Abstract

Background: The significant increase in HIV and AIDS cases has made WHO targeted triple 90 by 2030. Triple 90 consists of achieving 90% of diagnosed cases, 90% of HIV cases receiving appropriate treatment and 90% of patients having their viral load depressed. Adherence to taking ARV drugs is one of the key factors to achieve this target. Objective: To create a predictive model of patient adherence to taking anti-retroviral (ARV) drugs in Bogor Care Supporting Therapy. Methods: The research design used in this study was cross sectional, conducted at the Bogor Care Supporting Therapy in July 2022. The sampling technique was random sampling and analyzed with multiple logistic regression. Results: The distribution of the level of compliance with ODHA in the CST Service in Bogor City was 82.69%. The majority of ODHA in Bogor CST services are male (80.7%), aged <40 years (81.73%), have high knowledge (78.81%), receive support from their family (78.85%), receive support from the role of health workers (71.75 %), felt that the test and treat method had a high impact on him (84.62%), only had 1 risk factor (84.72%) and had an undetected viral load (91.35%). Knowledge is able to predict adherence to taking ARV drugs in ODHA by 33.2% after being controlled by variables of age, gender, family support, role of health workers, test and treat methods, risk factors and viral load. Conclusion: ODHA with high knowledge are 25 times more likely to adhere to ARV drugs than those with low knowledge. This model is able to predict patient adherence to ARV drugs by 33.2%, the rest is predicted by other factors not examined in this study. Suggestion: In order to maximize multilevel educational programs for ODHA, maximize the test and treat method in Bogor Care Supporting Therapy and create training programs for health workers in Bogor Care Supporting Therapy

Abstract

This study seeks to evaluate the efficacy of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) paradigm in enhancing student learning outcomes via a systematic literature review method.  Data was gathered from five research publications published between 2019 and 2024, which explicitly addressed the implementation of CTL models across various levels and subjects.  The analytical results indicate that the implementation of CTL significantly enhances student learning outcomes across cognitive, emotional, and psychomotor domains.  Moreover, CTL has been demonstrated to enhance student engagement and desire for learning, while also fostering the development of critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.  This technique entails connecting subject matter to real-life contexts, utilizing instructional resources, and fostering an interactive and collaborative learning environment.  Nonetheless, the efficacy of CTL implementation is significantly affected by the teacher's preparedness in developing and implementing contextual learning.  consequence, CTL can be used as an alternative strategy in learning that not only focuses on academic outcomes, but also on strengthening character and competence.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar di PAUD memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung perkembangan anak usia dini, terutama di wilayah pedesaan yang masih memiliki kekayaan alam. Namun, dalam praktiknya, pembelajaran masih banyak berpusat pada guru dan terbatas di dalam kelas, sehingga mengurangi kesempatan anak untuk belajar secara kontekstual dan langsung dari lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana lingkungan alam dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber belajar dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini, serta mengkaji peran guru, respons anak, dan dukungan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, yang dilakukan di salah satu PAUD di wilayah pedesaan Kota Kandangan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis alam dilakukan secara rutin dan dirancang sesuai tema mingguan. Guru berperan aktif sebagai fasilitator, anak menunjukkan keterlibatan tinggi dalam proses belajar, dan masyarakat turut serta mendukung kegiatan eksplorasi. Pembelajaran ini mampu menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual, menyenangkan, serta mendukung perkembangan kognitif, sosial, dan emosional anak.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, students' ability to understand and deliver material effectively through presentations has become an essential skill in the academic and professional world. However, there are still many students who have difficulty in understanding the material in depth, which has an impact on the quality of their presentations. Therefore, it is important for students to learn and understand in advance the material to be presented by applying the self-organized learning environments (SOLE) learning model. The purpose of this research is by applying the SOLE model is expected to improve students' understanding of the material. The research method used in this research is the literature study method. Data collection quoted from various sources such as articles. Data collection techniques by citing several relevant sources. The results of this study the Self Organized Learning Enviroment (SOLE) learning model can improve material understanding, learning independence, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Students are able to express themselves more straightforwardly and increase student confidence to present material during presentations. So it can be concluded that the Self Organized Learning Enviroment (SOLE) learning model can improve students' understanding of material in presentation activities.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has encouraged innovation in education, including the emergence of hybrid learning models that combine online and offline learning. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of hybrid learning model in improving learning quality through literature review method. The study was conducted by reviewing scientific articles from national journals over the past ten years, obtained through a search on Google Scholar. The results show that hybrid learning has a positive impact in improving learning motivation, learning outcomes, and critical thinking skills of students. This model also supports independent learning, flexibility of time and place, and active involvement of learners. The implementation of hybrid learning is in line with several learning theories such as Constructivism Theory, Social Learning Theory, and Connectivism Theory. However, the effectiveness of this model implementation is highly influenced by the readiness of technological infrastructure, digital competencies of teachers and students, and policy support from educational institutions. The findings are expected to be a reference for educators and policy makers in designing responsive and sustainable learning strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

The normative contradiction between Supreme Court Decision Number 23 P/HUM/2024, which raised the age limit for regional head candidates, and Constitutional Court Decision Number 70/PUU-XXII/2024, which precisely nullified the norm regarding the minimum age limit, creates legal uncertainty and potential serious implications for the organization of the Regional Head Elections (Pilkada). This research employs a descriptive analytical method with a normative juridical approach to analyze the legal validity of Supreme Court Decision No. 23 P/HUM/2024 in relation to Constitutional Court Decision No. 70/PUU-XXII/2024 concerning the age limit for candidacy in the 2024 National Simultaneous Regional Head Elections. This approach primarily focuses on the study of library legal materials (secondary sources), which include primary legal materials such as the 1945 Constitution, laws pertaining to the Supreme Court and Constitutional Court, and relevant Supreme Court and Constitutional Court decisions. It also incorporates secondary legal materials in the form of legal scholars' opinions. Data collection was carried out through a literature review (document study), supplemented by limited field study, and analyzed using a qualitative juridical method to formulate answers to the existing legal issues. The research findings indicate that the Supreme Court's (MA) decision regarding the age limit for candidacy registration in the 2024 National Simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) lacks binding legal force and there's no legal basis for the MA to review provisions stipulated by Law No. 10/2016 concerning Pilkada. In this instance, the MA has exceeded its authority. Consequently, the legal validity of the MA's decision, in light of the Constitutional Court's (MK) decision on the age limit for Pilkada candidacy registration, is deemed legally invalid under applicable laws and regulations. Therefore, with the MA's decision being invalid, the Constitutional Court's decision is the one that prevails.

Abstract

Teenagers are an asset for the future of a nation. However, nowadays there is a lot that happens to teenagers, such as drugs. This is a familiar problem. Juvenile delinquency includes all behavior that deviates from criminal law norms committed by teenagers. There are many internal and external factors that cause juvenile delinquency that need to be considered. Juvenile delinquency is a social disorder that is a global problem, including in Indonesia. Abuse of narcotics, psychotropic substances and addictive substances (NAPZA) among teenagers is one form of delinquency committed by teenagers. To overcome this, guidance from parents and a good environment is very necessary. The research method in this paper is based on library research. The results of the research explain that to overcome juvenile delinquency, especially narcotics abuse, guidance from parents and a good environment is very necessary.

Abstract

The shock of the conflict resurfaced after the Israeli military attacked Iran.  The Iranian government is considering closing the Strait of Hormuz. The strait is the main route for shipping oil to and from the Persian Gulf. "Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq and Iran are completely locked in one small lane for exports," he said. As a result of the Israeli-Iranian attack,  world crude oil prices  continue to rise after the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East; (1). Brent crude oil prices are estimated to increase to 75 US dollars per barrel, up 2 percent; (2). The price of Brent oil fell to 69 US dollars per barrel after which the price rose again, above 70 US dollars per barrel; (3). The attack opens up the possibility of disruption of oil supply to various countries. The impact of the Israeli-Iranian war on the global economy: (1). Oil prices rise-Global logistics are stuck; (2). Israeli Panic Buying; (3). Iran that has sent a counterattack has made the Israeli government panic.; (4). Russia can profit; (5). The price of Brent crude oil as a global benchmark jumped from US$ 69.36 to US$ 75 per barrel; (6). International Flight Delays; (7). A number of international airlines canceled flights to Israel and avoided Middle Eastern airspace.  Measuring the Impact  of the Iran-Israel Conflict on the Indonesian Economy from the Escalation of the Israeli-Iranian Conflict, namely: (1). Brent crude oil prices recorded an increase of 0.21 percent to 87.29 US dollars per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) oil also increased by 0.5 percent to 83.14 US dollars per barrel; (2). For Indonesia, the rise in world oil prices means that the Government needs to rack its brains to hold the price of fuel oil (BBM) to remain affordable for the public. Indonesia's anticipation in overcoming the impact of the Iran-Israel conflict: (1). The government will not increase fuel prices until next June;  (2). The Iran-Israel conflict remains indirectly impacted because the attack between the two countries occurred near the Strait of Hormuz, which is one of the crucial logistics routes; (2). This conflict is likely to confront the Government of Indonesia with two dilemmas, namely between being forced to increase fuel prices or adjusting the fuel subsidy budget to contain price spikes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh Fasilitas, Suasana, Kondisi Tempat, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Balangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pegawai, baik PNS maupun honorer, dengan sampel sebanyak 56 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil uji simultan (ANOVA) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Fasilitas (X1), Suasana (X2), Kondisi Tempat (X3), dan Kepuasan Kerja (X4) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,898 mengindikasikan bahwa 89,80% variasi Kinerja Pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh keempat variabel bebas tersebut. Sisanya sebesar 10,20% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dengan demikian, fasilitas kerja, suasana lingkungan, kondisi tempat, dan kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di instansi tersebut.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in enhancing students' critical thinking skills and learning outcomes. Using a literature review approach. The analysis shows that PBL consistently improves students’ critical thinking, active learning, and collaborative skills. It also highlights that PBL increases conceptual understanding in science and enhances situational analysis and argumentation skills in social studies. However, the study identifies challenges in implementing PBL, including difficulties in designing authentic problems and managing instructional time. Effective teacher training, especially in scaffolding techniques and problem design, emerges as a key factor in optimizing PBL implementation. Additionally, the integration of digital resources and supportive learning environments significantly contributes to the success of PBL. Therefore, developing teachers' professional competencies and providing adequate infrastructure are crucial strategies to maximize the potential of PBL in fostering 21st-century skills.
