Abstract

Adapting to a new lifestyle due to new normal conditions requires the implementation of health protocols by each individual to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. One of the steps that can be taken to avoid transmission is to bring your own personal equipment, considering that some public places have implemented health protocols and do not provide personal items in general. In this context, a bag that can efficiently accommodate luggage is needed. From these observations, it appears that multifunctional bag design is very important during this pandemic. This research uses a comparative study method of several existing products by applying the time and motion study method. The results showed that common problems involved overloading, which can damage the bag and cause shoulder discomfort, and lack of adequate compartments. These findings were used as a basis to develop a multifunctional bag with an emphasis on comfort and the addition of adequate compartments to support productive activities both inside and outside the home.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate in more detail the integration of Islamic worldview values ​​in the educational curriculum and how it is essential to character and moral formation. With a deeper understanding of the relationship between Islamic worldview and character formation. It is hoped that this research can pave the way for improving Islamic education that is more holistic and relevant amidst the complexity of modern-day challenges. This research uses descriptive qualitative, a type of study that tries to describe things that are already happening, both artificial and natural. Where in this research there is an occurrence that must be developed in the character and moral aspects of students through Islamic WorldView-based education. The data source is obtained from the library (Library Research). the curriculum. The discovery of this ideology can be known by finding out the worldview contained in the curriculum, through the content of the lesson material to be conveyed. Islamic religious educators are figures who play a core role in passing on the intellectual tradition of the Islamic worldview to students at school. So it is concluded that education based on an Islamic worldview is to support the successful development of the persona and morals among pupils amidst the erosion of the morals of the country's youth by the massive current of globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis of moderation of tax avoidance on CSR with LQ share prices, The sample used in this study is the financial statements of LQ-45 companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The independent variable in this study is CSR, tax and the dependent variable is stock price. The research method used is quantitative research. Based on the results of the study showed that tax avoidance carried out using the effective tax rate (ETR) of 7.086 > 2.002 and the significance value of 0.000 was lower at = 0.05. These results show a significant impact on the value of the company's shares. This supports H1 that tax avoidance has a significant effect on company value. Corporate social responsibility is carried out with an index calculation of 5.393 > 2.002 and a significance level of 0.000 and low = 0.05. These results show a significant impact on the value of the company's shares. This supports H2 that corporate social responsibility has a significant influence on corporate value. Profitability with return on equity (ROE) as an adjustment variable of 2.622 < 2.002, the significance level is 0.011, which is as low as = 0.05. These results well suggest that profitability can increase the impact of tax avoidance on a company's stock value. This supports H3 that profitability can moderate the impact of tax avoidance on the value of company shares. Profitability with return on equity (ROE) as an adjustment variable of -1.654.

Abstract

Moderation is a way of looking at a person's view of an event they are facing or currently experiencing. In the midst of modernization today, as pluralistic creatures, we must always have a wise attitude in viewing differences, whether in terms of religion, culture, economics, and so on. Meanwhile, the current democratic system considers that everything must be seen from various perspectives and views that are based on "freedom" in opinion, thinking and acting in all matters, however our nation is a religious nation, a cultural and different nation. different tribes, so that what becomes a "conflict" in a certain area will be quickly resolved again, with the uniqueness and diversity that exists.The current phenomenon of democracy, which is increasingly chaotic, especially in cyberspace, makes it easy for anyone to access and express their opinions clearly, even though it seems to ignore existing ethics and culture. However, from the perspective of any religion, this is not recommended because it violates applicable religious values ​​and norms. So that we as human beings who think logically and are educated should not always follow desires and wishes based on passion and conscience which leads us to things that bring us down.

Abstract

Increasing the success of teacher performance is largely determined by the leadership style of a school principal in his capacity as a leader. This research aims to obtain data results regarding: (1). Increasing teacher work discipline through the leadership style of the school principal. (2). The principal through his leadership style is able to increase teacher work motivation. (3). Increased teacher responsibility through the leadership style of the school principal. (4). In improving teacher performance, there are obstacles or constraints faced by school principals. This approach uses a qualitative approach through descriptive methods. With data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. From the results of this research it can be concluded that: (1). In order to improve discipline, an instructive leadership style (telling) is applied by the school principal. (2). In increasing teacher work motivation, a consultative (selling) leadership style is applied by the school principal. (3). In increasing teacher responsibility, the school principal applies a delegative leadership style. (4) In learning, there are obstacles or obstacles faced by school principals, namely, decreased teacher discipline, reduced teacher work motivation, and low teacher responsibility in learning. There are suggestions from the author so that the desired goals can be achieved well and maximally, a good leadership style can be applied that is optimally suited to the situation and conditions by the school principal.

Abstract

Throughout human history, moral issues have always been the main problem, because basically discussions about morals are always related to issues of human behavior and are the main problems for humans, especially in the context of the formation of civilization. Human behavior, directly or indirectly, is still the benchmark for knowing human actions or attitudes. The aim of this research is to find out how morals are the basis of intelligence in children and how verses and hadiths relate to moral education in children. cThe method used in this research is the research library method. The results of the research explain that humans are the most perfect creatures of the many creatures created by Allah SWT and humans are the best creatures created with intelligence, morals and intelligence. What is included in the intelligence category here is spiritual intelligence, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence which already exist in humans. However, these three potential intelligences will not develop if parents, family, environment and society do not stimulate children's morals. Because the basic trigger for the development of these three intelligences is morals which are formed both directly and indirectly by parents, family, environment and society. Verses and hadiths regarding moral education in children. In the surah of the Qur'an, moral education is also explained, QS Ali Imran verses 112, and 159-160. Abstract

According to the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI), cash waqf in Indonesia is currently still minimal, especially cash waqf, estimated to reach 180 trillion rupiah per year but only realized at 1.4 trillion or 2.52% as of March 2022. The low realization of cash waqf potential also reflects the low interest of the community which is certainly caused by various factors. Therefore, this study aims to further examine the factors that are thought to affect the interest in waqf money. This study aims to analyze and predict the effect of religiosity and understanding on the intention to endow money. This type of research is quantitative research with the objects to be studied, namely understanding, religiosity, and interest in waqf money. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bengkulu University using multiple linear regression analysis methods and using a correlation approach. The results of this study indicate that (1) Religiosity has a positive effect on interest in waqf money, (2) Understanding waqf has a positive effect on interest in waqf money.

Abstract

Humanities education is one of the Islamic education that aims to straighten the way of thinking of society to be more humane, cultured and civilized. In humanities education, humans are expected to be more moral, social and civilized. Based on Islamic education sourced from the al-qur’an and hadith, this research was made in order to find out the education of the humanities in the al-qur’an and hadith. The method used is qualitative, with the type of literature review. From the results of the research that has been obtained, it can be said that humanities education is a science that can elevate humans to be more humane. In the al-qur'an and hadith, it is revealed that in establishing human life, it must be carried out by cultivating a meek attitude, not hard-hearted and not oppressing or degrading each other, because the position of every human being is the same.

Abstract

The development of technology, information and communication (ICT) is in line with the current development of online media where online media now relies on social media such as news websites with the aim of attracting the younger generation. If you look at it, many young people are more interested in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok. For this reason, online media continues to compete with each other to create unique and interesting content to attract the reading interest of the younger generation. In this research, the author wants to know how Bengkulu.antaranews.com's news presentation strategy is to attract the reading interest of the younger generation. In the current era of globalization, the younger generation is more dominant in opening online news than other media, however, the challenge is that the younger generation does not really like news in the form of text or the old method but prefers news in the form of videos, graphic designs and attractive infographics. In this case the author uses Make Ward's theory. Meanwhile, the research method used is qualitative research methods using interview and case study methods. The results of this research show how the news presentation strategy is carried out by Bengkulu.antaranews.com to attract the reading interest of the younger generation by utilizing social media and using features in it, one of which is creating a poll feature on Instagram, live broadcasts, multimedia news and creating content according to readers' needs. In this research, the online media audience for Bengkulu.antaranews.com is still dominated by the younger generation. The strategy implemented by Bengkulu.antaranews.com to face competition is by continuing to use an inverted pyramid writing structure and prioritizing news accuracy.

Abstract

Procurement of goods and services is a key element in the operational activities of companies, playing a central role in maintaining business continuity and ensuring the fulfillment of production or service needs. However, conventional procurement is vulnerable to Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (CCN) practices. This research discusses the urgency of implementing e-procurement as a solution to address corruption challenges in the procurement of goods and services in Indonesia. The implementation of e-procurement is expected to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability at every stage of procurement. Data shows a high frequency of corruption cases in the procurement of goods and/or services in Indonesia, prompting the government to implement Presidential Regulation Number 50 of 2019, which mandates the use of electronic procurement. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review. Data from various literature sources indicate that e-procurement can reduce the opportunities for CCN practices through transparency, increased vendor participation, and accountable digital records. Although the transformation of e-procurement has a positive impact on combating CCN, the high level of corruption cases suggests challenges in implementation that need to be addressed. Comprehensive evaluation, organizational culture improvement, and strengthening of oversight and law enforcement are key to success. Measures such as training, awareness campaigns, and continuous improvement are required to ensure that e-procurement not only becomes a formality but also makes a real contribution to reducing the CCN index and enhancing integrity in the procurement of goods and services in Indonesia.
