Abstract

The high demands for efficiency, innovation, and fierce competition in the flexible packaging industry require PT. X employees to have strong self-efficacy, supported by a supportive work environment. This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and self-efficacy among PT. X employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design and involves 105 PT. X employees who have worked full-time for at least 1-2 years. The hypothesis test results show a significance value of 0.000 with a positive correlation coefficient of 0.406, which means that there is a positive and significant relationship between social support and self-efficacy among PT. X employees. The higher the social support received, the higher the employees’ self-efficacy. Social support contributes effectively by 24.9% to self-efficacy. The results of this study indicate that social support is an important predictor of self-efficacy and provide practical implications for PT. X to invest in and develop a supportive work culture to improve the psychological capital and performance of employees.

Abstract

Religious tourism is growing as a very important social phenomenon, especially in communities that have a strong culture and religion. This growth has made religious places not only seen as sacred places, but also as tourist destinations that involve social interaction and the way people give meaning. This study aims to analyze the social picture of religious tourism and understand how visitors construct the meaning of religious tourist attractions based on their experiences. This research uses a qualitative method by collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations. The data were analyzed using social picture theory supported by phenomenological approaches and symbolic interactionism. The results of the study show that religious tourism is seen as a place that combines spiritual, cultural, social, and recreational aspects. Religious tourist attractions are considered not only as places of worship, but also as areas for contemplation, learning, socializing, and enjoying beauty. The image is formed through shared knowledge, individual experiences, and social interactions that occur while traveling. This study concludes that the social picture of religious tourism is variable and context-dependent, reflecting the ongoing negotiation between sacred values and tourism practices.

Abstract

Diketahui bahwa ilmu nahwu telah menjadi pelajaran dasar di sekolah-sekolah keagamaan, yang dengannya dapat diketahui keadaan akhir sebuah kata, apakah harus dibaca rafa’, nasab, jar, atau mabni setelah tersusun dalam sebuah kalimat. Salah satu sekolah keagamaan yang menjadikan nahwu sebagai pelajaran dasar adalah Madrasah Sabilur Rasyad Gasek Malang. Namun demikian, dalam proses pembelajaran nahwu ditemukan berbagai permasalahan terkait buku yang digunakan, yaitu Mutmimmah al-Ajurrumiyah, yang redaksinya kurang ringkas serta tidak memuat penjelasan mengenai penerapan dan latihan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti bermaksud mengembangkan buku ajar untuk mata pelajaran Nahwu Terapan berdasarkan metode integratif, yang ditulis dengan redaksi yang ringkas serta dilengkapi penjelasan tentang penerapan dan latihan, agar lebih memudahkan siswa dalam memahami kaidah-kaidah nahwu beserta aplikasinya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Mendeskripsikan pengembangan buku ajar mata pelajaran Nahwu Terapan berdasarkan metode integratif. Mendeskripsikan kelayakan buku ajar Nahwu Terapan berdasarkan metode integratif. Mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan buku ajar Nahwu Terapan berdasarkan metode integratif di Madrasah Sabilur Rasyad Gasek Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi di Madrasah Sabilur Rasyad Gasek Malang tahun ajaran 2023/2024, sedangkan sampelnya adalah kelas II “A” tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengembangan buku ajar Nahwu Terapan berdasarkan metode integratif di Madrasah Sabilur Rasyad Gasek Malang menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima langkah: analisis (analyze), desain (design), pengembangan (develop), implementasi (implement), dan evaluasi (evaluate).(2) Kelayakan buku ajar Nahwu Terapan berbasis metode integratif oleh dua ahli berada pada kategori sangat layak. (3) Penggunaan buku ajar Nahwu Terapan berbasis metode integratif terbukti efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan statistik yaitu t = 3,830, yang lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel pada taraf signifikansi 1% = 1,694 dan pada taraf 5% = 2,449. Dengan demikian, H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran nahwu setelah menggunakan buku ajar Nahwu Terapan berbasis metode integratif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar Nahwu Terapan berbasis metode integratif dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran nahwu untuk kelas II di Madrasah Sabilur Rasyad Gasek Malang

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of career development, employee competency, work culture, and communication on the performance of KPP Pratama Sukoharjo employees both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses a quantitative research design. The population is all employees working at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo, totaling 109 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the Census technique with a sample size of 109 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study show that career development has a significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees. Employee competence has a significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees. Work culture has a significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees. Career development, employee competence, work culture, and communication have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees. The determination or contribution of the variables Career development, employee competence, work culture, and communication have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of Sukoharjo Pratama Tax Office employees by 78.2%, while 21.8% is influenced by other variables. Abstract

The aim of this research is to: (1) Find out the influence of commitment on the performance of educators at SMK Negeri 1 Plupuh Sragen Regency (2) Find out the influence of organizational culture on the performance of educators at SMK Negeri 1 Plupuh Sragen Regency (3) Find out the influence of supervision on the performance of educators at SMK Negeri 1 Plupuh Sragen Regency. (4) Knowing the effect of integrity on the performance of educators at SMK Negeri 1 Plupuh Sragen Regency. The research was conducted for 3 months, from April – August 2025, taking place at SMK Negeri 1 Plupuh, Sragen Regency. The population in this study was 53 educators, while the sample used was a population of 37 educators. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. Data processing techniques were carried out using the SPSS program to carry out instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests), multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests (normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests), hypothesis tests (F test and t test), and determination tests (R2). commitment, organizational culture, supervision and integrity have a significant influence on the performance of educators. Based on the determinant test, the adjusted R square value is 0.760. This means that the variables of commitment, organizational culture, supervision and integrity contribute to educator performance by 76.0%, while the remaining 24.0% is explained by other variables not proposed in this research

Abstract

This study aims to examine how profitability, liquidity, and solvency influence stock price movements in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2024. A quantitative approach was employed in this study, with the population encompassing all banking companies listed on the IDX during the observation period. The study sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in the selection of 45 banking companies. The data analyzed is secondary, obtained from annual reports of banking companies released on their official websites and the NAIK application. The data analysis stage includes descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. Before testing the hypotheses, classical assumption tests were run on the data to ensure the validity of the study model. Hypothesis testing was conducted using a partial t-test, while the model's ability to explain stock price variations was assessed using the coefficient of determination (R²). This study demonstrates that profitability has a positive and significant impact on stock prices, while liquidity and solvency have a negative but insignificant impact on stock prices.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has created new opportunities for technology-based entrepreneurship, particularly among university students as a generation highly adaptable to digital transformation. However, differences in individual readiness to pursue digital entrepreneurship remain evident, especially in terms of digital capabilities, environmental support, and self-confidence. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital capability, digital entrepreneurial ecosystem, and self-efficacy on digital entrepreneurial intention among university students. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to student respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that digital capability, digital entrepreneurial ecosystem, and self-efficacy each have a positive and significant effect on digital entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, these variables simultaneously have a significant influence on students’ digital entrepreneurial intention. The findings highlight the importance of enhancing digital skills, strengthening the digital entrepreneurial ecosystem, and developing self-efficacy to encourage the growth of digital entrepreneurial intention among students. This study is expected to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship education and provide insights for policymakers in fostering a sustainable digital entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Abstract

Aqidah education still faces various challenges, including instructional materials that do not fully cover essential content, monotonous learning models, limited instructional time, and the increasing influence of contemporary ideological challenges that may weaken students’ faith. Therefore, it is necessary to develop contextual and interactive aqidah learning materials. This study aims to analyze the need for developing aqidah education materials, formulate appropriate development procedures, and produce a supplementary instructional book. The research employed a research and development method using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The developed product was validated by subject matter, media, and language experts and tested for feasibility by aqidah or Islamic education teachers. The results indicated a very high level of validity in the aspects of content (96%), presentation (92%), graphical design (91%), and language (93%). The feasibility test conducted by teachers resulted in a score of 93%. It can be concluded that the developed supplementary aqidah book for seventh-grade junior high school students is highly valid and very feasible for use as additional learning material.

Abstract

This study aims to critically analyze the concept of keluarga sakinah in the Himpunan Putusan Tarjih Muhammadiyah (HPT) by examining the representation of gender relations and its alignment with the principle of gender equality in Islam. This research employs a qualitative library-based approach using an analytical-critical method. The primary data consist of the HPT document, which is analyzed through the frameworks of tawhidic hermeneutics and the mubādalah concept as approaches to gender-relational interpretation. The findings reveal that the concept of keluarga sakinah in HPT normatively emphasizes partnership and shared responsibility between husband and wife across spiritual, educational, health, economic, and social dimensions. However, the study also identifies conceptual tensions, particularly in the emphasis on male leadership and primary financial responsibility, which may be interpreted hierarchically if not accompanied by reciprocal relational principles. Through tawhidic hermeneutics and mubādalah, marital relations within the keluarga sakinah framework can be understood as reciprocal and equitable partnerships without undermining Islamic normative foundations. This study concludes that while the HPT concept of keluarga sakinah demonstrates progressive tendencies, it requires further interpretative reinforcement to ensure consistency with the principles of justice and gender equality in Islam.

Abstract

Background: Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences (MI) theory has become an important discourse in modern pedagogy by offering the concept of multiple intelligences. However, its implementation in Islamic Education requires critical study to ensure alignment with Islamic values, particularly in the context of holistic curriculum and learning development. Objective: This research aims to: (1) critically analyze the Multiple Intelligences theory from an Islamic Education perspective; (2) develop an MI pedagogical integration model in Islamic Religious Education learning; and (3) identify implementation challenges along with solution strategies. Method: The research uses a qualitative approach with systematic literature study methods. Data analysis was conducted through thematic content analysis techniques on primary and secondary literature related to MI theory, critical neuroscience, and Islamic education philosophy. Results: The analysis shows that the MI theory has significant pedagogical value for Islamic Education despite limitations in neurobiological validation. The concept of fitrah in Islam can serve as a philosophical foundation for integrating MI with Islamic Education. The developed integration model successfully maps nine types of MI intelligences into Islamic Religious Education competencies with a differentiated learning approach that integrates tawhid and adab values. Conclusion: The MI theory can be applied in Islamic Education as a complementary pedagogical framework, provided it is integrated critically through Islamic value filters. Effective implementation requires adjustment of learning strategies, development of holistic assessment systems, and continuous teacher capacity improvement.
