Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan signifikansi pasar modal syariah di Indonesia, yang didorong oleh kesadaran akan investasi sesuai prinsip syariah Islam. Fokus utama adalah pada produk akad salam, yang populer dalam transaksi jual beli berbasis syariah. Meskipun mengalami pertumbuhan positif, pasar modal syariah juga dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti edukasi yang lebih luas dan kebutuhan akan transparansi. Artikel ini juga menguraikan prinsip dasar akad salam, syarat-syaratnya, serta pentingnya analisis akad saham dalam memastikan kepatuhan pasar modal syariah terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

Collaborative skills are very important competencies for students in the 21st century, which play a role in equipping them to work together in teams, communicate effectively, and face the challenges of social life and the world of work. Cooperative learning using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model is one approach that can improve students' collaborative skills. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing the TGT model in improving collaborative skills in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) in class X B MAN Sidenreng Rappang. The approach used is qualitative with a case study type of research, involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the TGT model can improve students' collaborative skills, including communication, cooperation, and empathy. This model creates an interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere, encouraging students to be more active in discussing, sharing ideas, and working together in groups. In addition, the implementation of TGT also strengthens social values, such as respecting differences, which are very important in building positive character in students. These findings suggest that the TGT model is effective in creating an inclusive learning environment and can be implemented to improve the quality of classroom learning, as well as prepare students for future social and academic challenges.

Abstract

A person's character is greatly influenced by their religious education. However, teaching morals and religious values ​​is becoming increasingly difficult in the digital age. This article discusses how religious education can change over time to remain relevant and useful in developing the moral character of the next generation. This study emphasizes the value of creative teaching methods, the use of digital technology as a learning tool, and collaboration between communities, schools, and families in shaping students' character through a literature review and qualitative data analysis. A person's character is greatly influenced by their religious education. However, teaching morals and religious values ​​is becoming increasingly difficult in the digital age. The adaptability of religious teaching is examined in this article.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the understanding of students in class XI C at MA YMPI RAPPANG regarding fiqh material related to hudud law. The topic of hudud in fiqh is considered complex and controversial, requiring a deep understanding of the concepts and their application in Islamic law. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including written tests, interviews, and direct observation of teaching and learning activities. The research subjects are the students of class XI C. The results show that the students' understanding of the hudud material is still limited, with most students finding the topic difficult to comprehend due to a lack of understanding about its contextual application in modern society, as well as insufficient explanation from the teacher. Factors affecting students' understanding include teaching methods, limited learning resources, and a lack of in-depth discussion on hudud law. This study recommends that the teaching of hudud material be supplemented with a more contextual and practical approach, and that more dialogues and discussions be conducted to improve students' understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peneerapan nilai-nilai Kitab Ta’lim Muta’llim dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) untuk menumbuhkan sikap Moderasi Beragama peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research, dengan menganalisis berbagai artikel jurnal, buku, dan publikasi ilmiah terkait penerapan nilai-nilai Kitab Ta’lim Muta’allim dalam konteks pembelajaran PAI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kitab Ta’lim Muta’allim, karya Syekh Al-Zarnuji merupakan salah satu sumber ajar penting dalam pendidikan Islam. Penerapan Kitab Ta’lim Muta’allim dapat membantu peserta didik dalam menghadapi tentangan ektremisme agama. Dengan memahami konsep moderasi dalam Islam, peserta didik dapat membentengi diri dari radikalisme dan menmbuhkan sikap saling menghormati dan memahami dalam praktik agama. Namun, penerapan nilai-nilai Kitab Ta’lim Muta’allim dalam proses pembelajaran PAI juga membutuhkan dukungan dan kerja sama antara pengajar, lembaga pendidikan, dan orang tua. Diperlukan pelatihan yang memadai bagi pengajar untuk menerapkan pendekatan yang sesuai dan untuk menggali potensi nilai-nilai Moderasi dalam Kitab Ta’lim Muta’allim. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Kitab Ta’lim Muta’allim dalam proses pembelajaran PAI dapat menjadi salah satu strategi dalam menumbuhkan Sikap Moderasi peserta didik. Harapannya semoga penelitian ini menjadi referensi bagi pengajar dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran PAI yang berorientasi pada pembentukan sikap Moderasi Beragama.

Abstract

This research aims to stimulate children's self-awareness through the educational game snakes and ladders in group B of Anugrah Kindergarten, Parepare City, where the results of the researchers in initial observations saw that there were several children who were not able to show self-confidence and understand the rules of the game. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The assessment instrument uses Child Development Achievement Level Standards (STPPA). ). The results of the research show that even when researchers have not implemented educational game tools, there are still many children who have not yet developed. However, after researchers implemented educational game tools, there was progress, although not yet significant. From the results of the researchers' activities, it can be concluded that the development of self-awareness through the game of snakes and ladders where each indicator with its assessment increases.

Abstract

This research aiims to improve the fine motor skils of young children in group A of Fadilah Kindergarten, Parepare City. Results of initial observations: Researchers saw that several children were unable to control hand movements using small muscles. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptiv aproach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument used Child Development Achievement Level Standards (STTPA). The results of the research show that some children are not yet able to coordinate their fine muscle hand movements. After researchers applied collage media, children who could not initially coordinate their eyes and hands experienced an increase in their ability to coordinate hand movements involving their small muscles. From the results of this activity, the researchers concluded that there was an increase in children's fine motor development through collage games, where all sub-indicators of the assessment increased.

Abstract

Sustainable Islamic education requires the integration of local wisdom values to preserve cultural identity in the face of global challenges. Pangadereng, as the value system of the Bugis community, contains teachings that are relevant to support the development of Islamic education. Furthermore, the values of local wisdom as contained in Pangadereng can provide solutions to the global challenges faced by modern Islamic education. The challenges of globalization often bring rapid changes that can erode cultural identity and local values. Therefore, sustainable Islamic education must be able to balance openness to global developments and the preservation of local identity. By integrating the principles of Pangadereng, Islamic education can create students who are not only intellectually intelligent but also possess a strong moral foundation to endure and adapt to the changes of the times, without losing their identity as individuals rooted in local Islamic culture and traditions. This research aims to examine the contribution of Pangadereng in building sustainable Islamic education. This research employs a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The data is analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques to identify the contributions of Pangadereng to Islamic education. The research findings indicate that the integration of Pangadereng values into Islamic education not only strengthens students' character but also enhances the relevance of education to local culture, while promoting principles of justice, social responsibility, and spirituality that align with Islamic teachings. The values of ade’ and rapang play an important role in shaping the ethics and behavior of students, while sara’ serves as the main foundation in forming morality and spirituality. Thus, the local wisdom of Pangadereng makes a significant contribution to building sustainable Islamic education.

Abstract

This Research examines about the principal’s strategic management in improving teacher competence at SMA Negeri 2 Pinrang. The principal’s strategic management plays a role in decision making that is fundamental. The research method usedin this research is qualitative with the type of field study research. Techniques data collection in this study are observation, interview , and documentation. The results showed that the strategy developed by SMA Negeri 2 Pinrang aims to involve all teachers in the planning process, ensuring they have good skills to overcome the learning media problems. The role of the principal in improving competence of teachers at school is very important to be carried out through various platforms such as Merdeka mengajar platform. After the implementation is carried out, the evaluation is needed to be able to determine the success to what extent the need for teacher competency development. The principal also provides services to teacher to always improve the competencies prossessed by each teacher and provide digital space as a forum fot teachers to exchange ideas with each other. Provide digital space a forum for teachers to exchange ideas and knowledge to improve their competence. And knowledge to improve their competence.

Abstract

In the ever-growing digital era, online fraud is a serious threat, especially the "Passobis" phenomenon in Sidrap Regency, South Sulawesi. This research aims to uncover the modus operandi of this fraud, analyze its impact, and develop effective prevention strategies. By using library research methods (library research), data was collected from various sources, such as journals, books, research reports, and credible media. The research results show that "Passobis" uses various modes, including fake prize draws, illegal online loans, and fraud based on social media, which often targets victims inside and outside the Sidrap area. The main driving factors for this phenomenon include economic pressure, low levels of digital literacy, and weak legal supervision. This study also identified that most of the perpetrators came from the Gen Z age group, with increasingly sophisticated modus operandi thanks to technological developments. The uniqueness of this research lies in its interdisciplinary approach which integrates analysis of Islamic criminal law and Indonesian criminal law. This research offers recommendations in the form of increasing digital literacy, public education, and strengthening cross-institutional cooperation to prevent and deal with online fraud. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of building collective awareness in society to protect themselves from the threat of cyber crime, as well as the need for legal policies that are more adaptive to the dynamics of digital crime in the modern era.
