Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Effective leadership, high motivation, and good job satisfaction are considered key factors in shaping employee commitment to the organization. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey of office employees and PKS PT. Serba Huta Jaya as many as 63 people as a population as well as a research sample. Data was collected using questionnaires that measured leadership levels, motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical methods and multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship between these variables. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction with organizational commitment both partially and simultaneously. This suggests that effective leaders, a motivating work environment, and high levels of job satisfaction can increase employee commitment to the organization. These findings have practical implications for human resource management in the development of strategies to increase organizational commitment. Managers and leaders need to pay attention to the importance of building effective leadership, creating a motivating work environment, and paying attention to employee job satisfaction as an effort to increase organizational commitment. Thus, the study contributes to the understanding of the factors influencing organizational commitment and provides a basis for the development of relevant management interventions in the workplace.

Abstract

This research discusses the Role Of Al-Quran Teachers In Overcoming Children's Difficulties In Reading The Al-Quran (Iqro Method) At Tadika Nurulhidayah Budi Patani South Thailand, with the main problem: What is the role of Al-Quran teachers in overcoming children's difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an at Tadika Nurulhidayah school Budi Yaring South Thailand 2023/2024 academic year. Through the principal, Al-Quran teacher, and students of the Tadika Nurulhidayah Budi South Yaring school, Thailand. Used as a data source to obtain a portrait of the teacher's role in overcoming difficulties in reading the Koran. This type of research is field research and the approach used is a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity method uses triangulation of methods and sources. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that: The role of teachers in overcoming children's difficulties in reading the Qur'an at the Tadika Nurulhidayah Budi Yaring Selatan Thailand school for students is considered optimal. With the many efforts that have been made, students' ability to read the Qur'an should be... getting better. Teachers have made many efforts to help their students who are still having difficulty reading the Qur'an, but some of the students have no interest in learning. They know that their reading ability is still lacking, but their desire to learn is which does not exist yet. Until now, the Quran teachers at Tadika Nurulhidayah Budi Yaring Selatan Thailand school are still trying to develop students' interest in learning to read the Quran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Teacher Method In Improving Children's Al-Qur'an Reading Ability At Tadika Nurultawfik Tolang Patani Selatan Thailand and to determine the factors inhibiting children's Al-Qur'an reading ability at Tadika Tolang. The method in this thesis research is descriptive Qualitative research that uses interview, observation and documentation guidelines. The subjects of this study were guardians, school principals and students. The results of the study showed that the teacher's method in improving children's Al-Qur'an reading ability at Tadika Nurultawfik Tolang through the reading method, namely the teacher approaches the child by guiding the child individually, motivating and providing guidance so that they study diligently and seriously. The teacher also trains the child's concentration in reading the Al-Qur'an by asking the child to read one by one in front of the teacher, then the teacher trains the child's reading ability by using the form of a word, and approaches the child at each seat. The factors that influence it are a less conducive atmosphere, the family, and the child himself.

Abstract

In educating children, parents must be good according to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW where children are a sense of gratitude and a mandate that must be guarded and raised with affection. As the first educator in the family, parents have a significant influence on their children. In increasing children's motivation to learn religion, children need support and attention from parents in the education process. The question of this research is how Islamic Religious Learning in Elementary School Children is reviewed from the Work of Parents at Tadika Darulmuttakin Yaring Patani Selatan Thailand. The purpose of this study was to determine whether parents had given good attention in improving the character of religious learners to their children. This type of research is qualitative using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interview methods, observation methods and documentation methods. The data sources for this study were the principal, teachers, parents and children's learning. The location of the study was in Cha-oq Yaring Patani Selatan Thailand. The validity of the data was obtained from the triangulation technique which was achieved by comparing the data from the interview and the results of observations. Furthermore, the steps used in analyzing the first data were data reduction, display and finally conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Tadika Darulmuttakin Yaring Patani Selatan Thailand. take how to learn Islamic religion in ways namely; 1) provide education in the language of noble morals to elementary age children through curriculum, methods and activities provided by TADIKA; 2) developing personality and Islamic values which the teacher plays a major role in developing through programs, both core and additional, technical delivery of material, or by way of dress and appearance.

Abstract

Otoritas daerah, yang merupakan bagian dari otoritasan, bertanggung jawab atas daerah otonom. Luasnya kekuasaan daerah, nyata, dan akuntabel. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Daerah telah diberi wewenang untuk mengawasi daerahnya. Otonomi daerah telah menghasilkan amandemen UUD 1945. riset semacam itu, yang berfokus pada hubungan antar variabel, dikategorikan sebagai riset kuantitatif. Seratus pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Medan menjadi sampel yang digunakan. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung untuk variabel akuntabilitas dan nilai t hitung untuk variabel efikasi diri lebih tinggi daripada nilai t tabel, yaitu 5,819 > 1,985. Lebih spesifiknya, 2.047 melebihi 1.985. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel akuntabilitas dan sistem pengendalian internal memiliki pengaruh yang kecil terhadap kinerja organisasi. Selain itu, nilai F hitung sebesar 20,522 lebih besar daripada nilai F tabel sebesar 3,09, yang menunjukkan bahwa riset ini menerima hipotesis H3. Oleh karena itu, dapat dikatakan bahwa tanggung jawab dan sistem pengendalian internal keduanya memengaruhi kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) berbasis game edukasi digital di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Abepura. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan game edukasi digital mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS, terutama dalam aspek perhatian, partisipasi, kerja sama kelompok, dan pemahaman konsep. Guru juga merasakan dampak positif berupa meningkatnya antusiasme siswa dan efektivitas penyampaian materi. Namun, tantangan teknis seperti keterbatasan perangkat dan akses internet masih menjadi hambatan utama. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknologi, khususnya game edukasi digital, dapat menjadi strategi inovatif dalam pembelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar, sekaligus mendukung penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dan penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Keerom, serta mengidentifikasi faktor kompetensi yang paling dominan memengaruhi kinerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi, mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, tiga variabel—pendidikan dan pelatihan, pengalaman kerja, serta pangkat/golongan—berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai (nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Secara parsial, masing-masing variabel juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan: pendidikan dan pelatihan (0,003 < 0,05), pengalaman kerja (0,006 < 0,05), serta pangkat/golongan (0,029 < 0,05). Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai koefisien regresi tertinggi sebesar 1,178. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM), terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan era otonomi khusus. Peningkatan tersebut harus dilakukan melalui pendidikan berjenjang, pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta pemberian dukungan material, moral, dan spiritual kepada pegawai yang ingin meningkatkan kompetensinya. Upaya ini menjadi langkah strategis untuk menciptakan aparatur pemerintahan yang profesional, kompeten, dan siap bersaing di lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan kompleks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didorong oleh fenomena yang diamati di kalangan mahasiswa tingkat akhir dalam menyelesaikan tesis mereka. Saat mengerjakan tesis, mahasiswa diharuskan melakukan penelitian berdasarkan masalah, kasus, atau fenomena yang ada di lingkungan sekitar mereka, yang kemudian diteliti lebih lanjut menggunakan teori-teori yang telah dipelajari dan relevan dengan topik tersebut. Setelah melakukan penelitian berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, mahasiswa menganalisis hasil penelitian mereka berdasarkan fenomena yang sedang diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan hubungan antara fleksibilitas belajar dan manajemen diri di kalangan mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Studi Agama, Universitas Islam Negeri Imam Bonjol, Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasi momen produk Pearson melalui aplikasi SPSS for Windows. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 139 mahasiswa di Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Studi Agama, Universitas Islam Negeri Imam Bonjol, Padang, dengan ukuran sampel 104 mahasiswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling acak sederhana menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Skala Kelincahan Belajar dan Skala Pengelolaan Diri, yang didasarkan pada skala Likert empat poin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan r = 0.810, dikategorikan sebagai korelasi baik, artinya terdapat hubungan positif antara agilitas belajar dan manajemen diri. Di antara mahasiswa, 69 individu (66,35%) memiliki agilitas belajar sedang, dan 68 individu (65,39%) memiliki manajemen diri sedang. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan antara agilitas belajar dan manajemen diri di antara mahasiswa tingkat akhir.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of religious culture development at Darul Ulum Donorojo Jepara Integrated Vocational School. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were the foundation administrators, committee, principal, vice principal, teachers, parents, and students. The results of field research concluded that the management of religious cultural development at includes (1) planning, which is designed in a teacher meeting and implemented based on the principal's policy, (2) organizing, by dividing work into smaller tasks to people according to their abilities, (3) actuating, by the instilling of religious culture is carried out through several religious habits in schools such as greetings when meeting, shaking hands when meeting, or saying hello, reading the Koran in the first hour, congregational Dzuhur prayer, and regulations on wearing sarongs for male students, (4) evaluating, is executed by compiling the SKK (Religious Competency Standards) which contain religious activities that students must carry out. Evaluation of moral values is monitored using a student control book. Supporting factors for implementing school culture management include vision, mission, relationships, curriculum, learning, and leadership. In addition to the customs that constitute culture, several structured organizations support the development of religious culture in schools. Inhibiting factors include time and maintenance management. Jn conclusion the management of religious and cultural development has been implemented well and systematically. Students, teachers, and staff participate in religious and cultural practices at the school.

Abstract

Perawat di ruang gawat darurat (IGD) menghadapi tekanan kerja tinggi yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kesejahteraan mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat stres dan kepuasan kerja perawat IGD. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 72 perawat IGD di tiga rumah sakit tipe B di Indonesia. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner DASS-21 untuk menilai stres dan Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) untuk menilai kepuasan kerja. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, dukungan sosial, pengalaman kerja, dan manajemen konflik secara signifikan memengaruhi stres (p<0,05), sedangkan kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh penghargaan, pengembangan karier, dan kepemimpinan. Kesimpulannya, intervensi berbasis kesejahteraan psikologis yang mencakup dukungan sosial dan pengelolaan beban kerja penting untuk diterapkan guna menjaga kesehatan mental perawat IGD.
