Abstract

In this study the topic discussed is the importance of the effectiveness of managing waqf proceeds in the form of an insurance policy will. In society, waqf is a very popular form of charity to help people in need. However, there are still many waqf that are not managed properly and do not provide maximum benefits for beneficiaries. Implementation of waqf will insurance policies can help overcome this problem by ensuring that waqf is managed properly and provides maximum benefits for beneficiaries. This study was conducted at KSPPS MAWAR East Java, Karanggeneng District, Lamongan Regency in 2022/2023 to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of yield management and its implementation. The results of this study are that in the Management of Cash Waqf at KSPPS MAWAR, Nazhir decided that with the existence of waqf in the form of an insurance policy will that had been carried out to develop waqf in this implementation in line with the benefits that must be implemented. Nazhir's considerations, with the MUI Fatwa both have the value of enforcing the benefit and benefits for the institution and the heirs that have been determined. So, the concept of maslahah from the MUI Fatwa in the issue of waqf management in the form of an insurance policy will has actually been upheld by Nazhir who manages KSPPS MAWAR.

Abstract

The school operational assistance fund (BOS) program created by the Ministry of Education and Culture in the implementation, management and reporting of funds must be guided by technical instructions for the use of school operational assistance funds (BOS) issued by the ministry of education and culture. This research aims to find out how school operational assistance funds (BOS) are managed. This research uses a qualitative approach with interview data collection techniques, documentation and descriptive methods based on the realization of school operational assistance funds (BOS). The results of the analysis are: 1) the management of school operational assistance funds (BOS) begins with the preparation of the RKAS with the coordination of a morning briefing, 2) the implementation of school operational assistance funds (BOS) is in accordance with the 2023 technical instructions, 3) reporting of school operational assistance funds (BOS ) which are made at the end of each stage, namely in June and December, are reported to the BOS Team by bringing a photocopied hardcover report to the Service Boss Team of each region, 4) Factors that hinder the distribution of school operational assistance funds from the center to schools (budgets are made from January , but the disbursement/decrease is in February), 5) by adding/improving school facilities we can improve student and school achievement..

Abstract

This research examines the evidentiary process in cases of illegal imported health drug sales in Indonesia, focusing on challenges emerging in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, this study analyzes the complexities of evidence gathering, the existing legal framework, and factors facilitating such crimes. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of evidence collection heavily depends on a multidisciplinary approach and digital forensic capabilities. Key challenges include gaps in law enforcement capacity, legal frameworks that have not accommodated technological advancements, and the complexity of cross-border cases. The study recommends forming multidisciplinary teams, enhancing digital forensic capacities, revising legislation, strengthening international cooperation, and implementing innovative technologies such as blockchain. In conclusion, effective handling of illegal imported drug sales requires a holistic approach integrating legal, technological, and public health aspects.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the effects of social media misuse on juvenile delinquency, particularly in the context of cyberbullying, and to identify the factors contributing to this issue within Indonesia's digital landscape. Utilizing a normative legal research methodology, the study employs a statutory approach and a thorough literature review focusing on criminology and legal doctrines related to cyberbullying among minors.The findings indicate that the misuse of social media by children leads to pervasive and difficult-to-manage instances of cyberbullying. This behavior is driven by various motives, including the desire for anonymity, self-gratification, personal challenges, environmental influences, and a lack of awareness regarding the potential consequences of their actions.To effectively prevent and address cyberbullying among minors, enhanced law enforcement measures and comprehensive digital education are essential. This research aims to contribute to the development of policies and intervention strategies that prioritize child protection in the digital era.

Abstract

Children as victims of abuse require comprehensive legal and psychosocial protection. This study discusses the importance of legal assistance for minors within the framework of restorative justice, an approach oriented towards recovery rather than mere punishment. Legal representatives play a role in ensuring that legal processes are fair and child-friendly, while psychosocial support helps restore the emotional and mental condition of child victims. This approach aligns with the principle of the best interests of the child, as outlined in various national and international regulations. The study's findings suggest that the synergy between legal and psychosocial assistance can strengthen child protection and enhance the effectiveness of case resolution through restorative pathways. However, challenges such as the lack of understanding among law enforcement officials and societal resistance remain obstacles to implementation. Therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen integrated support systems and cross-sector education to achieve comprehensive legal protection for children.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of social media on the increase of crimes among teenagers in Indonesia. Crimes emerging alongside the growth of social media include cyberbullying, online fraud, pornography, and radicalization. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study, gathering data through interviews with teenagers, parents, and experts in criminology and digital security. The findings indicate that teenagers who use social media more frequently are more vulnerable to negative behaviors and cybercrimes. The study also reveals that the lack of parental supervision and social media dependency are key factors contributing to the rise in crimes among teenagers. To address these issues, digital education, enhanced parental oversight, and stricter government regulations are necessary.

Abstract

In the age of modern technology, effective inventory management is an essential part of business operations. Many small businesses, especially MSMEs, continue to use manual methods that have a high risk of data errors. The purpose of this research is to create a desktop-based application for inventory management called Stock Track that uses the Python programming language and Object Oriented Programming (OOP) approach. Recording items, monitoring stock, and generating reports that help decision-making are all features that this application has. Research shows that the app helps manage inventory more efficiently and reduces reliance on manual record-keeping. Stock Track is designed to help store owners manage their stock in a more organized and accurate manner with a user-friendly user interface.

Abstract

 Meskipun perkawinan dianggap sakral, namun akhir-akhir ini banyak terjadi perceraian dengan berbagai alasan, salah satunya adalah suami yang mafqud. Dalam KHI, mafqud perkara diatur dalam pasal 116 huruf b yang menyatakan bahwa perceraian dapat terjadi apabila terpenuhinya alasan-alasan yang disebutkan pada ayat 2. Namun dalam putusan pengadilan agama Nomor 401/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Jbg, majelis hakim memutuskan suatu perkara tidak sesuai dengan hukum KHI. Dalam hal ini, penulis memaparkan tentang dasar Hakim Pengadilan dalam Putusan Nomor 401/Pdt.G/PA.Jbg, apakah Batas Waktu 2 Tahun dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam masih relevan saat ini? dan memaparkan pendapat Maqosid Al-Usroh tentang suami mafqud sebagai alasan perceraian dalam Putusan Nomor 401/Pdt.G/PA.Jbg. Fokus kajian ini adalah kajian hukum normatif. Penelitian ini dapat digolongkan sebagai penelitian kepustakaan berdasarkan operasional pengumpulan data yang diteliti. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis data primer dan sekunder. Kajian Maqosid Al-Usroh digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dimensi-dimensi mashlahah yang terkait dengan landasan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sistem, yang memungkinkan ketentuan-ketentuan hukum disertai dengan perkembangan dan berbagai perspektif di dunia. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan dua hasil. Pertama, dasar dalam memutus perkara oleh hakim sesuai dengan proses, menggunakan hukum formil dan materiil, hukum agama, dan keadilan bagi kedua belah pihak. Kedua, analisis Maqosid Al-Usroh yang digunakan dalam pengambilan putusan Nomor 401/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Jbg., menunjukkan bahwa pertimbangan hakim sangat sesuai dengan Maqosid Al-Usroh.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Criminal Law Analysis Related to the Functions and Problems of Class IIA Ambon Penitentiary". Class IIA Ambon Penitentiary plays an important role in the criminal justice system in Indonesia, especially in restoring and reintegrating prisoners' social life. However, this prison faces several problems, namely overcapacity, acts of violence, and human rights violations that interfere with the effectiveness of guidance. This study is directed to analyze the role of Class IIA Ambon Penitentiary in the context of criminal law and identify the obstacles experienced in its implementation. This study uses normative legal research with a qualitative approach. Normative legal research is applied because this study discusses the analysis of legal aspects related to Class IIA Ambon Penitentiary, namely laws and regulations, legal principles, and legal implementation practices. A qualitative approach is used to better understand legal phenomena through interpretation of secondary data, such as literature, journals, books, and laws and regulations. From this analysis, it is recommended that related parties increase supervision and policy reform at Class IIA Ambon Penitentiary to support rehabilitation goals and ensure the protection of prisoners' rights. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a better correctional system in Indonesia.

Abstract

The beauty and makeup industry has undergone a remarkable transformation driven by rapid technological innovations. This study explores the integration of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) within the makeup industry and how these tools influence consumer behavior, brand loyalty, and digital shopping experiences. Employing a qualitative descriptive method through literature review, the research highlights the impact of digital platforms, virtual try-on applications, and personalized product recommendations on consumer decision-making and satisfaction. Findings reveal that technology not only enhances consumer engagement and convenience but also fosters inclusivity and self-expression. However, challenges such as limited technology access, data privacy concerns, and counterfeit products persist. Addressing these issues is crucial to optimizing digital transformation in the beauty sector. This study contributes to the understanding of technological influence in modern consumer practices and offers strategic insights for industry stakeholders to develop more effective and ethical marketing approaches.
