Abstract

This study aims to analyze the prophetic communication approach applied in Ustaz Handy Bonny’s da’wah content on Instagram, which has attracted significant attention among young Muslim audiences. The research addresses three main questions: why prophetic communication is essential in the context of digital da’wah, how the six qaulan principles (qaulan sadiidan, qaulan balighan, qaulan maysuuran, qaulan layyinan, qaulan kariiman, and qaulan ma’ruufan) are implemented, and what forms and content of da’wah reflect these values. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, the research employed in-depth interviews with Ustaz Handy Bonny, his media team, followers, and experts, along with observation of his Instagram content. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s interactive model (reduction, display, conclusion) and triangulation for credibility. The findings show that Ustaz Handy Bonny’s da’wah reflects prophetic communication by combining clarity, emotional appeal, and ethical language, while addressing contemporary youth issues such as relationships, mental health, and spiritual awareness. However, critiques arise regarding the use of slang language, questions of credibility as a ‘hijrah ustaz’, and challenges in maintaining prophetic standards in a commercialized digital space. This study contributes to the development of Islamic communication by showing that prophetic communication provides an ethical and transformative framework for digital da’wah, balancing between popularity and spiritual depth.

Abstract

Mobile phones have become an important part of Malaysian youth's daily lives, and as easy as it is to get our hands on a mobile, the growing issues that follow raise alarms for cybersecurity. WordPress site. Although there has been a recent influx of online scam and privacy breach reports, little still exists on how ordinary users perceive mobile security, or if their behaviors are consistent with good risk mitigation practices. This study aims to examine the relationships that exist among mobile security confidence, user practices, and incident experiences with the gender of Malaysian youth. Using an eight-sectioned structured survey as an evaluation instrument, key findings are mainly gleaned from users who report medium levels of confidence in their mobile malware knowledge and overall adoption of protective behaviors such as keeping software updated, only using trusted sources to download apps, and using biometrics. A total of 38.1% of respondents, meanwhile, admitted to previous security incidents largely borne out of the presence of outdated systems and a lack of oversight elements in place for vetting third-party applications. in a rapidly digitizing society. Yet without habitual practice and supportive system design, awareness alone may not be enough.

Abstract

This study investigates internal communication as a strategic pillar of hospital governance to enhance transparency, accountability, service quality, and patient safety. Using a PRISMA-guided systematic review, literature published between 2013 and 2023 was retrieved from Scopus, PubMed, ProQuest, and the Garuda Indonesia database. Out of 1,120 initial records, 5 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed thematically. Findings reveal four key themes of best practice: information transparency and open leadership, two-way feedback and employee participation, digital technology utilization, and organizational culture that promotes psychological safety. These practices strengthen staff trust, improve incident reporting, reduce medical errors, and enhance emergency coordination through structured communication. The results demonstrate that internal communication is not merely an information channel but a critical mechanism for quality governance. This study provides theoretical insights and practical recommendations for hospitals particularly in Southeast Asia to integrate open, technology-driven communication as part of effective and sustainable governance policies.

Abstract

The community service project carried out by students from the PKN program at IAI Al-Khairat Pamekasan lasted for 30 days. The objective of this program was to address a common issue faced by both local residents and newcomers—confusion regarding the names and boundaries of hamlets. The boundary signs installed between hamlets and villages have been very helpful in making it easier for the community to identify the names of these hamlets. To achieve the intended goals of the program to install boundary signs between hamlets and villages in Nyalabu Laok Village, the work was carried out through hands-on practice by PKN students, village officials, and the local community. The installation of these signs took approximately two weeks. The result was that the students and local residents were very satisfied with the installation of these village boundary signs because they help residents recognize the names and boundaries of hamlets in Nyalabu Laok Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational behavior through the perspective of internal communication in the digital age, highlighting how communication practices shape values, assumptions, and the adoption of technological innovations within organizations. The approach used is a systematic literature review, including a search for scientific articles in indexed databases (Scopus, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar) using keywords such as internal communication, digital transformation, organizational behavior, diffusion of innovations, and organizational culture. The selected literature is limited to peer-reviewed publications from 2014 to 2025, thus covering the latest developments in digital communication and organizational culture. The conceptual framework of the study integrates three main theories: Organizational Communication Theory (Heath & Bryant, 2000), the Diffusion of Innovations Model (Rogers, 2003), and Organizational Culture Theory (Edgar H. Schein, 2024). Through thematic analysis, the literature was extracted to identify the relationship between the quality of internal information flow (clarity, consistency, digital channels) and organizational behavior variables such as employee engagement, collaboration, loyalty, and innovation adoption rates. The synthetic results show that digitally integrated internal communication accelerates the process of innovation diffusion, strengthens shared cultural values, and increases participation and job satisfaction levels. Conversely, fragmented communication has the potential to cause resistance, conflict, and decreased productivity. This study contributes theoretically by expanding the understanding of the communicative role in organizational digital transformation, as well as practical implications for HR managers and change leaders to design communication strategies that balance information disclosure, message consistency, and cultural support to facilitate adaptive and innovative organizational behavior.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the discussion-based learning method in e-learning for the civic education subject in the eleventh grade of the computer and network engineering program at Bina Insan Bangsa Vocational High School, West Bandung Regency. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The findings indicate that the implementation of the discussion-based learning method through e-learning involves distance learning without direct face-to-face interaction between teachers and students, conducted via the internet using communication technology. E-learning serves as a platform for applying the discussion-based learning method, facilitating interaction both between teachers and students as well as among students themselves. As a result, the use of e-learning has proven effective in supporting the teaching and learning process.
