Abstract

This research aims to explore the relevance of the concept of Hadhanah in contemporary Islamic Family Law through a literature review. The concept of Hadhanah, closely related to the family's responsibility in managing wealth and assets, has a significant impact on family dynamics in modern society. This study analyzes the evolution of the Hadhanah concept over time and its role in the context of contemporary Islamic family law. The research employs a descriptive-analytical approach with a focus on the analysis of literature texts related to the concept of Hadhanah in Islamic Family Law. Data is obtained through a literature review and comprehensive analysis of relevant literature, including Islamic legal texts, scholarly papers, and related publications. The research findings indicate that the concept of Hadhanah remains relevant in contemporary Islamic Family Law. In today's complex society, the role of the Hadhanah concept as a legal principle governing ownership, management, and distribution of family wealth remains of significant importance. The study also identifies changes and adaptations in the concept of Hadhanah in response to social and economic changes. This research provides valuable insights into the understanding of the Hadhanah concept in the context of modern Islamic family law and serves as a foundation for further discussions on how this concept can be effectively applied in the lives of families and society today.

Abstract

The measurement of learning outcomes is the main indicator in assessing the effectiveness of learning methods in the classroom, because learning outcomes reflect academic achievement as well as the level of understanding and ability of students after participating in the learning process. One of the learning models that can improve student understanding is the Meaningful Learning model. This research aims to describe the implementation steps, advantages, and disadvantages of Meaningful Learning model in learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Rembang, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Klaten, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kebumen, and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Boyolali, dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Sukoharjo. The research method used a qualitative approach with the research subjects being teachers, while the data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the steps of Meaningful Learning include: determining learning objectives, identifying student characteristics, compiling material according to these characteristics in the form of core concepts, presenting topics with advance organizers, learning core concepts and applying them concretely, and assessing the process and learning outcomes. This model has advantages, such as increasing long-term retention, facilitating knowledge transfer, encouraging learning motivation because students feel they are learning something meaningful, and developing critical and creative thinking skills. However, the disadvantage is that teachers often have difficulty determining concrete examples and study groups tend to depend on smarter students. In conclusion, Meaningful Learning can be applied to improve student learning outcomes in madrasah.

Abstract

Learning motivation is an important factor that determines the success of students in achieving optimal learning outcomes. One of the learning models that can foster this motivation is Joyful Learning. This study aims to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of applying the Joyful Learning model in learning at MTsN 1 Klaten, MAN 1 Kebumen, MTsN 3 Klaten, and MAN 2 Rembang. The research used a qualitative approach with the subject of the teacher, while the research informants were teachers who were directly involved in the learning process. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the steps of Joyful Learning include: the preparation stage by providing motivation so that students are interested in learning, the delivery stage by linking the material to real life, the training stage through fun methods such as quizzes, pictures, or animations, and the closing stage by summarizing the material with students. The advantages of this model include a more relaxed, varied learning atmosphere, increased concentration, creativity, and student activity. However, the disadvantages are that the class is difficult to control if the teacher fails to manage the learning, and the teacher is required to master many methods and have high creativity. The research concludes that Joyful Learning is worth implementing as an effort to increase learning motivation in madrasah.

Abstract

Speaking is one of the important language skills in everyday life. One of the learning models that can improve these skills is SQ3R. This research aims to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of SQ3R model implementation in language learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Rembang and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kebumen. The research method used a qualitative approach with the research subjects being language teachers. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the steps of SQ3R include: Survey, the teacher helps students examine the structure of the reading text; Question, the teacher gives directions to formulate clear and relevant questions; Read, students read actively to find answers; Recite, students restate answers without looking at notes; and Review, students review questions and answers. The advantages of this model are that it can arouse curiosity, increase motivation, encourage critical thinking, and help remember material longer. However, the weakness lies in the lack of accuracy and student activeness which can hinder understanding of the material. The study concluded that the SQ3R model is effective in improving students' speaking skills in language subjects.

Abstract

Learning activity is an important factor in the success of the teaching and learning process, because it is a measure of the extent to which students can achieve the expected results. One of the learning models that can increase learning activities is SBL (Simulation Based Learning). This study aims to describe the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of applying the SBL model in science learning at MTs Negeri 1 Klaten, MAN 1 Kebumen, and MAN 2 Rembang. The research method used a qualitative approach with the subject of science teachers in the three schools, while data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the steps of implementing SBL included the selection of simulation topics, appointment of students as actors, preparation of scenarios with clear rules, explanation of activities and their consequences, trial procedures, implementation of simulations with teacher supervision, and reflective discussions after the activity. The advantages of SBL include developing creativity, fostering courage and self-confidence, enriching knowledge, attitudes, and social skills, increasing motivation, and helping understanding the material. However, the disadvantages are that the simulation experience does not always match reality, poor management can make it just entertainment, and psychological factors such as shyness and fear can hinder students. Thus, the SBL model is proven to be effective in increasing science learning activities.

Abstract

Abstract. Anemia is a public health problem that deserves attention, particularly among adolescent girls, and is often caused by iron deficiency, which can decrease concentration and productivity. Prevention efforts can be carried out through innovations in nutritious supplementary foods, such as tilapia fish meatballs enriched with moringa leaves. Tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) contains high levels of protein, potassium, and calcium, while moringa (Moringa oleifera) is rich in protein, carbohydrates, calcium, potassium, and iron. This study aims to determine the effect of adding tilapia and moringa leaves on the physical quality (color, aroma, texture, and taste) and chemical quality (ash content, moisture content, protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, and iron) of fish meatballs. The research was experimental, using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments and two replications, namely treatment A (60 g tilapia + 2 g moringa leaves), treatment B (60 g tilapia + 4 g moringa leaves), and treatment C (60 g tilapia + 6 g moringa leaves). The organoleptic results showed that the most preferred meatballs were treatment A, with average scores of 4.5 for color, 4.5 for aroma, 3.9 for texture, and 4.5 for taste. Nutritional analysis per 100 g of meatballs revealed moisture content of 55.97%, ash content of 3.05%, protein 11.71%, fat 6.43%, carbohydrates 22.84%, calcium 926.46 mg, and iron 1.84 mg. Abstrak. Anemia merupakan masalah Kesehatan Umum yang patut diperhatikan, masalah kesehatan pada remaja putri yang disebabkan oleh kekurangan zat besi, sehingga dapat menurunkan konsentrasi dan produktivitas. Pencegahan dapat dilakukan melalui inovasi makanan tambahan bergizi, seperti bakso Ikan mujair dengan penambahan daun kelor. Ikan mujair mengandung protein, kalium dan kalsium tinggi, sedangkan daun kelor kaya akan Protein, karbohidrat, kalsium, kalium, dan zat besi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ikan mujair (Oreochromis Mossambicus) dengan daun kelor (Moringa Oleifera) terhadap mutu fisik meliputi warna, aroma, tekstur dan rasa serta mutu kimia bakso kadar abu, kadar air, protein, lemak, karbohidrat, kalsium dan zat besi. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 (tiga) perlakuan dan 2 (dua) pengulangan, yaitu perlakuan A (60 gr ikan mujair + 2 gr daun kelor) B (60 gr ikan mujair + 4 gr daun kelor) dan C (60 gr ikan mujair + 6 gr daun kelor). Hasil organoleptik yang diperoleh bahwa bakso ikan mujair dengan daun kelor yang paling disukai adalah perlakuan A dengan nilai rata-rata warna 4,5, Aroma 4,5, tekstur 3,9, serta rasa 4,5. Hasil uji kandungan gizi per 100 gr bakso diperoleh kadar air 55,97%, kadar abu 3,05%, protein 11,71%, lemak 6,43, karbohidrat 22,84% kalsium 926,46% dan zat besi 1,84%.

Abstract

Attendance management at Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah still relies on manual and mobile-based methods (Asdos), which are inefficient and prone to errors. This study aims to design and implement a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-based attendance system for lecturers and students to improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation. The research applied the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, covering requirements analysis, system design, implementation using RFID Reader 4100 Proximity Type USB, PVC EM4100/TK4100 cards, PHP CodeIgniter, and MySQL, as well as Black Box testing. The system was tested in two classes with 2–3 lecturers and 20–40 students. Results showed that the system records attendance in less than one second, increases efficiency by 70% compared to manual methods, and achieves 98% accuracy through RFID authentication. Automatic notifications support lecturers in managing teaching time, and attendance reports comply with official academic formats. This system proves effective, accurate, and user-friendly, offering a low-cost solution suitable for academic administration.

Abstract

Student engagement in the learning process is significantly influenced by the strategies implemented by teachers. Students' learning activities not only reflect their understanding of the material but also indicate their motivation and interest, which are shaped by a supportive learning environment. One instructional model that can foster active learning is the Differentiated Instruction model. The purpose of this study is to describe the steps, strengths, and weaknesses of implementing the Differentiated Instruction model in Islamic Education (PAI) learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Rembang, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Klaten dan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kebumen. This research employs a qualitative approach. The research subjects are teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Rembang, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Klaten and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sukoharjo, with Islamic Education teachers serving as the informants. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study are: (1) The steps of the Differentiated Instruction model include identifying student needs, grouping students, designing flexible learning activities, utilizing technology, employing diverse assessments, and evaluating understanding and internalization of values through questioning or assignments; (2) The advantages of the Differentiated Instruction model include enhanced material comprehension, appreciation of student diversity, avoidance of labeling students as weak or smart, and increased motivation and interest in learning; (3) The weaknesses of the Differentiated Instruction model involve time and resource limitations, teacher readiness, and limited facilities. The conclusion of this study is that the Differentiated Instruction model can be applied in the learning process as an effort to improve student engagement during the learning process at the Madrasah level.

Abstract

This research analyzes the failure of women's substantive representation in the Indonesian parliament, focusing on the 2019 post-election period. It uses a multi-method qualitative method that includes literature study, content analysis, and critical discourse analysis. The sources of this research study include news articles from national online media for the 2019-2023 period, and relevant scientific journals. Among the important indicators analyzed, there is a significant difference between the level of women's representation in the legislature (20.9% in the House of Representatives) and the 30% quota target, the strategic placement of female candidates in elections, and the priority of legislation that considers a gender perspective. More specific findings show that structural male dominance and cultural patriarchy within political parties systematically hinder affirmative policies. The results of the discourse analysis also show that media discourse consistently reproduces gender stereotypes, positioning female politicians as symbolic or passive actors through certain lexical and framing choices. This is seen in the placement of women in symbolic roles, marginalization in non-strategic commissions, and lack of attention to important policies such as equal pay and gender-based violence, indicating that the transition from descriptive to substantive representation is still fundamentally hampered.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Picture Learning Method on increasing student learning activeness in thematic learning class III SD Negeri 0507 Pasar Latong. The research method used was an experiment with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The research sample amounted to 33 students selected through total sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and tests in the form of pretests and posttests. The results showed a significant increase in student learning activeness after the Picture method was applied. The average pretest score of 63.06 increased to 85.75 in the posttest. The simple regression test results show the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.342, which means that the Picture Method has an influence of 32.1% on student learning activities. Thus, it can be concluded that the Drawing Method is effective in increasing student learning activities, because it is able to create an interesting, innovative, and fun learning atmosphere.
