Abstract

Determining the learning technique for picking the subject matter is the purpose of this essay. This paper employs a descriptive qualitative research methodology. This study use the literature review methodology for data collecting. The paper concludes with a discussion on learning planning, emphasizing the selection of learning resources categorized into four types: facts, concepts, principles, and procedures. The criteria for selecting topic matter for development in the learning system comprise seven elements: (1) criteria for learning objectives; (2) elaborated subject matter; (3) relevance to student needs; (4) alignment with societal conditions; (5) inclusion of ethical aspects in the subject matter; (6) systematic and logical organization of lesson material; (7) sourcing of lesson material from standard textbooks, expert educators, and the community. A teacher must prepare four elements while designing a subject: subject materials, competency or learning objectives, learning strategies or procedures, and learning evaluation. The criteria for selecting educational resources encompass relevance, consistency, and adequacy. This indicates that learning must be pertinent to attaining competency criteria and fundamental competencies.

Abstract

This research examines the urgency of using drone technology in Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) to increase the efficiency of land mapping. Currently, the land registration process in Indonesia still faces various obstacles, especially regarding accuracy and efficiency in land mapping. Drone technology is considered capable of providing innovative solutions by producing accurate spatial data and speeding up the field monitoring process. In this research, a normative juridical method is used to analyze legal provisions regarding land registration in Indonesia and the urgency of using drone technology in complete systematic land registration including potential benefits, as well as challenges faced in its implementation. The research results show that the use of drones in PTSL can not only speed up the land certification process, but also strengthen legal certainty for land owners through more accurate data. It was announced that the use of this technology can support the government's accelerated land certification program more efficiently and effectively, as well as contribute to sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a science board-based monopoly game in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects for 5th grade elementary school students. This monopoly game is designed as an innovative learning media that can increase learning interest, active involvement in students, increase learning motivation, active participation, and student understanding of IPS material. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and with the 4D development model, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate which involves the stages of needs analysis, product design, expert validation, product trials, and evaluation. The results of the study showed that: 1) Based on the results of the average feasibility of the expert material validator assessment, media experts and teacher responses showed that the media for developing a monopoly game based on the IPS science board that had been developed with an average percentage value of 94.625% so that it was included in the category of feasible to use. 2) Based on the average results of the practicality of a media, students gave a very positive response to the media for developing monopoly games based on the social studies subject science board that was developed, showing the overall percentage results obtained from the distribution of student response questionnaires for class V SDN 101751 Klambir V, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency with an average value of 90% with a very practical category. 3) Based on the results of the average effectiveness of the Pretest and Post-test through a Likert scale, it shows that the media for developing monopoly games based on the social studies subject science board that has been developed is included in the Effective category, with an average percentage value of 90.68%. \ n So it can be concluded that the media for developing monopoly games based on the social studies subject science board for class V students at SDN 101751 Klambir Lima Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra is very effective so that it is suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memiliki konsep dan tujuan khas yang berfokus pada pembentukan individu yang seimbang antara aspek spiritual dan intelektual. Pendidikan ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana transfer ilmu, tetapi juga sebagai proses pembentukan karakter sesuai nilai-nilai Islam. Tiga konsep utama dalam pendidikan Islam adalah tarbiyah, ta’lim, dan ta’dib. Tarbiyah menekankan pembinaan kepribadian yang utuh, mencakup aspek mental, moral, dan spiritual. Ta’lim berfokus pada pengajaran ilmu secara sistematis, sementara ta’dib menitikberatkan pada pembentukan akhlak dan adab. Integrasi ketiganya menghasilkan sistem pendidikan yang menyeimbangkan prestasi akademik dan kualitas moral. Meskipun tantangan modernisasi dan globalisasi sering muncul, pendidikan Islam tetap berpotensi membentuk generasi berkarakter kuat, kompetitif, dan siap menghadapi tantangan zaman dengan nilai-nilai Islami.

Abstract

The main problem of this research is how is the management of services for Hajj pilgrims (Study at the Ministry of Religion of Mandailing Natal Regency)? The main problem is then broken down into several sub-problems or research questions, namely: 1) How is the management of services for Hajj pilgrims at the Mandailing Natal Regency Ministry of Religion office? 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the service of Hajj pilgrims at the Mandailing Natal Regency Ministry of Religion Office? This type of research is qualitative research with the research approach used being: Management and psychology. The data sources obtained in this research are the Head of the Hajj Organizing Section, Hajj Organizing Section Staff, and Hajj pilgrims. Furthermore, the data collection methods required in this research, the author uses interviews and documentation methods. Then, data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: observation, comparative analysis, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "Development of Student Worksheets to Improve Continuous Continuous Writing Skills for Class II SDIT SYIFAURRAHMAH" which is based on the fact that student learning outcomes in Indonesian Language subjects can be obtained through continuous relationships, starting from learning to listen, then speaking, followed by learning to read, and finally writing. The research objectives are the validity, practicality and effectiveness of knowing LKPD in improving cursive writing skills in class II students. Can evaluate the practicality of LKPD in supporting the improvement of cursive writing skills. There is an assessment of the effectiveness of LKPD in developing cursive writing skills in class II students at SDIT SYIFAURRAHMAH. The research methodology uses the Research and Development (R&D) model method which uses the ADDIE model which aims to develop research products. Analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The research population was Class II students at SDIT SYIFAURRAHMAH with a total of 30 students. The sampling technique was based on criteria set by the researcher. Data collection techniques using interviews, digital visual recordings carried out verbally and face to face by researchers. The research results reveal that based on the validation of the LKPD, it shows that the LKPD has a validity of 90%, feasibility of 95%, and design validity of 92%, all of which are in the high category. The practicality of the LKPD was assessed as very simple by teachers (90.2%) and students (89.2%). Effectiveness is considered quite effective with an NGain of 71.2%. The combination of validity, practicality and effectiveness factors shows that this worksheet is suitable for use as a teaching tool to develop cursive writing skills.

Abstract

Kasus penelantaran anak sebagai tindak pidana memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam proses peradilan, termasuk dalam pemenuhan unsur-unsur pembuktian. Untuk memperdalam pemahaman mengenai penanganan kasus ini, sosialisasi diadakan bagi mahasiswa hukum Universitas Pelita Harapan pada 10 September 2024. Sebelum sosialisasi, dilakukan analisis hukum normatif berbasis studi pustaka dengan bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier, serta pendekatan perundang-undangan yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Partisipasi dari 40 mahasiswa yang membahas tanggung jawab orang tua dan analisis alat bukti kasus penelantaran anak ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai penerapan hukum perlindungan anak dan pentingnya pembuktian dalam penanganan kasus tersebut.

Abstract

Dalam putusan perceraian, aspek penting seperti pembagian harta bersama, hak asuh anak, dan nafkah perlu diperhatikan. Sosialisasi terkait kasus perceraian sangat penting untuk memastikan keputusan pengadilan sesuai dengan bukti hukum yang ada. Sosialisasi ini ditujukan untuk mahasiswa hukum di Universitas Pelita Harapan agar mereka dapat menganalisis kasus perceraian secara mendalam. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam satu hari dengan persiapan selama satu bulan, menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Sosialisasi ini juga membantu mahasiswa memahami peran suami dan ayah dalam memenuhi tanggung jawab keluarga, serta menganalisis alat bukti dalam kasus perceraian.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, perkembangan pesat teknologi informasi telah memfasilitasi akses dan transaksi keuangan, tetapi pada saat yang sama meningkatkan potensi risiko keamanan, termasuk peretasan rekening bank. Kasus-kasus peretasan rekening yang marak terjadi mengancam hak-hak nasabah, terutama terkait perlindungan data pribadi dan jaminan keamanan terhadap dana yang disimpan di bank. Dengan demikian, kita dapat memperoleh pengetahuan baru tentang pentingnya perlindungan hukum yang kuat untuk meminimalkan peretasan rekening yang terjadi di Indonesia. Selain itu, kita juga dapat memperdalam pemahaman tentang regulasi yang mengaturnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur. Data primer adalah data yang bersumber dari peraturan perundang-undangan. Data sekunder adalah data yang bersumber dari data yang telah didokumentasikan dalam bentuk bahan hukum. Semua data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui teknik interpretasi yang dikaitkan dengan kasus yang sedang dikaji, dalam penelitian ini kasus yang dikaji adalah peretasan rekening nasabah bank dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles in corporate law as an effort to optimize accountability and transparency within companies. GCG serves as a framework that ensures corporate management acts ethically and responsibly, while also complying with applicable laws and regulations. By applying GCG principles, companies can enhance stakeholder and investor trust, which in turn contributes to improved performance and corporate value. This research employs a normative legal approach and qualitative analysis of relevant secondary data sources. The analysis reveals that implementing GCG is not only essential to meet regulatory demands but also to build a transparent and accountable corporate culture, thereby reducing the risk of power abuse and enhancing the company’s reputation in the public eye.
