Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze and develop a web-based digital marketing system application named Saka 1.0 at PT. Digi Herba Nusantara. The application is designed to fulfill the operational needs of employees, including Advertiser, Customer Service, and Supervisor, in managing advertising expenditure data, sales revenue data, operational reporting, and real-time performance monitoring. The research was carried out through system requirements analysis, design, and implementation of a web application using the Laravel Framework as the primary development foundation. The system is also integrated with the external platform Meta Business Suite to support digital advertising management processes. The results indicate that the Saka 1.0 application successfully improves the efficiency of data recording and management processes, accelerates report generation, and provides more accurate and real-time performance monitoring features for supervisors. This research contributes to the development of web-based information systems in the field of digital marketing, particularly in the integration between internal company systems and external digital marketing platforms. Abstract

Tourism has become one of the strategic sectors in promoting economic growth and preserving cultural heritage in Bali. Within this context, the Sangeh Traditional Village plays an important role in managing the Sangeh Monkey Forest as a natural tourism attraction that integrates environmental conservation, local culture, and community-based values. Despite its considerable potential, the management of tourism destinations based on traditional village institutions continues to face challenges related to the professionalism of human resources, the consistent implementation of governance standards, and the sustainability of management practices. This study aims to analyze the tourism potential of Sangeh Monkey Forest, examine the professionalization of its management, and evaluate the role of the Sangeh Traditional Village in maintaining a balance between cultural preservation, environmental protection, and community welfare. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at the Sangeh Monkey Forest Tourism Attraction in Badung Regency, Bali. Informants were selected purposively, including tourism managers, traditional village officials, local community members, and visitors. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review, while qualitative analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the findings was strengthened through source and technique triangulation. The results reveal that Sangeh Monkey Forest possesses significant tourism potential, supported by its natural landscape, cultural values, adequate facilities, accessibility, and diverse tourism activities. The Sangeh Traditional Village has a strategic role in preserving local wisdom and ensuring that tourism development contributes to community welfare. However, management is still constrained by limited professional human resource practices, inconsistent application of standard operating procedures, and a staffing system that largely relies on kinship considerations. Therefore, strengthening organizational governance, improving human resource capacity, and implementing professional management standards are essential to achieving effective, accountable, and sustainable tourism management.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran strategis evaluasi pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik di era digital yang semakin dinamis. Evaluasi tidak hanya dipandang sebagai alat untuk mengukur hasil belajar, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen diagnostik yang mampu mengungkap potensi dan kelemahan siswa secara holistik. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan studi pustaka, artikel ini menganalisis berbagai literatur dan hasil penelitian terkait penggunaan teknologi dalam sistem evaluasi, seperti Learning Management System (LMS), Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), serta aplikasi evaluasi digital lainnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi dapat mempercepat, mempersonalisasi, dan memperkaya proses evaluasi sehingga lebih relevan dengan tuntutan kompetensi abad ke-21, seperti berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi. Namun demikian, penerapan evaluasi digital masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti ketimpangan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi digital, serta keterbatasan kompetensi guru. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi lintas sektor dan dukungan kebijakan dari pemerintah menjadi krusial untuk menciptakan ekosistem evaluasi yang inklusif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini merekomendasikan pentingnya inovasi evaluasi yang autentik dan berbasis teknologi sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara menyeluruh di era transformasi digital

Abstract

Abstract: This study is motivated by the rapid growth of digital preaching through YouTube. Digital preaching requires persuasive communication skills so religious messages can be received, understood, and practiced by audiences. This study aims to analyze the use of Aristotelian rhetoric, namely ethos, pathos, and logos, in Ustaz Adi Hidayat’s sermon on YouTube. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a rhetorical analysis approach. The data consist of sermon excerpts, timestamps, and rhetorical evidence showing credibility, emotion, and logic. Data were collected through listening and note-taking techniques. The data were analyzed by classifying sermon evidence into ethos, pathos, and logos. The results show that ethos appears through religious openings, Islamic terminology, Qur’anic quotations, Arabic linguistic explanation, and mastery of scholars’ history. Pathos appears through prayers, sacred expressions, spiritual warnings, motivation to think, religious pride, and invitations to feel the miracle of the Qur’an. Logos appears through linguistic reasoning, Qur’anic evidence, hadith, comparison, numbers, and practical examples. These three elements make Ustaz Adi Hidayat’s sermon persuasive, communicative, and relevant in digital preaching. The sermon shows effective religious communication in digital space depends on message content, language strategy, scientific depth, emotional touch, and clear argument structure for broad audiences today worldwide online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis negosiasi antara tradisi keilmuan pesantren dan teknologi pembelajaran berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam kajian kitab kuning. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di Pondok Pesantren At-Thohiriyah. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa santri memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mencari makna kosa kata, referensi, dan penjelasan tambahan, namun kiai dan ustaz tetap menjadi otoritas utama dalam validasi makna, konteks, dan adab keilmuan. Pesantren juga menerapkan aturan penggunaan teknologi agar tidak menggantikan metode talaqqi dan sorogan. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya negosiasi antara efisiensi teknologi dan pelestarian tradisi keilmuan pesantren.

Abstract

School culture is a set of values, norms, habits, and interaction patterns that develop within the educational environment and play a significant role in shaping students’ character. A positive school culture can foster students’ internalization of social values such as discipline, responsibility, cooperation, tolerance, honesty, and respect in their daily lives. This study aims to analyze how school culture plays a role in shaping students’ attitudes of discipline and responsibility through various activities implemented within the school environment. The method used is a literature review, examining various journals, scientific articles, and relevant sources that discuss school culture in shaping students’ attitudes of discipline and responsibility. School culture plays a role in shaping students’ character of discipline and responsibility through teacher role models, the implementation of school rules, routine activities, positive habits, and the creation of harmonious social interactions among school members. A conducive school environment can encourage students to understand, apply, and maintain social values in various social situations, both at school and in the community. Conversely, a less supportive school culture can hinder students’ social development and character. Thus, school culture is a crucial factor in developing a generation that not only excels academically but also possesses strong character traits of discipline and responsibility. Strengthening a positive school culture needs to be continuously developed as part of efforts to improve the quality of character education in schools.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a dynamic social phenomenon that demands serious attention. This qualitative study aims to examine the causal factors, impacts, and effective preventive measures regarding juvenile delinquency. The findings indicate that juvenile delinquency is driven by three main factors: family (improper parenting and lack of attention), environment (negative peer influence and socio-economic conditions), and the individual (low self-control and emotional instability). The negative impacts of this phenomenon affect not only the perpetrators but also families, schools, and society both psychologically and socially. This study concludes that addressing juvenile delinquency requires a holistic and collaborative approach among families, educational institutions, communities, and the government. Early intervention through moral reinforcement, social skills development, and character building is considered the most effective strategy to reduce delinquency rates.

Abstract

Wearing clothing is crucial in the life of a believer because it not only fulfills physical needs but also demonstrates spiritual, moral, and Christian identity values. Modern fashion and cultural developments influence the way congregations choose their clothing, resulting in varying opinions regarding appropriate standards of dress for believers in their religious lives. This study aims to explore how believers choose their clothing based on biblical teachings and examine its impact on congregational life today. The method used was a qualitative study with a literature review approach, analyzing the Bible, theological books, and related scientific journals. This study shows that in the Bible, the concept of dress for believers emphasizes modesty, simplicity, humility, and respect for God, rather than solely physical appearance. In the current church context, these principles remain appropriate as guidelines for congregations in demonstrating their faith through appropriate and responsible dress. The church plays a crucial role in providing a balanced understanding of dress ethics so that biblical values ​​remain in place without neglecting cultural developments and social conditions. Thus, the way believers dress can be a means of shaping Christian character and bearing witness to their faith in society

Abstract

One of the important social skills that children must have to face various demands of social life in school and community environments is assertive behavior. Assertive students are able to express their ideas, feelings, and opinions firmly without violating the rights of others. The purpose of this study is to describe how group counseling services are used to help 11th-grade students at SMKS Taman Siswa Medan become more assertive. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology and collects data through group counseling transcripts, service implementation reports, and documentation studies of the Service Implementation Plan (RPL). According to the research findings, group counseling services go through four stages: development, transition, core activities, and termination. Students actively participate in conversations, share their experiences, and voice their thoughts on assertive behavior throughout the service process. Students demonstrate a deeper understanding of the concept of assertiveness, courage in expressing their ideas, and the ability to politely refuse unwanted offers after participating in the service. The research conclusion indicates that group counseling services are a useful strategy to help students improve their social skills, particularly in terms of becoming more assertive.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the internalization process of the amanah (trustworthiness) value within the professional ethics of Guidance and Counseling (GC) teachers at MAN Salatiga and its contribution to the formation of professional character. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, passive participatory observation, and documentation involving six research subjects selected through purposive sampling: two GC teachers as primary informants, the principal and vice principal as supporting informants, and two students as triangulation informants. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation, while data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings reveal that the internalization of the amanah value among GC teachers at MAN Salatiga has taken place simultaneously across three levels: cognitive, affective, and behavioral. At the cognitive level, GC teachers understand amanah as a fundamental ethical principle of the profession. At the affective level, it is experienced as an integral part of professional identity. At the behavioral level, it is manifested through concrete practices such as the use of client coding systems, maintaining confidentiality, and professional coordination without disclosing student identities. From the students’ perspective, GC teachers who embody amanah are perceived as figures who create a safe zone, enabling students to openly share their personal issues. The internalization process primarily occurs through authentic moral modeling and personal interaction within the Islamic institutional context of the madrasah. This study affirms that amanah is not merely a formal ethical obligation but constitutes the core of professional character for GC teachers, with direct implications for service quality and student character development. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses internalisasi nilai amanah dalam etika profesi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di MAN Salatiga serta kontribusinya terhadap pembentukan karakter profesional. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif pasif, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling, melibatkan dua guru BK sebagai informan utama, kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah sebagai informan pendukung, serta dua peserta didik sebagai informan triangulasi. Keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik, sedangkan analisis dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi nilai amanah pada guru BK di MAN Salatiga telah berlangsung pada tiga level secara bersamaan, yaitu kognitif, afektif, dan behavioral. Pada level kognitif, guru BK memahami amanah sebagai prinsip etik profesi yang fundamental. Pada level afektif, amanah dihayati sebagai bagian dari identitas profesional. Pada level behavioral, amanah diwujudkan melalui praktik nyata seperti penggunaan sistem kode konseli, penjagaan kerahasiaan, dan koordinasi profesional tanpa membuka identitas siswa. Dari perspektif siswa, guru BK yang amanah dipersepsi sebagai figur yang menciptakan safe zone sehingga siswa merasa aman untuk membuka diri. Proses internalisasi berlangsung terutama melalui keteladanan moral yang otentik dan interaksi personal, dengan kuatnya dimensi keislaman sebagai penguat motivasi internal dalam konteks madrasah. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa nilai amanah bukan sekadar kewajiban etik formal, melainkan inti karakter profesional guru BK yang berdampak langsung pada kualitas layanan dan pembentukan karakter siswa.
