Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kadar flavonoid total dan aktivitas antioksidan dari ekstrak etanol daun cengkeh (Syzygium aromaticum) dan daun salam (Syzygium polyanthum). Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Kadar flavonoid total ditentukan menggunakan metode kolorimetri dengan standar kuersetin, sedangkan uji aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan menggunakan metode DPPH (1,1-difenil-2-pikrilhidrazil) untuk mengukur kemampuan penangkapan radikal bebas yang dinyatakan sebagai nilai IC50. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun cengkeh memiliki kadar flavonoid total sebesar 206,447 mgQE/g dengan nilai IC50 3,026 µg/mL, sedangkan ekstrak etanol daun salam memiliki kadar flavonoid total sebesar 165,658 mgQE/g dengan nilai IC50 3,555 µg/mL. Nilai IC50 yang diperoleh dari kedua sampel menunjukkan kategori aktivitas antioksidan yang sangat kuat. Terdapat korelasi positif antara kadar flavonoid total dengan kemampuan antioksidan ekstrak. Dengan demikian, daun cengkeh menunjukkan potensi yang lebih tinggi sebagai sumber antioksidan alami dibandingkan daun salam.

Abstract

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a widely recognized spice plant known for its diverse applications, particularly in traditional medicine, due to the presence of bioactive compounds in its essential oil. This study aims to examine the chemical composition of essential oil extracted from ginger rhizomes using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). The essential oil was obtained through steam distillation for 4 hours from 500 grams of fresh ginger rhizomes, yielding 1.2% (v/w). GC-MS analysis identified 22 volatile compounds, with the major constituents being zingiberene (25.4%), β-sesquiphellandrene (17.8%), arcurcumene (12.3%), and β-bisabolene (10.7%). These compounds are primarily classified as sesquiterpenes, which are known for their significant biological activities, including anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antioxidant effects. These findings highlight the potential application of ginger essential oil in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, while also providing a scientific foundation for the standardization of natural-based raw materials.

Abstract

Family is an important place for a person’s development, where we learn about love, togetherness, and support. However, the challenges of modern life, such as busy work schedules and technological advancements, can affect family harmony, especially in communication. This study aims to understand how to maintain family integrity amid the rising issues of divorce. The research uses a qualitative method by analyzing various related articles. The results show that factors such as a lack of responsibility, economic problems, and domestic violence can harm family unity. To maintain harmony, it is crucial for families to communicate well, forgive each other, and pray together. These steps can strengthen family relationships, create a safe environment, and provide a healthy atmosphere for children. In conclusion, maintaining family integrity requires joint effort, focusing on good communication, love, and togetherness in prayer to prevent divorce and create a harmonious family.

Abstract

The management of income statements is a crucial aspect in strategic decision-making within hospitals. The study aims to analyze the impact of income statement management on hospital financial performance from a managerial perspective. Using a literature review approach based on 20 national and international journals, the study concludes that a proper understanding and utilization of income statement can enhance operational efficiency, support effective resource allocation and strengthen strategic planning. From a managerial standpoint, the income statement functions as a tool for monitoring and evaluating the performance of work units. Furthermore, it serves as a basis for both short- and long-term financial decision-making. The study also highlights that hospital management teams who actively utilize this report tend to exhibit more stable and sustainable financial performance. Lastly, it emphasizes the importance of strengthening hospital management capacity in effectively managing and utilizing financial information to support the success of healthcare service delivery.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of TikTok as a platform in shaping brand loyalty and influencing the consumer behavior of Generation Z. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and exploratory case study method, the research analyzes communication strategies of three popular brands—Scarlett Whitening, Tokopedia, and Emina—actively utilizing TikTok. Data collection involved digital content observation, in-depth interviews with ten Generation Z informants, and literature review. The findings reveal that authentic, interactive, and community-based content such as hashtag challenges, user-generated content, and live streaming are effective in fostering emotional attachment and long-term brand loyalty. TikTok also serves as a key source of product information and enables the formation of digital communities that strengthen consumer identity. The study affirms that TikTok has evolved from an entertainment app into a strategic communication channel crucial for engaging and retaining the digital-native youth audience.

Abstract

According to (Jakarta Provincial Health Office, 2023) the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in DKI Jakarta province in 2022 was 50.11% and the coverage rate of exclusive breastfeeding in South Jakarta in 2022 was 50.32%, although the coverage is large, there are quite a lot of mothers who have not given exclusive breastfeeding to their children. One of the factors that causes the failure of the implementation of exclusive breastfeeding is because in the first 3 days or in the early period after delivery, breast milk has not come out so that it becomes a reason for mothers and families to give formula milk (Aprilianti, 2019). This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of oxytocin massage, lactation massage and acupressure on breast milk production in postpartum mothers aged 0-3 days at TPMB Yevi Yesevi, AMd. Keb South Jakarta in 2023. The benefits of this study can provide knowledge and insight to the community in performing massage related to breast milk production. This study uses a quantitative research method, with a pre-experimental design and one group pretest and post-test technique. The population in this study were postpartum mothers aged 0-3 days at TPMB Yevi Yesevi, AMd.Keb. This study used a non-probability sampling procedure with a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 30 respondents. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon Test. The results of the study on postpartum maternal breast milk production 0-3 days before the combination of oxytocin massage, lactation massage and acupressure mean 0.61, median 0.35, and standard deviation 0.6502. Postpartum maternal breast milk production 0-3 days after the combination of oxytocin massage, lactation massage and acupressure mean 2.6, median 2.60 and standard deviation 1.3564. The Wilcoxon test analysis obtained a Z value of -4.579 and an asymp sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 smaller than the alpha level of 5% (0.05) so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the combination of oxytocin massage, lactation massage and acupressure on breast milk production in postpartum mothers 0-3 days.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan platform Gamma AI dalam pembuatan presentasi pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan buatan, mencakup efektivitas Gamma dalam mempercepat pembuatan presentasi, peningkatan kualitas visual dan interaktivitas presentasi, serta dampak AI Gamma pada pembelajaran peserta didik.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan platform Gamma berbasis kecerdasan buatan dalam pembuatan presentasi pembelajaran memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap proses belajar mengajar. Gamma mampu mempercepat pembuatan presentasi dengan fitur otomatisasi desain dan penyusunan konten, sehingga guru dapat lebih fokus pada pengembangan materi dan interaksi dengan peserta didik. Selain itu, Gamma meningkatkan kualitas visual dan interaktivitas presentasi melalui template yang menarik dan elemen multimedia, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan peserta didik. Platform ini juga mendukung pembelajaran personalisasi dengan menyesuaikan materi sesuai kebutuhan dan gaya belajar peserta didik, serta memfasilitasi kolaborasi antar pengguna untuk hasil yang lebih optimal

Abstract

TBC merupakan salah satu dari 10 penyebab kematian teratas di dunia dan menjadi penyakit menular paling mematikan menurut WHO (2022). Indonesia mencatat rekor tertinggi penemuan kasus TBC pada tahun 2022, yakni 724.309 kasus, meningkat dibandingkan sebelum pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh edukasi peer group terhadap status gizi pasien TBC. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain quasi experimental dan rancangan non equivalent control group design. Populasi adalah pasien TBC di RSI Sunan Kudus, dengan sampel yang terdiri 13 responden kelompok eksperimen dan 13 responden kelompok control yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dari seluruh populasi pasien TBC yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi pre – posttest. Analisa data menggunakan uji Spearman Rho melalui program SPSS. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-test menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Karena nilai p < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik antara status gizi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi peer group. Dengan kata lain, edukasi peer group memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan status gizi pasien TBC dalam kelompok eksperimen

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji fenomena ketergantungan mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Umum (PTU) terhadap kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), dengan fokus pada Politeknik Digital Boash Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari maraknya penggunaan AI generatif seperti ChatGPT, Copilot, dan Gemini oleh mahasiswa Generasi Z yang terbiasa dengan akses informasi instan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen tugas mahasiswa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, & Saldaña (2014) dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 80% mahasiswa menggunakan AI untuk pencarian informasi keislaman, peringkasan teks, serta penyusunan tugas dan presentasi. AI menawarkan peluang signifikan, seperti memperluas akses pembelajaran keislaman, membantu pemahaman istilah Arab, dan mendukung mahasiswa dengan keterbatasan bahasa asing. Namun, terdapat tantangan berupa rendahnya internalisasi konsep, potensi kesalahan pemahaman, plagiarisme spiritual, dan melemahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis. Dalam konteks ini, peran dosen PAI menjadi strategis sebagai kurator nilai dan fasilitator literasi etika digital, dengan mendorong verifikasi sumber, pembacaan literatur otoritatif, serta diskusi reflektif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa AI bukan pengganti dosen, tetapi dapat menjadi mitra strategis dalam pembelajaran PAI apabila digunakan secara etis, ilmiah, dan sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Rekomendasi penelitian meliputi penyusunan pedoman nasional pemanfaatan AI di pendidikan tinggi, pelatihan literasi AI bagi dosen, dan pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang terintegrasi dengan literasi digital keislaman.

Abstract

This study, which utilized an associative quantitative approach on PT Adaro Energy Tbk's financial reports from 2014-2023, examined the effect of dividend policy (DPR), debt policy (DER), and investment decisions (PER) on company value (Tobin's Q). The findings from multiple linear regression analysis reveal that debt policy (DER) has a significant positive effect on company value, as evidenced by a t-statistic of 3.173 and a significance value of 0.019. Conversely, both dividend policy (DPR) and investment decisions (PER) were found to have no significant effect on company value. The study also concluded that the three variables simultaneously do not significantly influence company value. With an R2 of 0.634, the model suggests that 63.4% of the variation in company value can be attributed to these three factors, while the remaining 36.6% is explained by other variables. The primary recommendation is for the company's management to focus on optimizing their debt structure to enhance company value.
