Abstract

The increasing reliance on digital technologies in healthcare has underscored the importance of robust information systems for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. As healthcare systems adopt artificial intelligence (AI) to support decision-making, the role of data governance and ethical AI has become increasingly vital in maintaining the reliability and trustworthiness of these systems. Data governance involves the frameworks, processes, and standards for managing the quality, integrity, and security of healthcare data, while ethical AI ensures that the algorithms driving healthcare decisions are transparent, fair, and free from biases. This paper explores the crucial role that data governance and ethical AI play in enhancing the reliability of healthcare information systems. It highlights key challenges such as data privacy concerns, algorithmic biases, and accountability, and discusses strategies for improving transparency, data stewardship, and decision-making frameworks. The research further examines the potential impacts of poor data governance and unethical AI practices on patient outcomes, trust in healthcare systems, and overall system efficiency. Through a review of current trends and best practices, this study aims to provide actionable insights for healthcare providers, policymakers, and technology developers in strengthening the integrity and effectiveness of healthcare information systems.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of competency-based human resource management (CBHRM) on organizational competitive advantage. CBHRM emphasizes aligning employee competencies with organizational strategies to maximize human capital, improve performance, and strengthen competitive positioning. The research highlights key factors for the successful implementation of CBHRM, including a strong organizational culture that promotes continuous learning, leadership commitment, the development of competency frameworks, and ensuring employee understanding of required competencies. The findings suggest that while CBHRM offers significant potential for improving organizational effectiveness, its success depends on organizational context, leadership involvement, and the integration of these factors into the organizational culture. The study concludes that CBHRM, when implemented properly, can provide organizations with a sustainable competitive advantage, particularly in dynamic and competitive industries.

Abstract

Peri-Urban Area (WPU) is an area located between areas that have an urban appearance on one side and a rural appearance on the other (Yunus, 2008). The Bogor Regency WPU which borders Bogor City is developing dynamically and may at any time be uncontrollable. In this research, three analytical techniques were used. First, it was carried out using GIS overlay analysis to determine the urban or rural characteristics of the Bogor Regency WPU. Second, it is carried out using scoring analysis to determine the score results for each predetermined variable. Then you will get the total score for each variable. Thus, a typology of Bogor Regency WPU was obtained based on its characteristics. The final analysis technique is descriptive qualitative to determine the appropriate direction for Bogor Regency WPU based on the characteristics, typology, and interactions of the Bogor Regency WPU community obtained through questionnaires. The results of the research show that of the 35 villages/sub- districts of Bogor Regency that border directly with Bogor City. 4 villages and 1 sub-district have a rural peri-urban typology with high rural characteristics and not too much interaction with Bogor City, while 25 have a secondary peri-urban typology with balanced rural and urban characteristics and moderate interaction

Abstract

The complex disruptions of the digital 4.0 era have minimized the youth’s role in contributing positively to development. Whereas, in the midst of global competition, that is vulnerable to hoaxes and weakens stability, their role is very much needed to encourage development and prevent national disintegration. Through its museums and historical sites, Jakarta can raise the spirits and role of young people because this city has a history as a symbol of nationalism and a meeting point for youth, which united the Indonesian nation during the independence era. The museum's potential is still hampered by a perception of exclusivity due to a lack of youth involvement in its activities. This is evident in the declining number of visitors, particularly among young people in Jakarta. To encourage young people's interest, the government needs to transform museums into agents of change, actively: 1) developing historical potential to transform the museum's function from "guardian" to "facilitator" of learning, social development, and innovation, 2) utilizing the potential of cultural heritage buildings and youth communities for more inclusive and dynamic management, 3) developing meaningful learning programs through the dissemination of knowledge and inspiration that encourage creativity and dialogue, and 4) advancing museums to adapt to the challenges of the times and remain relevant and contribute to development. This Policy Brief aims to recommend more inclusive and attractive museum policies so they can become agents of social change, contributing to the instilling of moral values and character building in young people.

Abstract

The background to this problem is that Land Registration is a series of activities carried out by the government continuously, sustainably and regularly and the maintenance of physical and legal data is regulated in Article 1 number 9 of Government Regulation Number 18 of 2021 concerning Management Rights, Land Rights, Apartment Units and Land Registration. Modernization has encouraged the government to implement a gradual digital transformation that will replace analog certificates with electronic ones with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency Number 3 of 2023 concerning the Issuance of Electronic Documents in Land Registration Activities. The formulation of the problem in this study is What are the Legal Consequences of Analog Certificates Becoming Electronic Certificates? And How is Legal Certainty Regarding Land Conditions in Previous Measurement Letters Different from Current Physical Land Conditions? The theory used is the Land Registration theory of A.P. Parlindungan and the theory of legal certainty according to Gustav Radbruch. The method used in this study with the type of normative juridical research, namely library legal research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal material sources. The research approach used is the statutory, conceptual, case and analytical approach and the technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by identifying and inventorying positive legal regulations, book literature, journals and other legal material sources. The legal material analysis technique is carried out with systematic and grammatical interpretation. The conclusion of the research results shows that the Legal Consequences of Analog Certificates to Electronic Certificates are not much different in the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning of the National Land Agency Number 3 of 2023 in the registration of Electronic Certificate activities carried out through a media transfer program. Legal Certainty regarding the condition of the land in the Previous Measurement Letter is Different from the Current Physical Condition of the Land that the Certificate is a strong proof of rights regarding the physical data of the measurement letter and the legal data of the land book but not absolute, then Article 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning of the National Land Agency Number 3 of 2023, land registration and maintenance of land data must run in parallel and data must be updated for each change so that legal certainty of land rights is valid and in accordance with the latest conditions.

Abstract

An imbalance between workload and individual capacity may lead to work stress, which negatively impacts both employees’ health and company productivity. This study aims to analyze the relationship between workload and work stress among production workers at PT. X, Bekasi, West Java, in 2025. A quantitative method with an analytic cross-sectional design was applied. A total of 35 permanent production workers were selected using purposive sampling, and data were collected through questionnaires measuring workload indicators (metabolic rate and physical workload at the workplace) and work stress indicators (role ambiguity, role conflict, quantitative workload, qualitative workload, and career development). Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that most workers experienced light workload, while work stress was mostly in the mild to moderate categories. The Chi-Square test produced a p-value of 0.014, indicating a significant relationship between workload and work stress. These findings highlight the importance of proper workload management, including task arrangement, job rotation, and career development strategies to reduce the risk of work stress and maintain productivity among production workers.
