Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan memperjelas pentingnya penguatan literasi sosial dalam membentuk kesadaran kritis mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Sosiologi Universitas Negeri Makassar. Melalui pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang literasi sosial, penelitian ini bertujuan mendorong mahasiswa agar mampu mengaitkan teori sosiologi dengan realitas sosial, menilai fenomena masyarakat secara objektif, serta meningkatkan kemampuan analitis mereka terhadap isu-isu kontemporer seperti intoleransi, ketimpangan, dan misinformasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan menggambarkan secara mendalam persepsi mahasiswa mengenai urgensi literasi sosial dalam membentuk kesadaran kritis. Pendekatan fenomenologis diterapkan untuk memahami pengalaman subjektif mahasiswa dalam memaknai literasi sosial dan perannya dalam pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis, yang tidak dapat diukur secara numerik tetapi dipahami melalui eksplorasi makna dari pengalaman belajar, interaksi sosial, dan pemahaman terhadap fenomena sosial di lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Sosiologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum, Universitas Negeri Makassar, yang menyediakan konteks akademik yang relevan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara teori sosiologi, dinamika sosial, dan literasi sosial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai persepsi mahasiswa terhadap literasi sosial sebagai fondasi penting dalam membentuk kesadaran kritis mereka sebagai generasi muda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Sosiologi Universitas Negeri Makassar memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai pentingnya literasi sosial sebagai kemampuan untuk membaca, menafsirkan, dan mengevaluasi fenomena sosial secara kritis, termasuk kesadaran terhadap keberagaman, bias, dan ketidakadilan sosial. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan antara pemahaman konseptual dan praktik literasi sosial, karena penerapan dalam kehidupan akademik maupun sehari-hari belum konsisten. Faktor-faktor seperti keterbatasan model pembelajaran yang aplikatif, minimnya motivasi pribadi, dan kurangnya pengalaman sosial langsung menjadi penghambat internalisasi literasi sosial. Oleh karena itu, penguatan literasi sosial perlu diwujudkan melalui pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman, analisis kasus nyata, diskusi kritis, serta keterlibatan dalam kegiatan sosial, sehingga mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan kemampuan analitis sekaligus membentuk komitmen moral sebagai agen perubahan sosial.

Abstract

The implementation of green business principles has increasingly become a strategic necessity for companies in Indonesia, particularly in response to rising regulatory pressures, global market demands, and the urgent need to safeguard environmental sustainability. Various environmental law instruments—such as the Environmental Protection and Management Act (PPLH), derivative regulations related to Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL), the PROPER performance rating program, and emission standards—provide a legal framework that indirectly drives the transformation of business practices toward greener models. This paper offers an in-depth discussion of the relationship between environmental regulation and the implementation of green business through a review of international and national literature. The discussion covers the dynamics of environmental law enforcement, challenges faced by industries in implementation, the role of green innovation, and Indonesia’s position in regional and global contexts. The findings indicate that the successful implementation of green business relies not only on strict regulations but also on organizational capabilities, technological support, market mechanisms, and government incentives. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions on how environmental law can steer structural corporate changes toward sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of work ethic and work discipline in building employee performance at the Regional Office II of the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency in South Tangerang. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach involving all 83 employees as respondents using a saturated sampling (census) technique. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25, applying correlation analysis, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, as well as t-test and F-test. The results indicate that work ethic makes a significant contribution to employee performance, as reflected by a t-value of 12.747 with a significance level of 0.000, while work discipline also shows a significant contribution with a t-value of 14.768 and a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, work ethic and work discipline play a significant role in building employee performance, as evidenced by an F-value of 218.102 exceeding the F-table value of 3.11. The multiple correlation coefficient of 0.865 indicates a strong association, with the regression equation Y = 3.483 + 0.299X₁ + 0.600X₂. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination of 0.729 suggests that 72.9% of the variance in employee performance is explained by work ethic and work discipline, while the remaining 27.1% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the meaning of the role of leadership style and work discipline in shaping employee performance at PT Galaksi Medika Perkasa, South Bekasi. The research employed an associative approach involving 60 employees as the research sample, all of whom were surveyed through a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression to examine the relationships among variables in a comprehensive manner. The findings indicate that leadership style plays a strategic role in enhancing employee performance, particularly through leaders’ ability to provide clear direction, demonstrate role modeling, and offer support to employees in carrying out their tasks. Effective leadership is shown to foster motivation, a sense of responsibility, and work commitment, thereby encouraging employees to achieve more optimal performance. In addition, work discipline is interpreted as a fundamental factor supporting performance, as adherence to rules, punctuality, and consistency at work create order and efficiency in task execution. Simultaneously, the results of the multiple regression analysis confirm that leadership style and work discipline complement each other in shaping employee performance, where strong leadership yields a greater impact when supported by high levels of work discipline. These findings suggest that improving employee performance depends not only on individual capabilities but also on the quality of leadership and the consistent enforcement of work discipline within the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan antikorupsi dalam pembentukan karakter siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di salah satu SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Bondowoso, Jawa Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara interaktif menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan antikorupsi diimplementasikan melalui dua jalur utama, yaitu pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) serta kegiatan non-formal sekolah, khususnya upacara bendera. Pembelajaran PPKn berperan dalam menanamkan nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan integritas melalui pendekatan kontekstual dan reflektif, sementara kegiatan non-formal memperkuat internalisasi nilai melalui pembiasaan dan keteladanan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara pembelajaran formal dan budaya sekolah merupakan faktor kunci dalam membangun karakter antikorupsi siswa secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work conflict on employee turnover intention at PT Pratama Abadi Industri in Tangerang. Using a quantitative associative approach, the study involved 75 employees in the assembling department. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature review, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both workload and work conflict positively affect turnover intention, meaning that high work pressure and interpersonal conflicts increase employees’ intention to leave the organization. Simultaneously, these factors have a stronger impact, highlighting the importance of managing workload effectively and resolving conflicts to create a healthy and supportive work environment. The findings emphasize the need for companies to maintain employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention to ensure organizational sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mental health condition of students in terms of the role of emotional regulation and social support. This study used a quantitative approach with a sampling technique in the form of accidental sampling and involved 290 students in grades 7 and 8 at a MTsN 'Z' in Blitar Regency as participants. The results showed that 32% or a total of 91 students had a low level of mental health. The results of this study also found that emotional regulation was able to predict mental health by 13.3% (estimate = 0.637, p 0.001), social support was able to predict mental health by 25.4% (estimate = 0.756, p 0.001) and social support was able to be a partial mediator in the role of emotional regulation on mental health (estimate = 0.268, p 0.001). Furthermore, the significance value obtained for the indirect effect was less than 0.001 (p 0.05) which means significant, with a mediation percentage of 42.1%. The direct effect also obtained a significance value of 0.001, indicating significant, with a mediation percentage of 57.9%. The conclusion of this study is that social support can partially mediate the role of emotional regulation on the mental health of students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of kitab kuning and literacy in shaping students’ reasoning skills through an educational evaluation of a salaf-modern Islamic boarding school. The research employed a qualitative approach with an evaluative design and was conducted at a salaf-modern pesantren. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis, and were analyzed using descriptive-analytical techniques involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by triangulation to ensure data credibility. The findings indicate that kitab kuning learning functions as an epistemic foundation for developing students’ reasoning skills by fostering systematic, analytical, and argumentative thinking. The integration of academic literacy, both oral and written, strengthens students’ abilities to articulate ideas, engage in scholarly discussions, and solve contextual religious problems. Furthermore, pesantren education demonstrates tangible social benefits through the formation of character, independence, leadership, and social contributions of students and alumni within the community. This study concludes that the salaf-modern pesantren represents a holistic and adaptive model of Islamic education oriented toward public benefit while remaining firmly rooted in the classical scholarly tradition of kitab kuning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for strengthening employee performance through leadership and job satisfaction at PT Epson. The study used an associative quantitative approach with a survey method of 60 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, supplemented by correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, partial t-tests, and simultaneous F-tests. The results of the study indicate that leadership and job satisfaction play a significant role in strengthening employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, with a relatively strong explanatory contribution of the variables. Simultaneously, leadership and job satisfaction provide the largest contribution to employee performance, which emphasizes the importance of integrating effective leadership and sustainable job satisfaction management. The conclusion of this study confirms that strategies for strengthening employee performance at PT Epson need to be directed at improving leadership quality and creating job satisfaction to support the achievement of optimal organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Herona Express South Tangerang. The research employs a quantitative associative method, utilizing a sample of 94 respondents selected through the Slovin formula from a total population of 123 employees. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis facilitated by SPSS version 26 software. The results indicate that, partially, leadership plays a vital role in directing work effectiveness, where appropriate leadership styles are proven to significantly enhance individual performance. Similarly, job satisfaction was found to have a strong positive relationship with performance; employees who feel satisfied with their environment and compensation tend to provide more optimal contributions. Simultaneously, leadership and job satisfaction act as primary determinants that together dictate the quality of employee performance within the company. These findings suggest that a substantial portion of employee performance variation is driven by the quality of leadership and the level of job satisfaction, while the remaining factors are influenced by external variables not examined in this research. This underscores that to achieve maximum productivity, the management of PT Herona Express must prioritize developing leadership capacity and fulfilling factors that drive employee satisfaction.
