Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of workload and burnout on employee performance, the effect of workload and burnout on employee motivation and the effect of employee motivation on employee performance in the Nutrition Installation of RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi, Central Java Province. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. The number of research respondents was 36, which was determined by the total sampling technique. The results of the study showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation (p value 0.000), employee workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p value 0.000), burnout had no effect on employee motivation (p value 0.269), employee burnout had no effect on employee performance (p value 0.284) and employee motivation had no effect on employee performance (p value 0.995). The suggestion of this research is that hospitals should support occupational safety and health, especially nutrition installation officers in informal workplaces through surveys and counseling while working for workers.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction in hospital services can also be achieved from the service system provided by the hospital. Hospitals as health service institutions are required to provide fast, quality and affordable services to provide satisfaction for patients. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of waiting time, service quality, officer attitude and information technology on patient satisfaction at Aisyiyah Klaten Hospital. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. The number of research respondents was 120, which was determined by accidental sampling technique. The results of the study showed that waiting time (p value 0.000), officer attitude (p value 0.008) and information technology (p value 0.015) had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction in health services at RSU 'Aisyiyah Klaten.The quality of service (p value 0.775) had no effect on patient satisfaction in health services at RSU 'Aisyiyah Klaten. The suggestion of this research is that information technology should be better and easily accessible so that patient satisfaction increases so that the quality of hospital services is even better. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Characteristics on Job Satisfaction, Burden on Job Satisfaction, Environment on Job Satisfaction, Compensation on Job Satisfaction of Teacher Raudatul Athfal (RA) in Colomadu District, Karanganyar. The research site is in each Raudatul Athfal (RA) location in Colomadu Karanganyar District. The research was conducted for 6 (six) months with a span of time between January to June 2024. Starting from the initial step is observation, sample determination, to the creation of data results from the research conducted, as well as determining the results and concluding the results of the research conducted. This study uses a quantitative method with the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24 software. This study was conducted on 66 samples who were RA teachers in Colomadu Karanganyar District. The results showed that the characteristics of work and environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while burden and compensation did not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

Moral education is a very important thing to do, this is based on the phenomenon that occurs in the era of society 5.0 which is very fast in anything. Character education can be said to be successful if it can be applied and carried out in everyday life, this is the result of learning formed slowly through knowledge and then carried out. The character education that will be studied by the researcher is moral education resulting from teaching and examples of a book of morals lil banat which is one of the bases in learning carried out at the Al Mardliyyah Islamic boarding school. This study aims to examine the application of moral education of female students based on the Book of Akhlakul Lil Banat at the Al-Mardliyah Islamic Boarding School, Tambakberas, Jombang. The research method used is the analytical descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of moral education for female students at the Al-Mardliyah Tambakberas Jombang Islamic Boarding School is carried out systematically and in a planned manner through direct teaching from the Akhlakul Lil Banat book delivered by the kyai and ustadzah with various relevant learning methods. The implication of this study is the importance of developing a more integrated and contextual curriculum for female students' moral education in accordance with the development of the times.

Abstract

Calcaneus spur is an abnormal bone growth on the inferior part of the os. calcaneus, from the fibrocartilaginous attachment site specifically the plantar fascia ligament, which is a common cause of calcaneus spur. To determine the physiotherapy management in reducing pain, increasing joint range of motion and increasing functional activity ability in Calcaneus Spur Dextra cases with ultrasound, hold rilex and calf raise modalities. After 6 times of therapy using VAS, it shows a decrease in silent pain T1 worth 2 to T6 worth 0, a decrease in motion pain T1 worth 5 to T6 worth 2 and a decrease in tenderness T1 worth 6 to T6 worth 3. Increased active motion LGS in the sagittal plane dextra ankle joint T1: 100- 00- 300 to T6: 200-00-400. Increased functional activity ability which can be seen from the increase in FADI score T1 worth 76% to T6 worth 87% with moderate difficulty. Ultrasound can help reduce pain, hold rilex and calf raise can help increase joint range of motion and improve functional activity ability.

Abstract

The research was conducted using a mixed method between quantitative and qualitative to determine the relationship between inflation and Value Added Tax (VAT). In addition, this research was also conducted to find out how the application of VAT in terms of calculation, payment and reporting stated in the company's Periodic Notification Letter (PNL). This is done to avoid tax sanctions, one of which is the receipt of a Tax Collection Letter (TCL). The independent variable uses inflation and the dependent variable uses VAT. This study uses data on inflation and VAT reported as much as 36 data with the period 2021-2023. Simple linear regression analysis is used in the data processing method and processed using statistical data processing tools. The results of existing data processing show that inflation has a positive impact on VAT.  In the February 2021 and March 2021 VAT Periodic Tax Returns there are still corrections caused by errors in making Tax Invoices (TI), resulting in delays in payment and reporting of VAT NPL. Due to this delay, it resulted in the receipt of STP from the Tax Service Office (TSO) and a response has been made by the company to the TCL that has been received. For the April 2021 to December 2023 VAT NPL, the company has paid and reported VAT so that no TCL has been received from the TSO.

Abstract

The phenomenon of social problems that arise due to the increasing interest of career women cannot be denied because discrimination against women in the world of work still occurs today, such as remuneration rights, health benefits, leave rights, and even sexual harassment. The aim is to find out whether there is a relationship between positive emotions, workplace spirituality and flourishing in career women. The population of career women is 959,631 people with research subjects of 274 career women in the Special Region of Yogyakarta who are working, either unmarried or married (including unmarried or already having children) with an age range of 19-40 years and a minimum education of high school / vocational high school or equivalent collected through google form. This research method uses non-experimental quantitative with a correlational approach. Data analysis uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, and multicollinearity), multiple linear regression analysis tests, and effective contribution tests. The results of the study showed a significant relationship between positive emotions, workplace spirituality and flourishing in career women; there is a significant relationship between positive emotions and flourishing in career women and; there is a significant relationship between workplace spirituality and flourishing in career women.

Abstract

Studying and working are familiar things to encounter nowadays, if you look at the many universities in Indonesia, both public and private, that provide special classes for employees. This phenomenon as a trend chosen by female students is currently motivated by various reasons, for example the problem of financing education or daily needs, to fill free time, or as an option for wanting to live independently so that they are not dependent on their parents for their lives and at the same time being able to lighten the family's burden. Interestingly, among students, most of them are interested in part-time work on the grounds that it is more flexible compared to full-time work, so that students can adjust work schedules and study schedules. Of course, studying and working is not easy because students spend a lot of time studying or just doing assignments from lecturers. The impact of this on students can disrupt learning activities, and judging from the possibility that many students are negligent in carrying out their assignments and it is feared that these students' preoccupation with work will override lectures and their studies will be neglected or even drop out. In carrying out study activities while working, stress coping is needed to handle the workload received, because there is pressure from workload and stress when studying while working. The aim of this research is to look at the relationship between workload and stress coping in students who work part time. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. There were 96 respondent data collected for processing. Data collection using workload and stress coping scales via Google Forms. The results of the analysis show results (0.008  0.05), meaning that there is a relationship between workload and stress coping in students who work part time. That the higher the perceived workload, the more stress coping behavior will be carried out.

Abstract

This study explores how startup founders can transform early failures into long-term success. The research aims to identify key strategies and practices employed by founders to address and overcome failures. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology is utilized to analyze existing studies on startup failures and the recovery efforts undertaken by founders. The findings indicate that successful founders leverage strong business networks, continuous innovation, and personal motivation to propel their companies forward. Additionally, the development of a competent and diverse team, along with effective communication with investors, significantly enhances the likelihood of success. The study concludes that although early failures are common among startups, such failures can become valuable experiences that contribute to future success when managed strategically.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes in organizations, creating a need for effective digital leadership, and adaptation in organizational culture. This transformation not only affects technological aspects, but also impacts how organizations operate. This systematic literature review aims to explore the role of digital leadership and organizational culture that have implications for improvement employee performance in the digital era. Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study analyzes recent literature on digital leadership, organizational culture, and employee performance in the context of digital transformation. The SLR method is conducted through systematic searches in academic database, study selection based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, data extraction, and synthesis of findings. The results of the review show that digital leadership plays a crucial role in facilitating organizational adaptation to new technologies and driving innovation. Organizational culture that supports digitalization has been found to have a positive impact on employee performance. The interaction between digital leadership and organizational culture creates an environment conducive to increasing productivity, creativity, and employee engagement.
