Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of destination image and marketing communication on loyalty through visitor satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research with Structural Equation Modeling data analysis techniques using the SmartPLS version 4.0 statistical program. In this study, the population is not known for certain (infinite) and the sample used is tourists visiting Lon Beach, Malang. This study uses a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The results of the study obtained that destination image affects loyalty with a p-value <0.05 and t-statistic> 1.96, while destination image does not affect satisfaction with a p-value> 0.05 and t-statistic <1.96, but marketing communication has an effect on loyalty with a p-value <0.05 and t-statistic> 1.96, and communication also has an effect on satisfaction with a p-value <0.05 and t-statistic> 1.96.

Abstract

In an increasingly complex digital era, Islamic educational institutions face the challenge of building a positive image and favorable public opinion. This study aims to analyze effective strategies for shaping the image and public opinion of Islamic educational institutions, with the research questions: what is meant by building image and public opinion in the context of Islamic educational institutions, and what strategies can be implemented to foster public trust? The methodology employed is a literature review, including tool preparation and critical analysis of relevant literature. The findings indicate that building a positive image requires high integrity, quality service, trusted leadership, and the application of educational exhibitions as an effective communication medium. Six main strategies that can be implemented include honesty in communication, provision of quality services, strengthening leadership, developing human resources, applying competitive strategies, and utilizing educational exhibitions. Success in building a positive image not only enhances the institution's reputation but also contributes to increased attractiveness and public trust, enabling Islamic educational institutions to establish harmonious relationships with the community and support sustainable institutional growth. This research is expected to provide insights for the managers of Islamic educational institutions in implementing appropriate strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of using the Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard on the Performance of MSMEs that are customers of the KUR at PT. Pegadaian Wonosobo Branch. Utilizing a quantitative approach, this research collected data through survey using non-probability sampling techniques to obtain a representative sample of the population of MSME in Wonosobo and Banjarnegara Regency who use QRIS. The QRIS variable indicators include ease of use, understanding, satisfaction, and security, while the MSME performance indicators encompass profitability, number of customers, sales volume, and asset growth. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4 software to test the hypotheses and research model. The results indicate that the use of Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard has a positive and significant impact on improving MSME performance, with a coefficient value of 0.839, a t-statistic of 19.085 and p-value of 0.000. these findings suggest that the implementation of QRIS facilitates more efficient and secure transaction processes and contributes to increase profitability, customer number, sales and assets of MSMEs that are KUR customers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the opportunities and threats of the existence of the metaverse for tourism in Indonesia; and (2) strategy for developing Indonesian tourism through the metaverse. This research is descriptive qualitative research. This research uses a SWOT analysis regarding the existence of the metaverse for Indonesian tourism. The results of this research show that (1) the existence of metaverse tourism related to tourism experiences has the opportunity to make tourist trips more interactive and becomes a threat because it is considered less than optimal, while related to technology (internet access) the existence of metaverse tourism has the opportunity to become an innovation in tourism trends and become a threat because it is not evenly distributed internet access in Indonesia, and related to health, the existence of metaverse tourism has the opportunity to be a solution for people with disabilities because it can be long distances and is a threat due to radiation problems; and (2) Indonesian tourism development strategy based on SWOT analysis consisting of SO strategy through marketing planning for metaverse tourism as a current tourism trend, WO strategy through socializing the use of metaverse in Indonesian tourism by developing a metaverse tourism concept for tourists, ST strategy through collaboration with the Tourism Office and the private sector supports metaverse tourism, and WT strategies through education and promotion of metaverse tourism programs.

Abstract

Abstract This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach that describes a number of advantages and disadvantages of collaboration between the Ministry of Agriculture and millennial farmers in creating a sustainable agricultural ecosystem. The data used in this article are secondary data that researchers obtain from a number of sources that are commonly used in every study, namely books, scientific articles, and credible websites. The data are collected, selected, described, analyzed with SWOT, and finally conclusions are drawn. The result in this article show the Collaboration between the government of the Republic of Indonesia in this case represented by the Ministry of Agriculture has more strength and advantages, among others, millennial farmers are in productive age so that agricultural productivity can increase through the ideas they have, mastered technology, and good vision. In addition, on the government side it also benefits because the Ministry of Agriculture has a program that is in line and strong power. Through this, the results can benefit both parties and even the Indonesian nation by creating a sustainable agricultural ecosystem. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school libraries in improving reading literacy among students of Al-Ulum Terpadu. School libraries play an important role in education, not only as a provider of information sources, but also as a facilitator of reading literacy skills development. Qualitative descriptive method with case study approach was used to explore the contribution of school libraries in improving students' reading interest and ability. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews with librarians and teachers, and questionnaires to students. The results of the study indicate that school libraries have a significant role in supporting reading literacy through various programs, such as fostering reading interest, providing relevant and quality book collections, and literacy activities integrated with the curriculum. The active participation of libraries in these activities has been shown to increase student engagement in reading activities. In addition, the findings of this study emphasize the importance of synergy between libraries, teachers, and parents in building a sustainable reading culture. This study suggests that school libraries continue to strengthen their role in creating a conducive learning environment and supporting the development of student literacy. It is hoped that collaborative steps involving various parties will further increase the effectiveness of libraries as centers of literacy and learning. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of the role of school libraries in improving students' reading literacy. Schools need to increase support for libraries through the provision of quality collections and sustainable literacy programs. Librarian training and collaboration with teachers and parents must be optimized to create a strong reading culture. Educational policies that encourage the use of libraries as literacy centers need to be strengthened, so that libraries can function optimally as agents of change in developing student literacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran perpustakaan sekolah dalam meningkatkan literasi membaca di kalangan siswa Al-Ulum Terpadu. Perpustakaan sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam pendidikan, tidak hanya sebagai penyedia sumber informasi, tetapi juga sebagai fasilitator pengembangan keterampilan literasi membaca. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi perpustakaan sekolah dalam meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan membaca siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pustakawan dan guru, serta angket kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan sekolah memiliki peran signifikan dalam mendukung literasi membaca melalui berbagai program, seperti pembinaan minat baca, penyediaan koleksi buku relevan dan berkualitas, serta kegiatan literasi yang terintegrasi dengan kurikulum. Partisipasi aktif perpustakaan dalam kegiatan-kegiatan ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan membaca. Selain itu, temuan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara perpustakaan, guru, dan orang tua dalam membangun budaya membaca yang berkelanjutan. Studi ini menyarankan perpustakaan sekolah untuk terus memperkuat perannya dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan mendukung pengembangan literasi siswa. Diharapkan bahwa langkah-langkah kolaboratif yang melibatkan berbagai pihak akan semakin meningkatkan efektivitas perpustakaan sebagai pusat literasi dan pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran perpustakaan sekolah dalam meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa. Pihak sekolah perlu meningkatkan dukungan terhadap perpustakaan melalui pengadaan koleksi berkualitas dan program literasi yang berkelanjutan. Pelatihan pustakawan dan kolaborasi dengan guru serta orang tua harus dioptimalkan untuk menciptakan budaya membaca yang kuat. Kebijakan pendidikan yang mendorong pemanfaatan perpustakaan sebagai pusat literasi perlu diperkuat, sehingga perpustakaan dapat berfungsi maksimal sebagai agen perubahan dalam pengembangan literasi siswa.

Abstract

The Qur'an is a precious book and also something historic for all followers of Islam. Indonesia is the largest Muslim country in the world and it turns out that in Indonesia there are many historical mushafs left over from the Kingdom, Islamic boarding schools or mosques in Indonesia.In Indonesia, there are many Islamic educational institutions that teach the Qur'an. However, the students of Qur'anic science do not have wide access to the study of ancient mushaf, they do not know how to apply their knowledge to the corpus of mushaf. In addition, ancient relics are very valuable assets in order to reveal the history of the past. Because Indonesia is one of the nations that has a diverse civilization. The heritage of its religious population is scattered in various regions in Indonesia. The problem that arises here is that most of the Indonesian population still does not know the types of Al-Qur'an and how its history. Each Al-Qur'an in Indonesia has its own specialty such as the decoration (illumination) displayed in each region. This Muslim guidance object also contains interesting philosophies. Therefore, the Al-Qur'an needs to be museumized with the aim of being cared for, maintained and exhibiting the beauty of the Al-Qur'an to the entire community. Because the Qur'an is exhibited, it must have something to do with Islam. Therefore, Mushaf Al-Qur'an with Iluminasi Bunga Matahari is one of the ancient Al-Qur'an in the Al-Qur'an History Museum of North Sumatra

Abstract

Generation Z is highly active on social media, a trend amplified during the COVID-19 pandemic due to limited social interaction. Data from the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) reveals that Generation Z constitutes the majority of internet users (34.40%). This shift in communication behavior has brought convenience but also increased cybercrime. UU No 19 Tahun 2016regulates various cybercrime issues including online gambling. Indonesia has the highest number of online gambling users globally, with around 200,000 active users. Influencer Ferry Irwandi highlights the  seriousness of this issue on his YouTube channel, which featured three new videos on the topic in September 2023. His observations underline the need for further research into the impact of online gambling on Generation Z. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using Stuart Hall's reception analysis method, focusing on Generation Z. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs). The findings reveal Generation Z's reception of online gambling content on Ferry Irwandi's channel, identifying two primary perspectives: the Dominant-Hegemonic Reading Position and the Negotiated Reading Position. Generation Z recognizes online gambling as a pervasive, addictive, and destructive activity. They assert that influencers do not significantly contribute to its spread, emphasizing the importance of being selective about media consumption. Generation Z calls for decisive government action to address online gambling issues.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fulfillment of rights for children with special needs that need to be equal to other normal children. Inclusive schools and special schools cannot fulfill them due to several factors such as expensive costs, lack of facilities and qualified teaching staff for children with disabilities. The existence of the Rumah Anak Prestasi Program by the Surabaya City Social Service is a space for children with disabilities to develop their abilities. The results showed a positive response through David Corten's program implementation theory. Program and program implementers indicators show that RAP is a program that parents of children with disabilities look forward to. Complete and free facilities, as well as teaching staff who are in accordance with their fields are devoted to serving children with disabilities in the city of Surabaya. The target group indicators show that satisfaction from parents of children with disabilities at RAP Semolowaru is a positive response that can help the RAP program develop. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the principles of Islamic education financing management management in schools. This study uses library research, so the method used in the research is literature study. Where the researcher is directly confronted with the data or text presented, not with field data or through eyewitnesses in the form of events, the researcher is only directly confronted with sources that are already in the library or ready-to-use data, as well as secondary data used. The results of this study show that financing in Islamic educational institutions must have financing management principles in managing Islamic educational institutions, namely the principles must be based on honesty and transparency that maintain integrity in all financial transactions, make accurate and open financial records. Therefore, it is concluded that by applying these principles, Islamic education financing management can run well, effectively, and in accordance with religious teachings, thereby supporting the achievement of quality and equitable education goals.
