Abstract

In the history of Islam, there is no prohibition for women to do work outside their homes. women have great roles and responsibilities when they do activities outside the home. This is evidenced by the existence of women who participated in wars, worked as nurses, shepherds, babysitters, and many more. Although in Islam it is said that women are siblings of men and women have equality with men, this does not mean that it is used as a barrier between men and women. This research is included in the type of library research, namely understanding the hadiths that discuss women who are active outside the home, especially the hadith that says that women are aurat. When women are outside the home, they should maintain their socialization, maintain their manners, and maintain the clothes they wear so that there is no fitnah which will have a bad impact on women.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to determine the increase in student learning motivation and also student learning outcomes by applying the Jigsaw cooperative learning model. The subjects of the panel were students of -. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, where one cycle consisted of two meetings. For data collection techniques using questionnaires to measure student learning motivation and test questions to measure student learning outcomes. The results of the study proved that the application of the Jigsaw learning model for 2 cycles has proven effective in increasing the learning motivation of grade 4 students of SDN Karawang Wetan 2. This can be seen from the increase in students' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.

Abstract

The background to this research is that the speaking skills of grade 4 students are still lacking because many students are still embarrassed to answer questions given by the teacher and are also lazy to express opinions during lesson discussions and when called to come forward, they are asked questions and do not want to answer. Apart from that, speaking fluency, accuracy of word choice, sentence structure, logic or reasoning and communicativeness or eye contact are still relatively low. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of speaking skills using the sociodrama method and to determine the factors inhibiting the use of the implementation of speaking skills using the sociodrama method in PAI subjects at SD N 09 Paninggahan. This research uses a qualitative approach. With data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The key informants are class IV students and the supporting informants are PAI teachers and class teachers. Data analysis in this research involves data reduction, data display, and then conclusions. Based on the research results, it was found: (1) The implementation of students' speaking skills using the sociodrama method in PAI subjects at SDN 09 Paninggahan, Solok Regency has been implemented well. This shows that in sociodrama students are fluent in speaking, students are precise in choosing words, students are in sentence structure. sociodrama is categorized as very good, students' logic and reasoning are also very good, and students' communicativeness and eye contact. (2) Factors Inhibiting Students' Speaking Skills Using the Sociodrama Method in PAI Subjects at SD N 09 Paninggahan, Solok Regency include students experiencing concentration problems, fear of making mistakes, shame and lack of self-motivation, but the most dominant is that students feel afraid of doing mistakes due to nervousness.

Abstract

The dynamics of Islamic religion have become a significant focus of attention in the contemporary context, especially in the midst of rapid and complex global change. This article describes the challenges and transformations faced by the Islamic Religion in facing contemporary realities. In an ever-changing world, religions are often faced with various pressures and dynamics that influence the way their followers understand and practice their religious teachings. The challenges faced by the Islamic Religion include issues such as modernization, globalization, pluralism and radicalization. Modernization brings changes in the way individuals understand and practice their religion, while globalization introduces various views and values ​​from various cultures that influence Islamic identity globally. Pluralism raises questions about how Islam interacts with other religions and maintains tolerance between religious believers, while radicalization poses challenges to moderate understanding of religion and peace.

Abstract

This journal talks about character education in the Koran and science. Abstract

This research aims to discuss the application of cognitive learning theory in the learning process in elementary schools. The main focus is on how cognitive approaches can improve students' understanding and skills. The research methods used were literature studies and field observations in several elementary schools. Cognitive learning theory was developed by experts such as Jean Piaget and Jerome Bruner, who emphasized the importance of internal mental processes in understanding information. Piaget described four stages of children's cognitive development, while Bruner emphasized discovery-based learning. The research results show that a cognitive approach to learning can increase learning effectiveness, student motivation, as well as critical and creative thinking abilities. Students taught using cognitive methods show active participation in class activities, increased understanding of the material, and higher academic scores compared to traditional learning methods. Teachers report that this method helps students develop higher-order thinking and problem-solving skills. The practical implications of this research suggest that cognitive learning methods should be widely applied in elementary schools to optimize students' learning potential.

Abstract

Trade is an activity that is inherent in human life and in Islam trade has an important role in advancing the economy and facilitating the exchange of goods and services in accordance with Islamic knowledge, Sharia Law, Globalization and technological developments. Apart from that, changes in regulations are one of the challenges facing Islamic trade in the modern era. However, there are also important opportunities, such as e-commerce, Islamic finance, and halal products, that enable Muslim traders to innovate and compete in global markets. In an era of ever-changing global trade, Muslim traders around the world must continually monitor changes in consumer demand, regulations and technology. Abstract

This article discusses the tradition of sea alms in Cilacap Regency and how this tradition is acculturated with Islamic teachings. Sedekah laut is a traditional ceremony performed by coastal communities as a form of gratitude for sustenance from the sea. This tradition originally contained elements that were considered deviant from Islamic teachings, such as offerings to the sea spirit Kanjeng Ratu Kidul. However, through acculturation, these elements have been adapted to Islamic values, so that they now involve prayers and alms to Allah SWT. The sea alms tradition also plays a role in strengthening the spirit of mutual cooperation and awareness of cultural preservation among coastal communities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study to examine the relationship between customary law and Islamic law in this tradition. The results show that customary law and Islamic law can interact harmoniously without dominating each other, each having a role in preserving local traditions that enrich Indonesia's cultural heritage.

Abstract

We often find organizations that are not running according to their goals or are less effective because they do not have the resources relevant to their needs. Some of these organizations will not survive in the long term in the competitive business landscape. In this case, Human Resource Development (HR) is a fundamental parameter for the success and achievement of the organization's goals to continue to exist. Based on a literature review, the concept of developing an HR organization needs to pay attention to aspects of employee competence, talent and resilience. The competency aspect is the potential for long-term value and a potential source of the company's competitive advantage. The talent aspect is an important point for a company to occupy the position it needs, and with the toughness aspect, employees are able to face competition and overcome difficulties to become opportunities to achieve greater achievements.
