Abstract

One of the teenage problems that in Indonesia is brawls. This phenomenon has been the center of public attention from the past until now, as evidenced by the fact that teenagers are often seen walking in groups while destroying public facilities or attacking other teenagers. This study aims to find out the things that trigger brawls and the solutions contained in the Qur'an. The solutions in dealing with juvenile brawls seen from the perspective of the Qur'an are: first, teenagers must increase brotherhood and affection with each other. Second, if there are disputes and conflicts, teenagers must argue against the contradictory things in a good way, not with violence such as brawls. Third, reconcile and improve relations between warring brothers. Fourth, solving problems by way of deliberation, fifth, being a forgiving person, and calling on each other to do good. If the word sorry cannot solve the problem, then the next solution is to stay away from people who are ignorant/contrary to the truth. This research is a library research with descriptive-analytic aproach, using the maudu'i (thematic) interpretation method.

Abstract

In 2021 the divorce rate jumped to 447,743 cases due to various variants of factors, one of which was unhealthy polygamy. This study discusses the Al-Qurthuby's istinbath method in interpreting the polygamy verse to examine the ways and methods used by Al-Qurthuby to conclude the law of polygamy and interpret polygamy justice. The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with content analysis techniques. This study found that the Al-Qurthuby method in concluding the law on the interpretation of the polygamy verse used the istinbath lafdzy method in intepret amr (order) word. Like other classical Qur’anic intrepetators, Al-Qurthuby focuses on the limitation of marrying more than four wives than desciribes pologamy’s functions and he concludes that polygamy is legal on conditions that are fair.

Abstract

Democracy is often considered as a polemic system and it’s antagonized against Islam because it comes from West, even though in fact many Islamic countries have adopted it as a state system. This research aims to determine the position of democracy in Tafsir Al-Qur’an perspective as the main source of Islamic Law, spesifically Pancasila Democracy which has been implemented in Indonesia. This research is library research with comparative analysis method (al-tafsi>r al-muqa>ran) on the interpretation of Sayyid Qutb, Muhammad Rasyid Ridha, and Muhammad Mahmud Al-Hijazi. From the results of the comparison is known that democracy is different from the concept of shura, but both have similarities in terms of being anti-authoritarian and dictatorial leadership. Democracy can also be adapted in Islamic country on the condition that it must be religious and provide space for the formalization of religious rules and legislation as applicable in the Pancasila democratic system. Therefore, muslim peoples must play an active role in it to keep Indonesia as religious democratic country and become a Baldatun Thayyibatun wa Rabbun Ghafu>r country.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is the best reading of all time which if read will get guidance from Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala when interacting and as for how to interact with the Qur'an is the tadabbur method. This study aims to examine and test the concept of Tadabbur Al-Qur'an presented by KH. Bachtiar Nasir. To answer the social phenomena that are developing at this time. This research is included in the category of literature review with descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research show that what is offered by KH. Bachtiar Nasir can be accepted by all groups. Because the method offered by him is very easy and aflikatif.

Abstract

That the Qur'an is the best and most updated holy book of all time which was given the main mandate to the Prophet Muhammad. through the Angel Gabriel with a very humanistic narration and meaning. The Qur'an as the book of Allah occupies the first and foremost position of all Islamic teachings and functions as a guide or guide for mankind to achieve happiness in life in this world and in the hereafter. The main purpose of the discussion of Nuzulul Qur'an Studies is as a tool to understand the events of the series of ways in which the Qur'an was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, which will be followed and read throughout the ages. The results of the research on the study of Nuzulul Qur'an in the study of the Qur'an is that the process of the revelation of the Qur'an to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, which was revealed on the night of glory by the intermediary of the angel Gabriel, as a guide and guidance for mankind. As for the Prophet Muhammad SAW., it is as a power to increase the faith and strength of the soul and mental of the prophet whose end is the spaciousness of his soul, facilitating understanding and memorization so that the processes in conveying become more organized, showing that this is the best miracle that can be seen. and become evidence of apostolate and prophethood that are sensitive to time and time.

Abstract

Women have an important role in all aspects of family life and public life. The rolr of women is very meaningful in realizing, the ideals of developing religions, national and state life. Therefore, women’s empowerment  is hoped that it will be more focused on correct and quality womenns education, so women are able to carry out their duties both in the domestic sector and the public sector. Advances in science and technology , it is verry possible for a shift in women’s gait from ideal concept to reality. Where women are required to undergo a dual role, namely the public sector and the domestic sector. Of course in this case it is not a problem, as long a women can be wise in dealing whit it. But in reality, sometimes women are more dominated by their demands on public roles than women on a domestic role. These problems encourage the need for an in depth study of how the values of women’s etiquette education are based on the Qur’an, so relefant to the advancement of science and tecknology in this third millennium. This resech is qualitative in the form of a study of nisaiyyah verses the  Qur’an. The values of adab education based on nisaiyyah verses in the Qur’an are expected to be a rabbis who are able to raise the dignity of religion and this nation. Research results A woman based on the Nisaiyah verse has the competence to carry out her mandate as a woman both in the domestic and public spheres.

Abstract

The human psychic dimension is the most important part that forms the human personality. The attitude shown in everyday life is a manifestation of what is contained in each individual. The Qur'an as the best guide of all time, both for Muslims and non-Muslims, certainly discusses all things related to humans, including matters or about human personality. In this study, using qualitative methods, then conducting research by reviewing related literature (liberary research), the researchers tried to explore the human personality from the perspective of the Qur'an, by examining related verses (about humans and their personalities), then juxtaposed with the theories of modern psychologists. In general, this study found that in the Qur'an there are elements of human personality; namely an-nafs, al-aql, and lust. The three of them will later shape the dynamics of the human personality at three levels; namely muthmainnah, lawwamah, and ammarah bi as-sû`. This is in line with the theory of Sigmund Freud, a Psychoanalyst, where in humans there are three personality drive systems; namely the id, ego, and superego. The id is more similar to ammarah, because they both prioritize individual aspects without thinking about any risks, the super ego is similar to muthmainnah, because it is formed from the environment or education. While the ego is similar to lawwamah, because it functions as a mediator or controller between the id and the super ego.

Abstract

Interpretation activities has beginning in the time of the prophet Muhammad Saw, sahabat, and tabiin, even today. However, not many people know the forms and methods of interpretation that existed at the beginning of the development of Islam, both interpretations at the time of the Prophet, sahabat, and tabiin. This study aims to determine the methodology of interpretation in the early days of Islam, by studying and analyzing the steps of interpretation from each time. As the first interpreter, the Prophet Muhammad began his interpretation by referring to the Qur'an. It is not uncommon for the existence of the meaning of one verse to be explained by another verse. If this is not the case then the Prophet Muhammad pbuh will determine based on the sunah. The Prophet's determination with regard to the Qur'an was the result of his understanding of revelation. The method of interpretation carried out by friends begins with exploring the interpretation of the Qur'an itself, then based on the sunah of the Prophet Muhammad Saw, berijtihad to find new understanding, and finally the master of the book. The interpretation activities carried out by friends were then followed by the tabiin generation. The tabiin method of interpretation is almost the same as the method of sahabat interpretation. By knowing the methodology of interpretation it can be understood that the activity of interpretation cannot be carried out by just anyone without following the rules and ethics of interpretation. As a result, the resulting interpretation will be false and misleading.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an interpretation treasury and history in Indonesia was started by the Muslim intellectuals since the 17th century. An interpretation book is created not only to understand and explain the Qur’anic verses that are difficult to be understood. But, on the other side, turns out that mufassir who interpretates the Qur’an also explains the dialectics and reality of what is happening through text narration interpretation, until it could affect the reader’s understanding and create new discourse. This research is a library based research using Teun Van Dijk’s critical discourse analysis method. The result of this research is that “Tafsir Ilmi: Makanan dan Minuman dalam Perspektif Al-Qur’an dan Sains” was written collectively with Republic of Indonesia’s Ministry of Religion’s affiliations with shared mission and goal to succeed the government’s program of halal certification as the basis and main option for consumers to choose a product and as a discourse to obligate businesses to certify their products.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss two different interpretations in the last verse in surah al-Fatihah, to be precise in the pronunciation of Al-Maghdu and Ad-Dhollin. This research uses a qualitative method, by using a literature study approach. The research in this article guides the reader in comparing two different interpretations. Among the discussions are the profiles of the two interpreters and the comparison of their exegesis. The conclusion shows that the meaning of lafadz Al-Maghdu and Ad-Dhollin from Muhammad Asad’s view is to mankind in general and specifically to non-Muslims. In contrast, the interpretation of Al-Qurthubi is to Muslims, where Al-Maghdu were people who were heretical and Ad-Dhollin were people who did not follow the sunnah of the Prophet.
