Abstract

Chili (capsicum annum l.) is a crop that has high economic value and is widely cultivated in Indonesia. To ensure a stable and adequate supply of red chili, an efficient and well-organized supply chain management is needed, starting from farmers as the main producers to the final consumers. The purpose of the desk study is to determine the factors that affect the supply chain and the efficiency of the red chili supply chain improvement strategy. The method used uses the literature study method, namely by looking for data or information from various journals. From the results of the literature review, that the marketing of red chili commodities requires supply chain efficiency to improve performance and profits. One way to measure efficiency is through marketing margins, farmer's share, price, production, and marketing costs. This can be achieved by minimizing costs and maximizing added value in all supply chain activities

Abstract

Welfare teachers have an important role in determining their performance in the educational environment, especially in improving the effectiveness of teaching and student management. This research aims to analyze the relationship between teacher welfare, which includes economic, social and psychological welfare, and the performance of high school teachers in Makassar City. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational descriptive design. Data was collected through a survey with a closed questionnaire from 150 teachers randomly selected from 10 high schools in Makassar City. The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between teacher well-being and their performance, especially in the dimension of psychological well-being which has the greatest influence on performance. The correlation between economic and social well-being and performance is also significant, although there is no relationship between well-being and psychological well-being. These findings indicate the importance of paying more attention to teachers' rewards, social support, and psychological conditions, in addition to financial aspects, to improve the quality of their performance in the educational environment. This research recommends the need for a comprehensive policy to improve teacher welfare to support optimal performance in schools.

Abstract

This research chose the topic of digital literacy because in today’s increasingly sophisticated era, everyone knows what digital is, especially students. This research method uses a method, namely literature review. This research also aims to train a person’s ability to apply this digital technology. The main strategy that can be carried out in optimizing digital is to provide information that can be accessed, especially for students, so that they better understand the functions of this technology. Digital literacy does not only include aspects of ability but also includes the development of their critical thinking in searching for various information. This research can be concluded that digital literacy is the responsibility of society, because this is useful for protecting all aspects of the privacy of their own personal data. The importance of digital literacy as a system requirement aims to be able to provide information technology in the future era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembuktian pidana terhadap importir jasa titip yang beroperasi secara ilegal tanpa izin di Indonesia. Praktik jastip semakin marak dengan kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan perilaku konsumen yang beralih ke perdagangan online. Namun, banyak pelaku usaha jastip yang menjalankan kegiatan impor tanpa izin resmi, seperti Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan Angka Pengenal Importir (API), yang melanggar peraturan perundang-undangan, khususnya dalam bidang kepabeanan dan perdagangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan mengandalkan data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Pendekatan kualitatif diterapkan untuk menganalisis kasus pembuktian pidana terhadap importir jasa titip ilegal, termasuk penerapan peraturan yang berlaku, seperti Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 36 Tahun 2023 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2006 tentang Kepabeanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembuktian pidana terhadap pelaku jasa titip ilegal masih menghadapi kendala dalam hal pengawasan dan penegakan hukum, sehingga diperlukan kebijakan yang lebih efektif untuk menanggulangi praktik tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Performance Appraisal (X1) and HR Loyalty (X2) on Position Promotion (Y) at PT BPR Hitamajaya Argamandiri. Data analysis was carried out using partial test and coefficient of determination test. The partial test results show that the Performance Appraisal variable (X1) has a T value of 3.102, which is greater than the T table of 1.69092 with a significance level of 0.004. with a significance level of 0.004. This also indicates that HR Loyalty (X2) has a significant effect on Position Promotion (Y), so the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R²) test results show that the R² value is 0.384, which means that about 38.4% of the variability in Position Promotion (Y) can be explained by Performance Appraisal (X1) and HR Loyalty (X2), while the remaining 61.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with the research subjects being employees of PT BPR Hitamajaya Argamandiri. And the final results of this study concluded that both Performance Appraisal and HR Loyalty have a significant influence on Position Promotion at PT BPR Hitamajaya Argamandiri.

Abstract

The development of technology today is very rapid. This has made the legal protection of digital bank customer data crucial. With this, banks as institutions that store sensitive customer data are required to ensure that personal information is not only safe, but also not misused. The research method used in this research is normative juridical which focuses on analyzing legal norms and legislation related to the protection of bank customer privacy data in the era of digital development. Based on the results of the research, the legal basis as a form of protection of bank customer data privacy in the era of digital development includes Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking, Telecommunications Law Number 36 of 1999, Telecommunications Law Number 36 of 1999, and Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019. The case of data leakage in the banking sector in Indonesia is still a serious concern by various parties. In terms of ensuring human rights in the banking sector, it is necessary to strengthen the synergy of various parties to prevent individuals from carrying out criminal acts, namely cyber crime. The controller must also take part in ensuring that the precautionary principle is always carried out in the process of controlling and processing data.

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of the existence of Muslim/Muslimah-exclusive boarding houses in Merjosari Village, Malang City. The research aims to explore and understand the underlying reasons for the presence of the "Accepting Muslim/Muslimah Tenants" label in several boarding houses within the area. Utilizing a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods, the results reveal that this phenomenon is not intended to discriminate against non-Muslim individuals, but rather serves as an effort by boarding house owners to maintain a religious and social environment aligned with prevailing norms. Furthermore, the study identifies previous traumatic experiences among some boarding house owners when renting to non-Muslim tenants, such as behavior that contradicts the local values and norms. This research is expected to contribute to the formulation of policies by the government, educational institutions, and the community regarding more inclusive accommodation options, as well as to promote a better understanding and realization of tolerance within the social environment.

Abstract

Mayoritas masyarakat Jatisari RW 07 memiliki berbagai macam profesi. Beberapa diantaranya bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta, pedagang, pegawai negeri sipil (PNS), serta ibu rumah tangga. Untuk meningkatkan pola hidup sehat di RW 7, karang taruna mengadakan gerak jalan sekaligus memperingati hari kemerdekaan Indonesia ke-79. Metode yang digunakan praktik secara langsung untuk mencontohkan dan meningkatkan kesadaran serta partisipasi masyarakat terkait pola hidup sehat. Hasil dari kegiatan tersebut adalah mendapat respon positif, yang dapat dilihat dari antusias masyarakat untuk mengikuti gerak jalan dengan memanfaatkan momentum hari kemerdekaan Indonesia ke-79.

Abstract

Menurut Bontrager (2018), prosedur pemeriksaan clavicula menggunakan proyeksi AP dan AP Axial dengan penyudutan 15°-30°chepalad. Menurut Frank (2016), teknik pemeriksaan radiografi pada clavicula secara umum menggunakan proyeksi AP, AP Axial, PA, PA Axial. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka penulis tertarik untuk melakukan review studi literatur tentang prosedur pemeriksaan clavicula dengan kasus fraktur. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui prosedur pemeriksaan clavicula dengan kasus fraktur.Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, waktu pengambilan data bulan Juli 2023. subyek dari penelitian ini adalah satu dokter pengirim, satu dokter spesialis radiologi, dua radiografer, dan satu pasien. Obyek dari penelitian adalah teknik radiografi clavicula dekstra dengan indikasi fraktur clavicula. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Setelah semua terkumpul kemudian penulis mengkaji dengan literatur yang ada.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik pemeriksaan radiografi clavicula dengan kasus fraktur di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD Kota Salatiga dilakukan dengan posisi AP supine, kaset yang digunakan berukuran 24 cm x 30 cm, arah sinar vertikal tegak lurus, titik bidiknya pada pertengahan clavicula, FFD 100 cm, eksposi dilakukan saat pasien tidak bergerak.

Abstract

The attitude of selfishness or what we usually know as individualism is one of the main factors in the erosion of Pancasila values. The attitude of individualism is always present in the social environment. One of the main factors in the emergence of individualism in society is globalization. The increasingly rapid development of technology means that people can do everything without interacting directly. Apart from that, the attitude of individualism is also caused by the influx of western culture without being filtered first. This causes changes in thought patterns, lifestyle and daily living behavior. Individualism has a very negative impact if no one minimizes this attitude. People who are individualistic tend not to be able to work together in groups and lose a sense of solidarity with each other. Therefore, as individuals who are part of society, we have a responsibility to carefully filter and select information in the current context of globalization, for the sake of preserving the fundamental values ​​of Pancasila
