) Family factors as the main cause of individuals committing verbal bullying with the category "quite low" (2) Loneliness which is considered as an act of verbal bullying is "quite low" (3) The highest impact for perpetrators of verbal bullying will be expelled from school with a percentage of 66% with the category "quite". (4) The counseling teacher's effort to prevent verbal bullying with the highest percentage of 71% is to create an asocial context with a "high enough" category. (5) The counseling teacher's efforts in overcoming victims of verbal bullying are "quite high" with a percentage of 67% by working with the school and parents. The method in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely by interviewing or observing SMP Negeri 3 Satu Atap Bojong.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential. Indeed, the existence of counseling guidance has a major function in developing human resources. All forms of deviations that we often hear today become a concern for the decline in social quality and character of this nation's generation in the future. The purpose of this study is to determine the importance of counseling guidance in the perspective of education and the role of guidance and counseling in education in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with the type of library research.  The data reviewed in this paper is secondary data obtained through literature study. The subject of counseling is human, the existence of globalization has an impact on increasing human needs and desires to pursue various things that are offered and promise something better. The result of this research is that counseling guidance is a process of providing assistance provided by an expert (mentor teacher) continuously to an individual or a group of individuals (students), to prevent or overcome problems that arise with various potentials owned, so that they can achieve optimal development and can plan a better future, make adjustments to their environment and achieve their welfare. life. Cultural, psychological, educational and environmental aspects are important in the study of counseling and counseling guidance. Character building is one of the goals of national education. Schools from kindergarten to college have a central role in developing and instilling character values. Extra-curricular activities in schools that have been organized by schools are one of the good media for fostering the character of students.

Abstract

Advances in science and technology are accelerating, making competition in human resources very competitive. In this case, school is the basic level of education that is expected to be a strong foundation for shaping students' attitudes and behavior. Along with the times, the function of the school environment has many challenges. Efforts in shaping attitudes, behavior and personality can be done through habituation, in this case MTs Jatibogor Tegal has implemented several habituation programs implemented by school community. habituation method is one of the methods used as a benchmark in the formation of student attitudes and behavior. This research method is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 190 students, the sample used was 48 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments and observation instruments. The data were analyzed using the product moment correlation method by presenting the data and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the test analysis of product moment correlation analysis shows that the value of r_count> r_table is 0.455> 0.288, meaning that there is a positive correlation between the application of the habituation method to the formation of behavioral attitudes of class VIII students at MTs Jatibogor Tegal. Because the correlation value is located at 0.40 - 0.70, then there is a moderate relationship between the variable application of habituation methods with the formation of behavioral attitudes of 8th grade students at MTs Jatibogor Tegal. With this it is stated that there is an influence between the application of habituation methods on the formation of behavioral attitudes of class VIII students at MTs Jatibogor. While the amount of influence is 20.7%, while 79.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

In Javanese, sendiko means "I obey" or "according to", while dawuh can be interpreted as telling someone else to do an order. So, the meaning of sendiko dawuh is to obey or comply with orders from people who are respected because of their rank or knowledge. This research aims to: 1. Explaining the concept of sendiko dawuh in Ma'hadut Tholabah boarding school.  2. Explaining how to solve problems about sendiko dawuh. This research is an explanatory descriptive research with the method of presenting data, namely the method of listening (observation). Listening and observation here are carried out with the technique of simak bebas libat cakap (SBLC). Then the data is analyzed using qualitative methods with interview techniques. The results of data analysis are presented formally and informally. The results of the research show that there are various concepts of sendiko dawuh. Sendiko dawuh is not only to kyai, but also to people we respect such as parents, teachers, etc.
