Abstract

Abstrak. A sustainable environment faces various challenges in the modern era, such as global warming, forest destruction, air pollution, and decreasing water quality. To overcome this challenge, a holistic and targeted solution is needed. One of the main solutions is through wise management of natural resources, promotion of renewable energy, and protection of ecosystems. Apart from that, public awareness is also an important key in supporting efforts towards a sustainable environment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the concept and implementation of sustainable environment. With this research method, it is hoped that a clear picture of the challenges and solutions can be obtained in an effort towards a sustainable environment as well as recommendations that can be applied to support environmental sustainability in the future. keywords: sustainable environment, challenges and solutions, earth's ecosystem Abstrak. Lingkungan yang berkelanjutan menghadapi berbagai tantangan di era modern, seperti pemanasan global, kerusakan hutan, polusi udara, dan penurunan kualitas air. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan solusi holistik dan tepat sasaran. Salah satu solusi utamanya adalah melalui pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang bijaksana, promosi energi terbarukan, dan perlindungan ekosistem. Selain itu, kesadaran masyarakat juga menjadi kunci penting dalam mendukung upaya menuju lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep dan implementasi lingkungan berkelanjutan. Dengan metode penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat diperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai tantangan dan solusi dalam upaya menuju lingkungan yang berkelanjutan serta rekomendasi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan di masa mendatang. Abstract

Abstrak. Management of Toxic and Hazardous Waste (B3 Waste) is an important responsibility for corporations in preserving the environment. This article analyzes corporate responsibility in managing hazardous waste using a circular economy principle approach. Circular economy principles emphasize efforts to maintain the value and benefits of resources, minimize waste, and encourage recycling and reuse. In the context of B3 waste management, corporations need to implement several strategies based on circular economy principles. The author conducted this research using qualitative methods by conducting case studies to analyze corporate responsibilities in managing B3 waste based on circular economy principles. By adopting circular economy principles, corporations can proactively manage B3 waste comprehensively, provide environmental benefits, create new business opportunities, and increase corporate competitiveness in the long term. Keywords: Corporate Responsibility, B3 Waste Management, Circular Economy Abstrak. Pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Beracun dan Berbahaya (Limbah B3) merupakan tanggung jawab penting bagi korporasi dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Artikel ini menganalisis tanggung jawab korporasi dalam pengelolaan Limbah B3 dengan pendekatan prinsip circular economy. Prinsip circular economy menekankan pada upaya untuk mempertahankan nilai dan manfaat sumber daya, meminimalkan limbah, serta mendorong daur ulang dan pemanfaatan kembali. Dalam konteks pengelolaan Limbah B3, korporasi perlu menerapkan beberapa strategi berbasis prinsip circular economy, penulis melakukan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan studi kasus untuk menganalisis tanggung jawab korporasi dalam pengelolaan limbah B3 berbasis prinsip circular economy. Dengan mengadopsi prinsip circular economy, korporasi dapat secara proaktif mengelola Limbah B3 secara komprehensif, memberikan manfaat lingkungan, dan menciptakan peluang bisnis baru serta meningkatkan daya saing korporasi dalam jangka panjang. Kata kunci: Tanggung Jawab Korporasi, Pengelolaan Limbah B3, Circular Economy.

Abstract

Abstrak. The article explores cases of environmental pollution caused by PT. Greenfields in Blitar, Central Java, the impact that occurs due to waste pollution from PT Greenfields in Blitar and analyzing the environmental law enforcement mechanisms carried out by the Indonesian government to overcome this problem. This case shows the importance of environmental law in protecting the welfare of society and the environment from the negative impacts of industry. Through case studies, this article tries to identify effective law enforcement strategies, as well as the challenges faced in the environmental law enforcement process in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that fair and effective law enforcement requires cooperation between the government, society and the private sector. This article hopes to provide new insights into how environmental law can be strengthened and implemented to prevent and address environmental pollution problems in the future. Keywords: law enforcement, waste, environmental pollution Abstrak. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi kasus pencemaran lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh PT. Greenfields di Blitar, Jawa Tengah, dampak yang terjadi akibat pencemaran limbah PT Greenfields di Blitar dan menganalisis mekanisme penegakan hukum lingkungan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Kasus ini menunjukkan pentingnya hukum lingkungan dalam melindungi kesejahteraan masyarakat dan lingkungan hidup dari dampak negatif industri. Melalui studi kasus dari literatur yang sudah ada,, artikel ini mencoba untuk mengidentifikasi strategi penegakan hukum yang efektif, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses penegakan hukum lingkungan di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penegakan hukum yang adil dan efektif memerlukan kerjasama antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan sektor swasta. Artikel ini berharap dapat memberikan wawasan baru tentang bagaimana hukum lingkungan dapat diperkuat dan diterapkan untuk mencegah dan menangani masalah pencemaran lingkungan di masa depan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research explores the influence of leadership on employee performance in companies. A quantitative approach was used to analyze data from employee surveys and performance evaluations in several companies. Findings indicate that effective leadership is positively related to employee performance. Leadership that provides clear direction, adequate support, and facilitates employees' professional development tends to create a productive and satisfying work environment. The practical implications of this research highlight the importance of developing competent and employee-oriented leadership in achieving organizational goals. Further studies could explore additional factors that influence the relationship between leadership and employee performance. The results obtained from this research: leadership has no direct effect on employee performance, work ability also has no direct effect on employee performance, but trust has a direct positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, leadership and work ability directly have a positive effect on trust.

Abstract

The rapid digital development has brought great changes in various aspects of life, including education and learning. Digital developments in education provide many challenges and opportunities, such as in digital literacy. As Generation Z grows in the digital era in improving digital literacy, they are able to develop an attitude of online responsibility, digital ethics and critical thinking skills. In the context of Education for Sustainable Development (SDGs) 2030, it is important to understand the challenges and opportunities of digital literacy education that affect Generation Z's ability to understand and use information that comes from various sources in digital form. Digital literacy in the context of education plays a role as developing a person's knowledge and encouraging curiosity and developing creativity to process and understand good information to learn and understand. The purpose of this discussion is to find out the challenges and opportunities for education in the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The type of research method used is literature review through a qualitative approach. Challenges and opportunities in digital literacy can have a positive impact and a negative impact on Generation Z. It can be concluded that, the results of this study are to find out the challenges and opportunities of digital literacy in realizing generation Z towards quality education Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030).

Abstract

Education is a key foundation in a country's development. However, the challenges of accessibility and quality of education are still a global problem. Digital literacy is an effective solution in overcoming these obstacles. Digital literacy enables individuals to access, understand, evaluate and use information critically, creatively and responsibly in the digital world. This is crucial to achieving quality education, which is one of the main goals of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Quality education should be inclusive, equitable and of high quality, while promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all. Digital literacy plays an important role in achieving these goals by providing access to a wider range of information and educational resources, enabling students to learn independently, and encouraging collaboration and communication on a global scale. By utilizing digital technology, education can become more affordable, efficient and environmentally friendly. This is part of the effort to improve access to education for all, including the underprivileged and marginalized. This article will discuss the definition of digital literacy, its benefits for education and the challenges of its implementation. In addition, this article will also provide some recommendations to improve digital literacy in Indonesia. As such, this article highlights the importance of digital literacy in transforming education towards better quality and achieving sustainable development goals. Through collaborative efforts between the government, educational institutions and the community, digital literacy can be the main key in opening up opportunities for equitable and quality education for all, and supporting the realization of the 2030 SDGs.).

Abstract

This abstract presents an analysis of the practices of prohibiting maysir, gharar, and riba in Sharia insurance in Indonesia. The research highlights efforts to implement Sharia principles in the insurance industry, focusing on avoiding practices that contradict Islamic values. Through a qualitative and descriptive approach, this study examines the steps taken to prevent maysir, gharar, and riba in Sharia insurance operations. Findings indicate structured efforts, such as the use of appropriate Sharia contracts and oversight by the Sharia Supervisory Board. The concept of Sharia insurance, emphasizing solidarity and justice, serves as the foundation for upholding Sharia principles in this industry. However, there are still challenges to overcome, such as a shortage of experts and the need for improved claims services for the public. Thus, this research provides insights into the development of Sharia insurance in Indonesia and the necessary steps to ensure compliance with Sharia principles in this industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran MNC Group dalam membentuk opini publik dalam pilpres 2024 dan memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi peran MNC Group. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti ialah metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat studi pustaka (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MNC Group sebagai media memiliki peran yang cukup besar dalam media massa yahg akan berdampak pada masyarakat, terlebih lagi di saat pemilihan presiden. Salah satu perannya sebagai yaitu pemberitaan politik dan media penyelenggara debat capres. Lalu adapun faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi peran MNC Group diantaranya seperti kepemilikan media yang luas, adanya hubungan politik dengan kandidat atau partai politik tertentu, dan adanya kebijakan editorial.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, development heavily relies on the economic sector. SMEs are often depicted as playing a significant role in Indonesia's economy. Achieving good economic outcomes can be realized by maximizing income. One way to boost SMEs' income is through optimal mentoring. With a large number of PT Bank BTPN Syariah customers consisting of productive underprivileged mothers and micro-entrepreneurs, PT Bank BTPN Syariah provides mentoring facilitators to help them achieve their goals. The role of these facilitators is to assist customers in increasing sales, ultimately leading to higher income. To achieve this goal, a contextual approach method is used by providing theoretical material first, tailored to the customers' businesses, in the form of videos and presentations from BTPN Syariah, followed by practical application. The result of this activity is an enhanced understanding among customers about tips, methods, and marketing strategies through social media and marketplace platforms, with the expectation of boosting sales.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on contemporary public relations (PR) practices. As technology advances, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a critical tool in public relations strategies, changing how organizations interact with the public. Artificial Intelligence (AI) enables routine tasks like sentiment analysis, media monitoring, and crisis management to be automatically completed, increasing communication efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, AI provides insights through large-scale data analysis, assisting PR professionals in crafting more intimate and personal campaign messaging. Despite this, implementing AI in PR can also cause problems, such as data security and e-commerce issues. This study highlights the benefits and challenges of using AI in PR, as well as its implications for the future of this profession. Research indicates that strategic AI integration can improve PR practices, but it also requires careful consideration and deliberation to maximize technological potential.
