Abstract

Tofu is a characteristic of Indonesian food, so it is not uncommon if this tofu food is found in Balikpapan City. Tofu is commonly produced in small and medium scale industries that are commonly found in the city of Balikpapan. The technology used in the tofu production process is still very simple, still uses human labor, and the process is less than optimal. The tofu production process begins with the washing, grinding, and pressing processes carried out by humans. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and worker identity on Behavior Based Safety in the SIS tofu making industry. The population in this study is workers in SIKS somber totaling 32 workers from 14 home tofu production sites as for how to collect samples by direct observation and interviews with workers (response variables), namely unsafe behavior in the form of not wearing proper clothes while working (Y), and independent variables (predictors), namely a safe workplace environment (x1), Air Ventilation Conditions (X2) , Layout Conditions (X3), Working Duration (X4) Denoted 1 if > have worked for 3 months and 0 if < 3 months, worker status (X5), use of PPE in the form of boots (x6), educational status (x7) This study uses binary logistic regression analysis ?(x), where the workplace environment and workplace layout have the opportunity to have a significant influence on the unsafe behavior of workers (not wearing proper clothing) production workers know SIKS Somber.

Abstract

The background of this research was – low mathematics calculation operations, addition, and subtraction in mathematics subjects found in the learners at Islamic Primary School Hidayatul Mubtadiin New Kedungwungu. This Classroom Action Research applied the Kemmis & Taggar model, starting from planning, acting, observing, and reflecting to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of the learners. The population consisted of first graders of Islamic Primary School Hidayatul Mubtadiin New who could not do addition and subtraction operations. The population also became the research sample that received mathematics learning with ice cream stick properties for three cycles. The researchers collected the data using Observation, tests, documentation, and interviews to analyze descriptively. The results showed increased learning outcomes for the learners after using the ice cream stick property for learning mathematics within the materials of addition and subtraction. The results showed that the learners could reach the minimum mastery completion on each cycle. In cycle I, six learners, or 30% of learners, passed the minimum completion. In cycle II, the numbers increased to 13 learners, 65%. Then, in cycle III, the numbers improved to 17 learners, 85%. From the results, the researchers suggested schools provide proper property facilities and infrastructure for the teachers. The researchers also recommend that teachers apply the ice cream stick property to mathematics learning. The teachers must also consider the learners' skills.

Abstract

This thesis examines the problems and opportunities faced by the Indonesian textile and textile products (TPT) industry in the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) market through implementing the Indonesia-EFTA scheme. The analysis tool used is Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), which allows the detection of relative comparative advantages in Indonesia's textile exports to the EFTA market. The report highlights various important aspects that affect Indonesia's textile competitiveness in the market, including trade rules, quality requirements, and consumer trends. The results of the RCA analysis provide in-depth insight into the relative position of Indonesian TPT in the EFTA market, as well as the potential for sector development in the context of the Indonesia-EFTA trade agreement. These findings can provide a framework for government policies and business strategies for textile industry players to take advantage of opportunities and address challenges in strengthening their competitiveness in the EFTA market.

This study aims to examine the perception of dormitory residents towards the urgency of using rainwater reservoirs in the Bumi Siliwangi Dormitory, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), as well as to find out the number of clean water needs of dormitory residents, as an effort to overcome the problem of lack of clean water due to water pumps that are often damaged. This research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative and qualitative approach. Primary and secondary data were collected from the Bumi Siliwangi Dormitory Building, with the research subjects in the form of dormitory residents and dormitory managers. The analysis of water needs is carried out based on urban water demand standards. The results of the study show that the dormitory water requirement is 18,352,200 liters/year, while the clean water capacity produced reaches 78,840,000 liters/year. Based on these results, it can be concluded that rainwater harvesting is not needed at this time.
