Abstract

This research aims to obtain data, process, analyze and discuss the Jorong Sawah Kareh Regional PAMSIMAS Program seen from: 1) to find out how many people have received clean water 2) to find out the community's efforts to get clean water as a whole. The population in this research was carried out in Jorong Sawah Kareh. The technique used for this research was qualitative. The final results of this research reveal that: 1) The PAMSIMAS program which was held in Jorong Sawah Kareh Nagari Balimbing, Rangkat District, Tanah Datar Regency so that the local community gets clean water so that it reaches residents' homes which is suitable for consumption, both for cooking, drinking, cooking, and so forth. 2) Nagari Government's efforts to ensure that people get drinking water or clean water that is suitable for consumption in Jorong Sawah Kareh. Therefore, the Nagari Government is giving an appeal to the community to save water so that not a lot of water is wasted and can use the PAMSIMAS water in moderation and not excessively.

Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in managing an organization and is essential in various types of organizational structures. A leader is tasked with planning and managing available resources while influencing and guiding team members to achieve their best performance. Successful leadership depends on the leadership style employed and the satisfaction level of team members. Being an effective leader in the millennial era and beyond is a significant challenge. Over time, many leaders emerge in response to the demands and environmental conditions of their time. In the millennial generation, the success of governance will be achieved when leaders meet the qualifications as credible individuals, possessing skills, intelligence, and a forward-looking vision. However, effective leadership also requires integrity, honesty, and loyalty to the interests of society. Leadership in the millennial era should promote independence and entrepreneurial spirit among millennials. Building a nation requires a strong foundation in the form of independence and entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

Although administration is a unique and sophisticated aspect of social interaction, anyone who is involved in an organization that affects others will exhibit specialized conduct. Without a doubt, each human body have the potential or aptitude to act as a controller, effectively energizing the individual to be able to lead themselves. Although the pioneer is the person with the greatest potential for influence, the term "specialist" usually refers to the degree of affect. Those who are pioneers but are unable to realize their impact lack the integrity of true organizations. Abstract

As one of the leading video sharing platforms, YouTube remains competitive and relevant by launching additional services such as YouTube Premium. The purpose of this research is to determine the income source strategies and forms of strategies carried out by YouTube premium through YouTube music. This type of research is qualitative. This research uses a literature study method by reviewing and analyzing several journals and books related to the strategic field of YouTube premium income sources through YouTube music. The result of this research is that YouTube Premium's revenue strategy through YouTube Music is based on a monthly subscription business model, where users pay a monthly fee to access content without advertising and additional features such as listening to music in the background or downloading content for offline playback. The form of strategy used by YouTube music to attract its customers to subscribe using YouTube premium is by providing a trial within a month. Initially users feel they don't need it and are willing to make purchases related to additional services for products they usually use for free.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to determine the impact of social media on socio-cultural interaction patterns in students at SD Negeri 05 Pemulutan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and observations. The results highlight the significant impact of social media use on the socio-cultural interaction patterns of students at SD Negeri 05 Pemulutan. The findings showed that students who actively used social media tended to have less direct social interaction with their peers at school. They are more inclined to engage in online interactions through text messaging, social networking platforms, or instant messaging apps.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of digital literacy and efforts to improve quality education and inclusive community development for SDGs 2030. The aim of this research is to understand the important role of digital literacy in achieving sustainable development goals in community development and education. The research method used is the literature review method by collecting and combining other sources that are relevant to the research topic to draw a conclusion. The results of this research show efforts to achieve SDGs in the realm of education and community development. Digital literacy is very important in cultivating the intellectual and intelligent character of a nation, thereby enabling individuals to make choices and access accurate information. In increasing digital literacy, the use of technology can be a means to develop technological skills so that individuals become capable and master technology well. By strengthening digital literacy, society can be better prepared to face the future by developing creativity, innovation and adaptability in overcoming various challenges

Abstract

Fahry Aprial Mahmud, STAMBUK : B 101 22 008, This thesis describes the results of research on the Implementation of the Policy of the Minister of Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform concerning Guidelines for Position Analysis and Workload Analysis at the Cultural Office of Central Sulawesi Province. guided by Nuraisyah and Suasa This study aims to determine how the Implementation of the Policy of the Minister of Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform concerning Guidelines for Position Analysis and Workload Analysis at the Cultural Office of Central Sulawesi Province. In this study researchers used the theory of Edward III (2005: 126) which consists of criteria for Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation, and interview methods. The determination and number of informants in this study used purposive sampling techniques, namely the parties who Considered to know in depth various things regarding research problems totaling 5 (five) people. While data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing / verification. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there are several problems that need special attention, namely there are still discrepancies in the placement of civil servants based on the results of position analysis and workload analysis that have been prepared by regional officials, besides that the number of civil servants in the Cultural Office is very small so that the arrangement and planning carried out are not effective and efficient.

Abstract

Digital literacy is important for achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and how to improve health, education and the economy. Digital literacy refers to the ability to use digital technology effectively and efficiently. Digital literacy can help increase access to health, education and economic services as well as increase community participation in decision-making processes in the context of the SDGs. This article shows some of the ways digital literacy can be applied to improve health through increasing access to health information, improve education through the use of digital technology for learning, and improve the economy through digital business development. Overall, this article shows that digital literacy is the key to achieving the 2030 SDGs and improving health, education and the economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital transformation plays a crucial role in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030, particularly in rural communities. This research, conducted through a literature review, explores the positive impacts of digital transformation in rural communities and analyzes the potential challenges in its implementation. The study finds that improving accessibility and connectivity of digital infrastructure, including internet access in rural areas, and developing adequate digital infrastructure are key challenges to realizing Digital Villages. However, opportunities such as empowering rural economies through local e-commerce and innovating public services using digital technology are also significant potentials that can support the development of Digital Villages. Additionally, the research identifies other challenges, such as infrastructure limitations and knowledge and skills gaps among rural communities, that need to be addressed in facing digital transformation in rural areas. By addressing these challenges and leveraging existing opportunities, rural communities can maximize the benefits of digital transformation to achieve sustainable development in the era of SDGs 2030.

Abstract

This disruptive era demands changes in terms of education. One of them is that we must have highly competitive human resources. Therefore, character education is one of the efforts to improve human resources in Indonesia. This is done deliberately in order to shape a person to understand and act in accordance with applicable ethical values. The character in question is a religious attitude. The research method used in this research is literature review(literature review). Good character will encourage good attitudes in our daily behavior. Religious education becomes a means of transformation in various aspects, including the religious aspect (cognitive aspect), the moral value aspect to form attitudes (affective aspect) and the behavioral control aspect (psychomotor aspect). Thus, a complete personality is created. Character education must be integrated into a curriculum so that character education can be the right way to implement it character building for students as the young generation who have high knowledge and are equipped with faith and devotion to God Almighty, have noble character in a disruptive era where technology, innovation and social change significantly disrupt or change the way of life of humans as a whole.
