Abstract

The use of media that is less interesting, unpleasant and not easy for students to understand makes it difficult for students to understand the material and often feels bored and lacks motivation to learn. The aim of this research is to create interesting, adaptive YouTube video learning media that pays attention to student interests. As a Civics Teacher, you can build students' moral knowledge in YouTube videos. YouTube has the advantage of being very popular with all levels of Indonesian society, because of the presence of creators with varied content. YouTube contains audio-visual video content so that the messages contained in this content are very easily accepted by users or viewers. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of YouTube in supporting PPKn learning so that students' moral knowledge is formed. This research uses a questionnaire and quantitative methods. The answers of research respondents show that YouTube is effective as a PPKn learning medium.

Abstract

His research aims to describe the implementation of school partnerships with stakeholders, knowing the benefits of these school partnerships. As well as knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors of MIS AL QUBA school. this research uses a qualitative description method. In addition, researchers also used a literature study research strategy. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The subjects of this research involved the principal, teaching staff, student affairs, facilities and infrastructure, and students. The object of this research is MIS AL QUBA school. The results of the study show that the success of educational goals in a school institution besides depending on internal factors referred to as school residents, namely those consisting of principals, educators and education personnel, internal stakeholders are expected to carry out the teaching cycle and external stakeholders are needed as assistance to work on the nature of education, both of which are interrelated. And the inhibiting factor so far in the school's relationship with the local community. Stakeholders are the path to effective administration of an educational institution or school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the understanding of mathematical concepts of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Cibitung on rational number material. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Cibitung involving 20 students as research subjects. Data collection using a description test related to rational number material. The results of the research obtained by the ability to understand mathematical concepts of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Cibitung are low. This can be proven by based on research data. The percentage frequency distribution of students' overall mathematical concept understanding ability is obtained by a total score with very low criteria as many as 1 student, a total score with low criteria as many as 11 students, a total score with sufficient criteria as many as 2 students and a total score with good criteria as many as 3 students and a total score with very good criteria as many as 3 students. It can be concluded that the success of learning has not been achieved because concept understanding has not met the standards.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of learning facilities (X1), learning motivation (X2) and classroom management (X3) on student learning outcomes (Y). This research uses quantitative techniques with descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out through filling out questionnaires. The subjects of the research were general students, totaling 151 respondents. In analyzing the results of this research, a tool was used in the form of Partial Least Square Software (SmartPLS 4.0). The research results show that: 1) Learning facilities have a positive effect on student learning outcomes; 2) Learning motivation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; 3) Class management has a positive effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Science continues to develop according to the times, therefore teachers are required to be able to keep up with the times. Currently, it is the era of the industrial revolution 5.0, where in this era there has been significant change. In this era, technology is freely accessible to all groups. Society 5.0 is an era where all advanced technology becomes an important aspect of human life. The Society 5.0 era is an era where society is centered on balancing economic progress with a system that unites cyberspace and physical space in solving social problems. In the era of industrial revolution 5.0, technological developments in education are a challenge in itself as a teacher. In the Society 5.0 era, there are many changes in education which are a challenge for teachers. Teachers need to develop their potential in digital skills and creative thinking. To overcome these challenges, teachers need professional development in accordance with current developments. This professional development includes joining teacher organizations, taking part in training and continuing education as well as teaching evaluations and writing scientific papers.

Abstract

This research aims to examine guidance and counseling for children with special intelligence and learning disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia). This research uses a type of research in the form of library research. The results of this research are that counseling services can be provided for special intelligence/gifted children such as enrichment, acceleration, special grouping. Then the implementation of guidance for children with learning disabilities (Learning Disabilities) was also studied, starting with understanding the characteristics of children, becoming familiar with the assessment instruments used to determine the type and level of children's learning difficulties in order to understand and communicate to the expert team about children's learning problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to find out that students have learning difficulties and in solving algebraic arithmetic operation problems. This research analysis is included in the type of exploratory qualitative conducted in one of the junior high schools in Cimahi City. The researchers collected data using the written test technique method. In this data we collected about 35 students of class VII. The results of data analysis that has been done, we can draw the conclusion that students' difficulties in solving algebraic arithmetic problems are caused by several things, namely: (1) Lack of understanding of the concept of algebra. (2) Lack of understanding in what is instructed in the problem. (3) Errors when calculating and simplifying the answer to the problem. There are several causal factors in the analysis of this study, namely students lack understanding and understanding of the concept of algebraic arithmetic operations in solving the problems given, students do not understand what commands are given from the algebraic arithmetic operations problem and students do not know how to add up in the concept of algebra.

Abstract

PPKN occupies a very strategic position in forming the character of Indonesian citizens. So we can find this subject at all levels of education. This research aims to analyze problems in PPKN learning at SMA Negeri 18 Medan. The focus of this research includes issues of learning methods, learning resources, learning media and the results of PPKn learning scores. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method, used as a guide so that the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field. The results of this research show common problems in Civics learning, such as a curriculum that is constantly changing and too heavy, the use of monotonous lecture methods, limited learning resources and a lack of use of learning media. Based on these problems, the aim of writing this journal is to explain several problems that occur in PPKn learning at State High School 18 Medan and how to overcome the problems faced in PPKN learning in the current era of the independent curriculum

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach which aims to describe and analyze the pedagogical competence of PLP students in 2023, FKIP Physics Education Study Program, Riau University as future teacher candidates. Professional Competency in Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, Professional Competency is the ability to master subject matter broadly and in depth (Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, 2009: 33). The sample of research data taken was 40 people from 7th semester Physics Education students who were doing PLP (Introduction to the School Environment). Data is collected and taken by providing questionnaires to find out and measure the learning model used to fulfill the Professional Competencies of a prospective teacher in the future. Data analysis shows indicators of teacher ability in mastery of subject matter; Lesson structure and lesson concepts, Mastery of Competency Standards, Basic competencies and learning objectives, Developing materials creatively and utilizing technology in learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) in forming an attitude of tolerance and acceptance of diversity among students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Medan State University (FIS UNIMED) using qualitative research methods. . This research involves collecting data through interviews and in-depth observations of FIS UNIMED students. The research findings highlight the role of PPKn materials in better understanding the value of tolerance, the importance of respecting differences and efforts to build harmony between individuals. The analysis shows that citizenship education plays an important role in shaping students' attitudes towards tolerance and acceptance of diversity, but also highlights the expansion of materials and more inclusive approaches to deepen understanding and concrete actions to achieve equality and advance social conditions in the university environment. The implications of this research provide a strong foundation for developing PPKn programs that are more holistic and relevant in facing the increasingly complex challenges of diversity in society.
