Abstract

This study develops a video tutorial learning media for the material of skirt pattern breakdown making in Phase E at SMK Negeri 1 Wonoasri, based on the Merdeka Curriculum and. The development of this media aims to: 1) describe the feasibility of the video learning media, and 2) describe students’ skills after using the video tutorial learning media for skirt pattern breakdown making. The background of this study is based on the need for more varied and interactive learning media to overcome the limitations of existing instructional media. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model. Data were collected using two methods, namely validation sheets and assessment sheets in the psychomotor domain. The results show that: 1) the feasibility of the video tutorial learning media for skirt pattern breakdown making in Phase E at SMK Negeri 1 Wonoasri achieved an average score of 97.5%, categorized as “very feasible”, and 2) students’ skill outcomes after implementing the video media reached a classical completeness of 94% and were declared complete.

Abstract

Customary marriage law is part of the living law in Indonesian society that regulates social relationships, kinship systems, and family structures. In practice, customary marriages are often considered valid because they have fulfilled customary provisions and gained community recognition. However, problems arise when such marriages are not registered in accordance with Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. This study aims to analyze the conflict between Mamasa customary law and national law, including the practice of underage marriage and its legal consequences, using a normative juridical method through a conceptual approach and a case approach. The results show that Mamasa customary marriages have strong social legitimacy, but are not always followed by official registration, and underage marriage practices are still found. This condition creates a conflict, resulting in legal uncertainty, particularly regarding marital status, the position of children, and the protection of women. Therefore, harmonization between customary law and national law is necessary to ensure legal certainty and protection.

Abstract

The Qur'anic Learning Center Program (TPQ) is a form of non-formal Islamic education that plays an important role in developing Qur'an reading skills from an early age. Implementing TPQ activities before formal learning sessions is considered an effective strategy to build positive habits, improve discipline, and strengthen Qur'anic literacy among young children. This study aims to examine the role of TPQ programs conducted before classroom learning in improving Qur'an reading abilities among early childhood learners through a literature review approach. The method used is a library study by reviewing various books, scientific journals, and academic sources related to Islamic education, early childhood development, and Qur'an reading instruction. The findings indicate that TPQ activities conducted prior to formal learning provide several benefits, including improving recognition of Arabic letters, enhancing the accuracy of pronunciation according to proper articulation points, increasing fluency in Qur'an reading, and developing basic understanding of tajwid rules. Furthermore, the routine practice of reading the Qur'an before learning activities contributes to the development of religious character, improves learning concentration, and fosters a love for the Qur'an among children. A supportive learning environment and teaching methods that align with children's developmental stages are important factors in the success of TPQ programs. Based on the literature review, it can be concluded that TPQ programs conducted before classroom learning play a significant role in improving Qur'an reading skills among early childhood learners while strengthening Islamic values from an early age. Therefore, this program should continue to be developed and sustainably integrated into early childhood education activities.

Abstract

This study analyzes Indonesia’s maritime security policy in the North Natuna Sea in response to China’s assertive actions, particularly its unilateral Nine-Dash Line claim, which contradicts the 1982 UNCLOS. The main research problem addresses how Indonesia formulates and implements its maritime security policy and identifies the factors constraining its effectiveness in safeguarding national sovereignty. The study employs a realist framework with a national security perspective and utilizes the security dilemma theory to explain the action-reaction dynamics between Indonesia and China. The unit of analysis is the state, focusing on Indonesia as the primary actor within the international system. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive method, relying on literature review and policy document analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of maritime security policies within a complex and dynamic international context. The findings reveal that Indonesia implements a dual-track strategy. Internally, it strengthens maritime defense through the establishment of an Integrated TNI Unit, increased patrol operations, and the development of maritime infrastructure. Externally, Indonesia emphasizes legal diplomacy, defense cooperation with strategic partners, and active engagement in regional forums. From a security dilemma perspective, these defensive measures may be perceived by China as offensive actions, potentially escalating regional tensions. Furthermore, several inhibiting factors are identified, including limited defense budgets, the absence of an integrated coast guard institution, and Indonesia’s economic dependence on China. These findings indicate that Indonesia’s maritime security policy operates within a strategic dilemma between maintaining sovereignty and avoiding conflict escalation, thus requiring a balanced, adaptive, and rational policy approach.

Abstract

Abstract. The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed the educational landscape, including changes in teachers’ pedagogical competencies. This study aims to examine the development of research on the transformation of teachers’ pedagogical competencies in the context of AI utilization, identify the pedagogical competency components that have undergone transformation, and analyze the opportunities, challenges, and future directions of competency development in the digital era. The study employed a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected from 11 international scholarly articles focusing on Education 4.0, teachers’ digital competence, educational transformation, 21st-century skills, sustainable education, and inclusive education. Data analysis was conducted through identification, classification, reduction, and thematic synthesis of findings from the selected literature. The results indicate that the transformation of teachers’ pedagogical competencies is characterized by an increasing need for digital literacy, technology integration skills, adaptability to change, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and lifelong learning. Furthermore, the role of teachers has shifted from information transmitters to facilitators, mentors, and managers of digital learning environments. The study concludes that the transformation of pedagogical competencies represents a response to technological advancements and the demands of Education 4.0, requiring the strengthening of digital competencies and 21st-century skills as essential foundations for teachers’ professionalism in the future.Keywords: pedagogical competence, artificial intelligence, Education 4.0, teachers’ digital competence, educational transformation, literature review

Abstract

The management and evaluation of international tourism are essential aspects of the tourism industry that determine the success of travel activities. This study aims to analyze the management and evaluation processes of international tourism in improving service quality and tourist satisfaction. The research employs a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data from various recent scientific journals and literature sources. The results indicate that international tourism management consists of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling stages that must be carried out systematically and in an integrated manner. Furthermore, evaluation is conducted through tourist satisfaction analysis, tour guide performance assessment, and the utilization of digital technology as a feedback collection tool. The use of technology in evaluation enables tourism organizers to obtain more accurate and objective data. Therefore, effective management and evaluation can enhance service quality, provide optimal travel experiences, and strengthen the competitiveness of the tourism industry at a global level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of the social media platform Pinterest and students’ creativity in designing party dresses at SMKN 1 Wonoasri. The background of this study is based on the importance of creativity in the field of fesyen design and the utilization of social media as a source of inspiration in the design process. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population consisted of 72 students, with a sample of 36 students selected using a sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the validity test indicated that all items were valid, while the reliability test showed that the instrument had a very high level of reliability. Data analysis included normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing. Since the data did not meet the assumptions of parametric analysis, the hypothesis was tested using Spearman Rho correlation. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the use of Pinterest and students’ creativity, with a correlation coefficient of 0.641 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The relationship is positive and categorized as strong. In conclusion, the use of Pinterest has a significant relationship with students’ creativity in designing party dresses. The higher the use of Pinterest, the higher the students’ creativity.

Abstract

Pelayanan akademik merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi yang berperan dalam mendukung kelancaran proses pembelajaran serta administrasi mahasiswa. Kualitas pelayanan akademik yang baik diharapkan mampu meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan akademik di Politeknik LP3I Bandung serta mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek pelayanan yang perlu ditingkatkan guna mendukung mutu layanan akademik yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring menggunakan Google Form kepada 18 mahasiswa aktif Politeknik LP3I Bandung. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan akademik yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berada pada kategori cukup puas terhadap kualitas pelayanan akademik. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang memerlukan perhatian, seperti kecepatan respons terhadap keluhan mahasiswa, ketepatan penyampaian informasi akademik, serta peningkatan fasilitas pendukung pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya perbaikan dan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan akademik dan kepuasan mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan akademik di Politeknik LP3I Bandung telah berjalan dengan cukup baik, namun masih perlu dilakukan pengembangan pada beberapa aspek pelayanan agar mampu memenuhi harapan mahasiswa secara lebih optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Green Product Trust (GPT) dan Green Product Value (GPV) terhadap Green Behavioral Intention (GBI) pada mahasiswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal, data dikumpulkan dari 30 mahasiswa melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GPT dan GPV secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap GBI (F = 3,919; p = 0,032; R² = 0,225), namun keduanya tidak signifikan secara parsial. Ketidaksignifikanan parsial ini diduga disebabkan oleh keterbatasan ukuran sampel, reliabilitas instrumen GPT yang belum ideal, dan efek ceiling pada variabel GPV. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris awal dalam penerapan kerangka green factors pada konteks mahasiswa Indonesia dan membuka peluang replikasi dengan sampel lebih besar serta metode PLS-SEM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Ditreskrimsus Polda Gorontalo dalam penanggulangan tindak pidana penyebaran Berita Bohong dan ujaran kebencian di media sosial. Tujuan penelitian adalah: (1) menganalisis efektivitas penegakan hukum dalam menindak pelaku tindak pidana penyebaran Berita Bohong dan ujaran kebencian, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas tersebut dalam konteks hukum pidana dan perlindungan hak asasi masyarakat; dan (2) mengidentifikasi tantangan, hambatan, serta keterbatasan institusional yang dihadapi aparat kepolisian dalam penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana dimaksud. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara bersama penyidik, didukung data sekunder berupa peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ditreskrimsus telah melaksanakan tiga pendekatan utama, yaitu upaya pre-emtif melalui edukasi dan sosialisasi literasi digital, upaya preventif melalui patroli siber dan deteksi dini konten bermasalah, serta upaya represif melalui proses penegakan hukum dari penyelidikan hingga pelimpahan perkara ke pengadilan. Adapun hambatan yang ditemukan meliputi ketentuan hukum yang bersifat multitafsir, keterbatasan kemampuan forensik digital, penggunaan akun anonim oleh pelaku, serta rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat
