Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, reputasi perusahaan dan teknologi biometrik terhadap kepercayaan nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Medan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 97 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria nasabah berusia minimal 17 tahun, sudah menjadi nasabah BSI minimal 3 bulan dan nasabah yang memiliki aplikasi BSI. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas layanan, reputasi perusahaan dan teknologi biometrik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan nasabah. Secara parsial, kualitas layanan, reputasi perusahaan dan teknologi biometrik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Medan. Dan berdasarkan koefisien determinasi variabel independen mampu memengaruhi variabel dependen sebesar 68,5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, serta komitmen guru di SMKN Kasiman Bojonegoro. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik total sampling, sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 guru ASN. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEM-PLS melalui software SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen guru berada dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, dan baik kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, maupun kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen guru. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen guru di SMKN Kasiman Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen guru melalui kepuasan kerja di SMAN 1 Dander - Bojonegoro. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 60 guru, yang juga menjadi sampel menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui smartPLS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen guru di SMAN 1 Dander berada dalam kondisi baik. Ada pengaruh signifikan dari kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, serta pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen guru. Namun, tidak ada pengaruh signifikan langsung dari kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen guru. Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen guru. Secara keseluruhan, variabel-variabel tersebut menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dalam menciptakan komitmen guru.

Abstract

Pancasila sebagai ideologi dasar negara Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kesatuan dan keragaman di tengah masyarakat yang multikultural.Artikel ini membahas bagaimana Pancasila berfungsi sebagai landasan nilai-nilai yang mendukung persatuan bangsa dan toleransi antar kelompok etnis dan budaya.Dalam konteks multikulturalisme, Pancasila tidak hanya menjadi alat pemersatu tetapi juga sebagai pedoman dalam menyelesaikan konflik dan menciptakan harmoni sosial.Dengan menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip Pancasila dalam berbagai kebijakan sosial dan pendidikan, serta studi kasus dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan strategi dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan prinsip-prinsip multikulturalisme.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat berbagai tantangan dalam penerapannya, Pancasila tetap efektif dalam memfasilitasi dialog antar budaya dan memperkuat identitas nasional yang inklusif.

Abstract

Basically, the role of human resources who have good competence has a significant role in achieving a goal that has been designed by initiating the basic things in supporting the achievement of a goal that has been designed. Human resources refers to a method in a systematic approach to designing, directing, organizing and controlling every aspect related to workforce or what is commonly known as human resources in an agency. With the current conditions of the modern era, information technology systems have become an inseparable unit in aspects of human life. Technology has the potential prospect of changing the paradigm of data and correspondence administration from previously being general in nature to being more efficient, structured, fast or responsive to the company's performance needs.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the lack of student learning outcomes on the results of preliminary observations, it seems that the learning process in class IV SDN 050756 Alur Dua on Jalan Besitang Alur Dua Pasar, Alur Dua Village, Sei Lepan District, Langkat Regency on social studies learning has not been maximally implemented in learning through conventional learning models. Students lack motivation to learn as they should, therefore the learning process in the classroom is less than ideal so that it affects the learning outcomes of students. This research approach used by researchers is a quantitative approach and the type of research using quasi experiment (Pseudo Experiment). This data collection method uses, tests and documentation. The purpose of the study was to determine the results of whether there are differences in students who get the quantum teaching model and who do not get treatment. The results showed that there was a significant effect of using the Quantum Teaching model, this can be seen from the average value of the post test of each class. The social studies learning outcomes in the experimental class at the beginning of giving the pretest only get an average of 35.02 and the control class gets an average of 42.76. However, after getting treatment and being given a posttest the experimental class got an average result of 71.67 and the control class 58.19. From the research conducted, it was found that there was a significant influence on the social studies learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 050756 Alur Dua. This can be seen based on the t test. The t test obtained t count t table is 2.801 2.048 then, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Researchers who want to research with similar cases in the future, researchers recommend using subjects and others so that they can be used as comparative studies in improving the quality and quality of education.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the implementation of syllable wheel media to improve beginner reading among students at Elementary School (SD). How to implement the implementation of the syllable wheel media to improve the reading of beginner students. This research aims to find out how the syllable wheel is implemented to improve students' beginner reading and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the use of syllable wheel media. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative field research. The subjects of this research were teachers and students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Andalusia. There are 3 data collection techniques used in this research, namely, interviews, observation and documentation. Based on research conducted, the implementation of the syllabic wheel media has an important role for students in improving beginner reading at Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Andalusia.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "The Influence of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Based Learning Media on Students' Interest in Learning in Class IV Science and Science Subjects at SDN 156 Maga Lombang", based on the problem that arises in science and science learning, namely the lack of interest in students' learning due to the method used. used by teachers is still less varied or also called conventional methods. The research used a quantitative approach, namely experimental research. The research population was all 4th grade students at SDN 156 Maga Lombang with a sample size of 34 students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The research results based on data analysis found that calculations using hypothesis testing, namely the t test obtained in SPSS 29, can be seen that the F is 0.149, the df is 32, the t-test result is 10.298 and the significance is 0.001. From the research results of hypothesis testing (t-test), significant results were obtained, 0.001 > 0.05. The t-test calculation result of 10.298 can be seen from the value of t_(count) > t_table, namely 10.298 > 2.036. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between the provision of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) based learning media on interest in studying science and science class IV at SDN 156 Maga Lombang

Abstract

Critical thinking is very important for every individual in facing various problems in everyday life in order to solve their own problems. Data collection methods in this study include observation, questionnaires, and tests, the tests here include the initial test (pre-test) and the final test (post-test). The level of validity of STEM-based LKPD on the material of changes in the form of objects is said to be very valid, according to the results of the assessment of three experts, namely material experts, namely 84% (very valid), media experts, namely 87.5% (very valid), and class teachers at MIN 7 Medan by 86.3% (very valid). The level of practicality of STEM-based LKPD to improve critical thinking skills on the material of changes in the form of objects is categorized as practical, according to the results of small-scale trials with a percentage of 89.2% with a very practical category, and large-scale trials with a percentage of 91.0% with a very practical category. The level of effectiveness of STEM-based LKPD on the material of changes in the form of objects with an N-Gain score scale assessment is categorized as high, namely 0.73 and is categorized as high to improve critical thinking skills in students with a post-test score of 83.6%. From all the results above, it can be concluded that STEM-based LKPD can improve critical thinking skills in elementary schools, and is suitable for use in the school environment.

Abstract

The focus of this research is how to describe the implementation of school culture and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study aims to describe how the implementation of school culture is described and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of school culture in SD Muhammadiyah I Layang Parang Layang Makassar City. This research uses a qualitative approach, therefore in order to obtain a research objective, data collection methods are used, namely interviews, observations and documentation. The data sources in this study are principals, teachers and students at SD Muhammadiyah I Layang Parang (LP) Layang Makassar City. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that the implementation of school culture in SD Muhammadiyah I Layang Parang (LP) Layang Makassar City is identified through values, beliefs and habits. The values applied are the values of honesty, discipline, and social concern. The beliefs in SD Muhammadiyah I Layang Parang (LP) Layang Makassar City are related to Islamic values, namely Tawhid and Akhlak. Then the habits applied are the habit of praying before and after studying, Friday prayers in congregation, cleaning the classroom environment, and weekly infaq. The supporting factors for the implementation of school culture at SD Muhammadiyah I Layang Parang (LP) Layang Makassar City are the participation of teachers, the integration of Islamic values into learning and activities that have been programmed. There are factors that hinder the implementation of school culture at SD Muhammadiyah I Layang Parang Layang Makassar City including inadequate facilities, lack of parental involvement, and lack of support from friends.
