Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the influence of green products influences purchasing decisions, how the influence of green marketing influences purchasing decisions, the simultaneous influence of green products and green marketing on purchasing decisions, and which of the green products and green marketing has a greater influence on purchasing decisions using a sample of 100 people. Respondents were drawn from the female population of Malang who had purchased items from The Body Shop. Random sampling technique is used for sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in data analysis to test hypotheses and produce green product has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, green marketing has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, green product and green marketing both have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, green product and green marketing both have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, and green marketing has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang menentukan loyalitas kerja Barista di Maxx Coffee Buahbatu Bandung. Menurut Teori faktor-faktor yang menentukan loyalitas sebagai perilaku kerja adalah sikap kerja, dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan konsep kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sebagai sikap kerja.  Teori 2 faktor Herzberg menjelaskan 2 faktor yang dapat menilai kepuasan seseorang dalam menjalankan pekerjaanya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam observasi. Hasil penelitian ini dilihat berdasarkan dari 4 subyek, setiap subyek memiliki sikap kerja yang menentukan loyalitas kerja yang berbeda-beda. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Barista memilih tetap bekerja karena faktor pemelihara seperti rekan kerja yang baik dan peraturan perusahaan yang sesuai, faktor motivator seperti tantangan dalam pekerjaannya dan tanggung jawab saat melakukan pekerjaanya, faktor lainnya adalah munculnya komitmen organisasi Afektif dan Normatif.

Abstract

Cosmetics are never separated from one's efforts to beautify oneself and improve the quality of one's appearance. One of the cosmetic brands currently circulating in the market is Wardah brand cosmetics. This study is intended to (1) describe product quality, price and purchasing decisions (2) analyze the extent to which the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions, both simultaneous and partial analysis (3) analyze the variables that have the greatest influence on purchasing decisions with a sample of a number of 80 respondents through accidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, and also hypothesis testing (F and t test). Based on the results of the analysis simultaneously or partially, the two independent variables, namely product quality and price, have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, price is the most influential variable in Wardah's cosmetic purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research purposes to determine an effect of ROA, ROE, DER, DAR, and CR to underpricing the company's stock price at Initial Public Offering on the IDX. The analysis uses multiple regression with the dependent variable underpricing stock prices at the time of the IPO, while the independent variables are ROA, ROE, DER, DAR and CR. The population in this study were companies that haved underpricing during the 2015-2019 period, while the sample used was 30 companies with the largest underpricing difference. The results showed that the variables ROA, ROE and CR had a significant effect on underpricing, while the variables DER and DAR had no effect on underpricing stock prices at the time of the IPO. This means that to invest more investors consider the return and company liquidity. Debt owned by the company is not a consideration for investors to invest.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate how shoppe paylater and shoppe loan features affected purchasing intent. To determine which of the two independent research factors had the greatest influence on purchasing interest. This study's population consists of Merdeka University Malang students. To acquire primary data, a simple random sample procedure was applied. There were 80 students who responded. The primary data was also analyzed using the structural equation model-SmartPLS. According to these findings, the Shopee Paylater and Shopee Loans features have a significant impact on purchase intention both partially and simultaneously. Interestingly, shopee loans have a dominant effect on purchasing decisions. However, the research findings still require external validity by conducting other studies with different populations to generalize the findings more broadly.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of work culture, commitment, and communication on employee performance at the Malang City Government Environmental Service. The researcher used a questionnaire with a total of 30 respondents who worked in the Malang City Government's Environmental Service. The analysis tool uses multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, the performance of employees of the Malang City Government Environment Service is influenced by work culture, commitment, and communication. Aspects of work culture have the greatest influence on employee performance in the area of the Malang City Government Living Area Service.Keywords: Commitment, Communication, Employee Performance, Work Culture

Abstract

Advances in existing information technology make companies required to be able to further develop human resources in the company. To support the improvement of employee performance, having a leadership style is very important for a leader. as a result of this, it is necessary to create comfort in the work environment. This research is intended to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment and work stress on employee performance. The sample in this study was 40 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out online using a google form where there was a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents. Data analysis uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination tests, hypothesis tests, t tests, and f tests. The results of the analysis show that leadership style, work environment, and work stress have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The dynamics of the development of e-commerce in Indonesia is supported by the rapid development of information technology in the form of the internet. The existence of e-commerce makes it easier for shopping activities that are not limited by place and time. e-commerce requires a place called a website which then the website can be measured using Webqual 4.0. Not only relying on web quality alone, the role of brand ambassadors is also needed in attracting consumers and influencing their purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the direct influence of website quality on purchasing decisions, the role of brand ambassadors on website quality on purchasing decisions, and the direct influence of brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions on Shopee customers in Malang City. This type of research is a quantitative research, with an unknown population of Malang City, while the sample in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used accidental random sampling. Data collection is done online using a google form containing a questionnaire, which is then distributed through private chats and group chats. Analysis of the data used is the Structure Equation Model (SEM) using Smart PLS 3. The results show that website quality has a direct effect on purchasing decisions, website quality affects brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions, and brand ambassadors directly affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the significant impact of job training and employee development on employee performance through work ability. The population in this study amounted to 60 employees who worked at PT Honda Dealer Sumber Purnama Sakti Batu. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. The results showed that there was a direct and indirect effect of job training and employee development variables on employee performance through job satisfaction. Of the two independent variables, employee development has the most dominant effect on employee performance through work ability.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of brand ambassadors and sales promotion on purchase intention and the mediating role of sales promotion in the relationship between brand ambassadors and purchase intention. The research was conducted through a closed survey and Partial Least Square modeling on a sample of consumers who had used cosmetic “somethinc”. The results of the study show that brand ambassadors do not influence consumers’ purchase intention, on the contrary, sales promotion influences purchase intention positively. Another finding is that sales promotion mediates the relationship between brand ambassadors and purchase intention. Therefore, this paper highlights the importance of paying attention to sales promotions that are used to increase purchasing intention which ends in purchasing decisions. Although the findings of this study are limited to brand ambassadors and sales promotion, this opens the way for further research on this topic, especially regarding the various perceptions of sales promotion carried out and appropriate sales promotion techniques, both among academics and marketing practitioners.
