Abstract

This abstract discusses the impact of the development of science and technology (DST) on students as the nation’s next generation. The main challenge is to integrate science and technology with Pancasila values ​​as a moral foundation. This research analyzes challenges such as individualism, dependence on technology, and the decline in the value of mutual cooperation and nationalism. The proposed solutions include the integration of Pancasila in academic activities, development of a digital ethics curriculum, and increasing social awareness through student organizations. It is hoped that the results of this study can help students face changes in science and technology wisely, in accordance with the nation’s vision based on Pancasila.

Abstract

Gambling is an act that is prohibited by religion, because it will cause losses that have a negative impact on human life, both in terms of the economy and social life. The consequences of gambling affect the development and intelligence of the mind, and will even lead to criminal acts related to the economy such as theft and even murder. The consequences of gambling lead to complex and problematic problems with significant social, economic and legal impacts. Although various efforts have been made to eradicate it, technological developments continue to present new challenges. The future of online gambling can be seen through several scenarios that require serious attention and strategic steps. Meanwhile, dependence on gambling can lead to serious addiction, which has a negative impact on the social, economic and mental health of individuals and their families.

Abstract

Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) has an important role in the world of education as one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia. Since its founding in 1926, NU has been committed to developing education based on moderate Islamic teachings and integrating religious knowledge with popular knowledge. The purpose of this article is to analyze NU's efforts in the field of education, especially through Islamic boarding schools, madrasah, and other educational institutions. By analyzing NU's history and contributions, it is hoped that we can better understand its role in creating a generation that is intelligent, moral, and competitive in the global world.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has led to very significant changes in various fields, including in the world of office administration. The application of digitalization in office administration has a major impact on work effectiveness and productivity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the application of digitalization in office administration, identify the challenges faced and solutions, and find the benefits arising from its application. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The results showed that the implementation of digitalization at PT Saka Farma Laboratories Depok Branch has increased the effectiveness of work and productivity of the company even though there are several challenges such as network disruptions, technical problems in applications, and the need for training in adapting new technology for senior employees, but from these challenges the solutions provided can be in the form of special training, implementing a data backup system, strengthening internal networks, and increasing coordination between the center and branches. The benefits of digitalization have provided convenience and a positive work spirit to continue to develop following the changing times that are increasingly complex.

Abstract

The increasingly massive use of social media requires special attention to the ethics carried out by its users. The second principle of Pancasila, "Just and Civilized Humanity," emphasizes the importance of respecting human values, justice and morality in social interactions, including in the digital world. In the context of social media, ethical use in accordance with the second principle includes mutual respect, maintaining good manners, and not spreading hate speech, hoaxes, or content that harms other people. Users are expected to be able to show empathy, care about the welfare of others, and uphold fairness in interactions. This research aims to analyze the importance of applying ethics based on the second principle of Pancasila in maintaining harmony and morality in the digital space, as well as the positive impact of its application on the quality of social communication.

Abstract

Therefore, this is the role of Generation Z to help enforce human rights. For those who are still unfamiliar with the term Gen-Z, Gen-Z is a generational shift from Generation Y, which at that time technology was developing, then now it has shifted to Generation Z or can also be called i-generation, where this generation is up to date on issues that are developing and spread on the internet or social media. This is where the importance of the role of Gen-Z in helping to enforce human rights lies, this can be done by creating a forum or community of human rights enforcers in which ideas can be exchanged and critical thinking can be practiced, observing the surroundings for cases of bullying and helping and protecting victims so that they are willing to speak up about the cases that befell them without being burdened. besides that because Gen-Z is a very tech-savvy generation, we can take advantage of this technology very well, such as making short, interesting and interactive videos so that the content of the video discussing human rights enforcement is easier to accept and understand, creating threads about the importance of knowing human rights, characteristics of human rights violations, types of human rights violations and so on which in the presentation of this thread can be linked to current issues so that they are interesting for the public to read, counseling or seminars/webinars about human rights can also be options to echo human rights enforcement.Let's not ignore this bullying problem. Because if it is not followed up from now on, the problem will get bigger and harder to control. We must immediately protect the victims, guide them, and provide support for them. Because often the victims do not dare to speak up, and only keep it to themselves, it is not uncommon for it to take a life.

Abstract

Women and men should be treated equally regardless of their gender, according to the idea of gender equality. Politics is the act of making decisions collectively in government to accomplish shared objectives.The primary tool for attaining gender equality in politics is women, and this essay examines their vital role in that arena. The patriarchal culture that views itself as the more suitable leader than women presents a number of challenges for women in the political sphere, despite the fact that gender equality is still a developing and deeply ingrained aspect of society. It is then unfair to place women in a competitive position due to the existence of traditional ideas, which can be considered to be highly relevant. Social interactions frequently view women as inferior human beings. The patriarchal culture that views men as holding a higher status than women is to blame for this. This study highlights the different obstacles that women have when trying to participate in politics. This study employs the library research approach, in which the gathered, examined, and comprehended materials are provided in an explanation.

Abstract

With increasingly tight market competition, illegal imported goods that should have been destroyed because they failed security checks are hoarded by business actors to seek more profit rather than following the laws and regulations that have been set, thus becoming an unlawful act. There are also illegal imported goods that do not even receive checks, but rather go through a smuggling process across state borders. Because of the smuggling process, these foreign goods cannot be traced by the state, so they do not have official distribution permits in trade, and therefore risk causing financial losses to the state because they do not pay any taxes at all. This incident occurs because the public has minimal legal knowledge and does not even care at all about the main reason for seeking maximum profit. Incidents like this often occur due to minimal supervision from the authorities, as well as a lack of evidence to ensure that the business actor can be said to have committed an unlawful act; the legal process is halted.

Abstract

The philosophy of Pancasila plays a crucial role in education in Indonesia as a foundation for building national character. Pancasila serves not only as the state ideology but also as a moral guide that can shape the behavior and attitudes of the younger generation. In the context of education, the application of Pancasila's values is expected to create individuals with integrity, responsibility, and a love for their homeland. Pancasila-oriented education encourages students to think critically, appreciate differences, and contribute positively to society. Through strengthening character education based on Pancasila, it is hoped that a generation capable of facing global challenges will emerge without losing their national identity. However, challenges in the implementation of Pancasila in education still exist, such as the lack of a deep understanding of Pancasila's values among educators and students. Therefore, systematic efforts are needed in designing the curriculum and developing effective teaching methods to instill Pancasila's values. Thus, the philosophy of Pancasila can become a strong foundation for education in Indonesia, ultimately producing a character-driven, tolerant nation ready to face the dynamics of modern development.

Abstract

. Ideology is an idea, concept, or view of life held by a country. Pancasila as the ideology of the Indonesian state means that Pancasila is a teaching, idea, theory or knowledge that is believed to be true and is used as a way of life for the Indonesian people and is a guide in solving the problems faced by Indonesian society. . As stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Currently, we have entered an era where everything is digital. Digital is electronic technology that is capable of storing, generating and processing various data contained in two states, namely positive and negative. With this digital era, everyone can communicate more closely even though they are hindered by great geographical distances. The role of Pancasila is very important in this digital era to maintain the character of Indonesian society and the state. Implementation of the Pancasila ideology in this digital era can be done by utilizing social media as an intermediary to preserve the noble values ​​contained in Pancasila.
